Decepción no se asemeja a lo que venden en booking.com

La piscina sólo y la playa al lado.

La limpieza fatal en la habitación n°204 los churretes se ven aún en las puertas de la cocina de no limpiar,las limpiadoras no cambiaban las sábanas de la cama, la puerta de la habitación estaba oleada sonaba cuando le daba el aire,no puedo recomendarlo.

Espectacular

Lo mejor de todo sin duda las excelentes vistas si tienes el lujo de estar en las plantas altas, la piscina estaba bastante bien y no muy fría. La comida en el bar piscina y buffet de desayuno muy buena, calidad-precio 100% recomendable. Agradecer a Catón por su trato cercano. Volveremos.

No me gustó tener que esperar hasta las 3 en punto para entrar a la habitación cuando llegué tan solo 20 minutos antes y la habitación ya estaba lista, pero por falta de comprobación no nos la dieron, perdiendo así la hora de comer y teniendo que salir del hotel para almorzar. No tiene aire acondicionado en la habitación y en verano sería bastante recomendable. Entra bastante luminosidad en la habitación.

Las camas eran incómodas, estaba sucio y viejo… la piscina sin hamacas para vigilar a los niños por dentro… tenías que estar fuera para estar en una hamaca.. tenía sillas incómodas para sentarte dentro del recinto de la piscina, está viejo y no merece la pena.. todo está desfasado, el baño da pena y hay cucas pequeñas por la noche.. no tiene aire acondicionado y el sillón cama tiene un colchón tan fino que te clavas los muelles… nunca más repetiré ni lo recomiendo

On a adoré !

L’hôtel de manière globale est vraiment super, un petit déjeuner copieux et avec beaucoup de choix. Piscine jacuzzi bar au top. Nous avions une chambre avec balcon et vue sur mer un régale !

Attention il n’y a pas de Clim ! De plus les chambres n’ont pas de fenêtres donnant sur l’extérieur donc très sombre et il fait vite chaud. Pour finir c’est assez mal isolé dans la chambres nous entendons tout dans le couloir. Le matin nous sommes réveillés tôt dommage ….

Paradisiaque.

Studio au 8e étage avec vue directe sur l'Atlantique, face au coucher de soleil. La nuit, on se croirait faire partie de la voûte céleste étoilée. Féérique. Piscine très agréable. L'Hôtel est à côté de la plage de Patalavaca. Deux supermarchés et plusieurs boutiques à Arguineguin. Tout est accessible en quelques minutes.

Le comportement de certains clients mal élevés. Un rappel des règles de courtoisie élémentaire affichés dans chaque chambre serait utile. Comme parler bas à certaines heures, éviter de claquer les portes des chambres, éviter d'enfumer les voisins non fumeurs, etc. De nombreux hôtels le font déjà à Gran Canaria.

Stayed short one night, peaceful and good price.

Nice staff and lovely pool area with beautiful view to coast and ocean.

Inside window under the seal was not nice. Because of noise from the corridor and dusty curtains.

First time in aprthotel but was really good experience and would recommend Servatur Hotels.

View from the pool and location. The fact that there was a supermarket within the building was really convenient.

There was not much decent car parking but I got lucky with spaces.

Location is perfect, in a wonderful quiet bay with beautiful beaches and nearby restaurants and cafes- all within 2-3 min walk. View from the apartment is spectacular - on the ocean and the very well kept gardens/pool areas. Not too far from Mogan or Maspalomas either, making it a great location for island sightseeing as well.

Limited entertainment/ facilities for young adults and teens.

Peaceful hotel with beautiful views

It was a nice and calm hotel with a beautiful views. Pool area was also really nice. Our room had everything we needed and everything worked, it was also good sized for a family of four. And the area of Patalavaca/Arquinequín was just perfect for us. Not too crowded, more peaceful. A small place but still everything you need is in there, beautiful and calm beaches for the kids to play and nice restaurants. And if you want to do more, you can just take a bus example to Faro to see the dunes. I would definitely come back here, good value for the money.

Breakfast was ok, the buffet was really big... But for me, I prefer more fresh stuff. More fresh fruits and vegetables, and fresh juices and smoothies. This was too heavy for me. And there was a little bit of mold in our bathroom which wasn't nice... Otherwise, everything was really good.
