The holiday home is 2 houses, the house (which contains 3 bedrooms + 1 living room + kitchen, bathroom) and a garden background maisonette consists of a fully equipped kitchen with terrace, bedroom adult + 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds - sleeps 4) The fully equipped kitchen is adjacent to the terrace of 50 sqm which is the junction between the two houses.
very functional house ideal for 2-3 families with children or very large family.
Everything can be done on foot (including the beach), cycling, near all amenities and beach but both away from the nightlife.
The Villa is one of the oldest houses in Lacanau, it is located in the historical district and quoted in the blue- large garden + outdoor shower guide
The Villa is really ideally located. From a practical point of view we are 50 million of a Spar supermarket which is very good (very good butcher eg ...)
then there is a market of 100 million that quality products, fish, vegetables, bread, cheese, etc. Everything is within reach.
For the beach just around the house and the beach is 10 minutes ...
Lacanau is a resort where all quasimment peuvenet be practiced sports, surfing or bodyboarding course, kite surfing, golf - 3 golf courses, spa, Super Tennis club, squash, bike (fantastic) - Sailing - Lacanau lakes or hourtin, hiking (in the dunes of pine trees or on the beach - KM range to go) but also relaxing at home, because the house is quiet and the garden is large.
There is an outdoor shower, an outdoor plancha everything is practical in the house that has kept the charm of the old.
