The small apartment consists of a spacious room, with a splendid view, very bright and tastefully furnished, a separate, pretty, functional and complete kitchen with all appliances and a bathroom with shower and window. In addition, the property has a covered terrace, from which you can admire the full view of the lake and where you can have lunch, enjoy a drink or read a book in the absolute peace of the place. Maximum privacy and relaxation! The car park is a few meters from the entrance of the apartment.

Laura was a great host. The apartment is quite a challenge to find for the first time , she was on hand to guide us . She also spent a lot of time giving us tourist ideas of where to go and what to see , and with WhatsApp she was always on hand to answer questions.
The apartment was delightful, perfect for 2 people with everything you could need in it ( UK people , remember to bring a power adaptor to convert from Euro style to UK ) .
A beautiful view of the lake and mountains and pleaty to see and do whatever the season or weather .
Thank you Laura , hope to return to see Stresa in the summer…

A really beautiful location with enough place to spend a few days, ideally suited for two persons, nothing for a family.
It‘s great to have the breakfast with a splendid view around the lake, to Verbania and to the mount „sasso di ferro“.
A 20 mins walk to Stresa center, since driving the small streets every time by car is exhausting. Nothing for taking bikes with you - the lake and it‘s streets are not designed for biking.
Apartment's infrastructure is small, but fine: a little kitchen with gas, a small bathroom with all stuff you need, for going to buy daily's needs, you have to go (drive or walk) to Stresa.
Very friendly and interested proprietary that tried to make anything as easy as possible.
Small pain: due to Energy crisis, Italian government declined heating until Oct, 15th - thus bringing the need to buy a small fan heater - since the nights are already to cold around the lago.

Bezaubernd
Eine wunderschöne kleine Wohnung, sehr geschmackvoll, klug und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Es fehlte nichts- Klimaanlage, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Backofen sind vorhanden. Die kleine Terasse sowie das große Panoramafenster bieten einen tollen Blick auf den See. Dorthin gelangt man zu Fuß in 7 min. Nach Stresa kann man in 30 min laufen- z.T. auf einem schattigen Fußweg. Laura ist eine herzliche und engagierte Gastgeberin, die uns mit vielen Tipps versorgt hat und stets ansprechbar war. Wir haben uns rundum sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen auf jeden Fall gern wieder.

Wunderbares Appartement mit eventuell kleinen Abzügen
Schönes, perfekt ausgestattetes und sauberes Appartement mit wunderschönem Blick auf den Lago Maggiore.
Ein bisschen abgelegen vom Ort Stresa aber mit Auto kein Problem, hat uns nicht gestört.
Der Zug fährt ziemlich oft unterhalb des Appartements vorbei, was eventuell als störend empfunden werden kann. Wir selber hatten damit allerdings kein Problem.

The studio apartment is perfect for a stay near the lake. The location and view are incredible. Communication with Laura was easy. She is friendly, kind, and personable. I would definitely stay at this apartment again.

Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin verlief zu jeder Zeit reibungslos - das Einchecken war herzlich und wir fühlten uns vom ersten Moment an wohl - der helle, hohe Raum mit der herrlichen Sicht auf den See ist wunderschön - in Küche und Bad findet man alles was man braucht, sauber und funktionell - auf dem kleinen "Balkönchen" startet und endet der Tag traumhaft

Wir möchten uns, für den herzlichen Empfang und tolle Unterstützung, bei der Vermieterin bedanken.
Die Wohnung hat unseren Erwartungen entsprochen, alles da was man braucht. In der Wohnung herrschte ein tolles Klima, da eine direkte Sonneneinstrahlung nur am Morgen vorhanden ist. Für uns genau das Richtige. Der Ausblick einfach super!
Die Zugstrecke, die von der Wohnung zu hören ist, kann störend sein. Es kommt darauf an, was man von zu Hause gewöhnt ist.
Für uns war es ein super schöner Urlaub!

Studio fonctionnel
Studio parfait pour un couple , décoré avec goût , cuisine bien équipée, lit confortable , belle vue sur le lac . L’accès à Stresa peut se faire par un sentier raide mais bon pour muscler les cuisses ! Seul bémol, pas de place dédiée pour stationner.
Laura , la propriétaire, est une personne charmante , très à l’écoute, très réactive et parle très bien le français. Nous avons découvert ce lieu pendant 4 jours et nous ne le regrettons pas . Allez y !

Super appartement
L appartement est très propre et jolie. L espace de la pièce à vivre est très bien. Tout le nécessaire de cuisine est disponible. Nous avons été accueillie chaleureusement par la maman de la propriétaire avec un bon français. La propriétaire a été disponible tout du long de notre séjour et très gentille. La vue de l appartement est juste exceptionnel.

We suggest that an address in a more central street (which is close the final apartment) be set, as a preliminary point (A reference point)
Laura is a very nice and cooperative person. On Day 1, she prepared wine and cookies for us. The apartment was full of all types of dishes, pots, cleaning material, etc.

Petit studio très agréable pour séjourner à Stresa
Le studio est pratique et bien situé . Peut-être faudrait-il ajouter une lampe de chevet : à deux, on est obligé de se coucher à la même heure. La vue est magnifique. Par contre, mieux vaut prévoir d'utiliser la voiture pour aller au bord du lac. A pied, il faut 30 mn de marche et ça grimpe au retour!

Fun stay in Stresa. Apartment great and communication with Laura also great. Views over the lake fantastic. The apartment is a walk from the centre so bare that in mind! We found it OK but could be more difficult for others.

The apartment has everything you could possible need including a very comfortable bed and the most outstanding view across the lake.Breakfast on the small balcony was the perfect start to each day. Laura is very friendly and helpful and as we had no transport, picked us up from the airport shuttle bus and took us to the apartment. The situation is probably best suited to someone with a car. but we enjoyed the walk back and fore each day, even though it's quite steep in places. Laura did give us the number of a local taxi driver, who was very friendly, though we only used a taxi a couple of times. The railway does run fairly close by, but it didn't disturb us too much. This was our first time in the area and it exceeded our expectations - a charming town, with easy access to other places around the lake by boat. Thank you too, Laura, for the nice wine and tasty biscuits you left for us.

Fantastische Aussicht. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Es fehlte an nichts.
Die Aussicht auf den See war einfach grandios. Die Stille wurde öfter durch die nahegelegene Bahnlinie unterbrochen, was wir jedoch nicht als störend empfanden. In fünf Minuten zu Fuß war man am Privatstrand (Steinstrand, Schwimmschuhe dringend zu empfehlen), in einer knappen halben Stunde in Stresa.
Das Appartment war mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, lediglich die Stühle waren etwas unbequem.

schönes Ambiente für entspannenden Urlaub
Eine schöne Wohnung mit allem, was man für 2 Personen im Urlaub braucht. Sehr nette Vermieter, die sich auch um ausgefallene Anfragen kümmern. Die vorbeiführende Bahnlinie ist mehr befahren, als wir gedacht hatten, ansonsten schön gelegen. Auf dem Balkon ist ab 12 Uhr Schatten, was aber im Sommer sehr angenehm ist.

Rungherum gelungen
Wir hatten einen herrlichen, erholsamen Urlaub am Lago Maggiore.
Die Wohnung liegt ruhig (wenn auch die Zugstrecke unmittelbar in der Nähe ist) etwas außerhalb von Stresa. Dennoch ist die Stadt schnell zu Fuß erreichbar.
Es ist alles sehr sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Und der Blick von der kleinen Terrasse einfach herrlich.
Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und konnten uns auch immer an Frau Matera wenden, wenn wir Fragen hatten.
Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder.

Ein Liebesnest oberhalb des Lago Maggiore
Wir hatten ein paar wunderschöne Tage im kleinen, feinen, niedlich eingerichteten Appartement am Ende von Stresa.
Besonders reizend die kleine Balkon-Terrasse.
Morgens und abends konnte man sich an verschiedenen Dingen, die zu unterschiedlichen Lichtverhältnissen mit dem Lago Maggiore spielten, erfreuen.
Bad und Küche sehr sauber und mehr als zweckmäßig.
Mit großer Sicherheit kehren wir zurück.
Dann wohl auch, falls frei, in dieses schöne Domizil

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans cet appartement, qui dispose de tout le confort nécessaire, avec en plus une touche très agréable par sa décoration. et que dire du paysage extra ordinaire avec cette vue plongeante sur le lac..... vraiment très agréable.

Die FeWo liegt sehr ruhig, etwas außerhalb von Stresa. Der Blick über den See ist einfach der Hammer. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet.

Das Apartment ist von der Lage her super, allerdings ist man auf das Auto angewiesen, da es doch etwas ausserhalb von stresa liegt. In dem Apartement ist alles notwendige vorhanden und sauber.
