Our first impression opening the front door and being hit with a mouldy, damp smell was awful and our experience didn’t improve much from there. The furniture is old, some of it is broken and there is not enough seats or usable space for all guests to sit and relax together. There are MANY maintenance issues - the dishwasher is broken, the living room door is hard to lock, the shower shelves are loose and ensuite shower hasn’t been cleaned in a long time. The upstairs bedrooms are a good size, but lack appeal due to old, irrelevant furnishing and beds should be larger. The spa bath jets spray everywhere, so it can’t be used. The outdoor furniture is covered in spiders, so we couldn’t use it. Our impression is that the owners don’t seem to care about the guests and their experience.
