About this campground/ rv resort rental

Situated in a quiet part of the 5 star Riverside park in Bognor Regis, we would like to welcome you to our luxurious 2 bed (6 berth) caravan. With integral appliances, en suite in the master bedroom, double glazing, central heating, and a generous decking area your comfort is ensured come rain or shine. Site facilities include heated indoor and outdoor pools, and entertainment throughout the season. Children have their own club and with play areas and greens all over the park they won't have time to be bored. Entertainment passes need to be purchased from reception. Linen and towels (but not swimming towels) are included. There is unlimited wifi in the caravan.
Bookings are Friday -Monday Monday -Friday Friday -Friday. - Saturday-Saturday

The property was just as presented on the website. Yes, it is a caravan, so the space was compact. But it was plenty large for two people. The kitchen was really well-equipped with large fridge and freezer. It is close to supermarkets and many sites of interest such as the historic city of Chichester, Arundel castle, and several lovely beaches. Denise was on-site to greet us and made sure we had information to reach her in case of trouble.

Lovely weekend away, Denise was great as a host and was contactable for the whole stay for any queries that we had. Accomodation was very clean, comfortable and incredibly cosy, it is like a home from home and we would not hesitate in staying there again. Thank you Denise.

Caravan situated on a nice quiet site but with good amenities. Exact location of accommodation in a quiet corner away from hustle and bustle. Caravan was very clean, comfortable and with everything needed for a stay away from home. Properly owner very helpful and attentive. Would highly recommended this rental and would happily return. Thanks for providing all we needed for a relaxing break.

this property is more like being a home from home it is kept spotless by the owner denise it has everything you have at home and more own toilet in double bedroom and a en suite also in caravan even has games for the little ones and books to read its in a very quite part of the park i have stayed up the road at butlins many of time in most of the chalets but this is better if you are thinking of booking this for a holiday or break you wont be disappointed and i have stayed all over brittain in hundreds of places

A fantastic property and it feels like being in someone’s home and not a rented place. It has everything you need, and we even cooked Xmas lunch there with no issues. I plan to stay again when I next visit the area.

Lovely, clean, home from home caravan. Fully equipped. Comfy bed and sofa. Joy to be in! Excellent communication from Denise, owner. We only used the pools..which were lovely. Shame they shut at 5pm, but we were aware of this, so didnt miss out! Always got a sunbed! Due to site's central location, there is some distant road noise, but didn't bother us. Loved having mooch around nearby shops/supermarkets! Thank you Denise! Ede family

Wonderful stay. Denise couldn’t be more helpful. Caravan was so lovely, homely, and everything you could possibly need and more. The pools on-site were fabulous, especially the outdoor pools. Great base to explore further afield too. Would highly recommend.

Had a lovely stay at Denise's caravan. The caravan itself was wonderful. Clean, homely and had everything you could ever need, including Wi-Fi which comes in handy on rainy days! Would definitely recommend! Denise was lovely (we didn't actually have a chance to meet) and gave us all the information we needed and the welcome gift was very much appreciated!

Had a fantastic long weekend at this caravan. It was immaculate, equipped with everything you could think of and some lovely homely touches. One of the highest standard caravans we have stayed in. Definitely recommend it. Location was in nice quiet part of the site with no people walking past so felt very private.

My mum and i stayed here just for a few days and we’re blown away with what you got. Not just in the brilliant cost of our small getaway but the overall experience of a self catering holiday. There was nothing that we needed in the caravan and the site that it was on was just perfect. Will book again.

A real home from home. A fully equipped caravan. The caravan was very clean and tidy and had everything you could possibly need. The park was very quiet. We stayed to visit family and it was a lovely place to come home to. The owner was very helpful. Would highly recommend the caravan to anyone.

Quiet location on caravan site. Great reliable fast free Wifi. Beautifully clean comfortable and fantastically well equipped! So many extra thoughtful touches! Everything you could possibly need. Great communication with Denise. Easy check in /out. One of the very best rentals I have ever stayed in!! Thankyou so much. (Didn’t use any site facilities due to lockdown)

Very well kept caravan with everything you need. Handily placed for shops, takeaways etc. Can't comment on site amenities as weather was not great and site not fully open till 17th May 21 (we'd left by the 8th) Convenient spot for touring the area. Plenty to do after country fully 'open'.
