Peaceful & enjoyable stay
We had a wonderful stay in Peconic Bay ! we could enjoy the beach, and the quiet and peaceful surroundings (without mentioning fishing, walking and kayaking possibilities). Our landlords were very welcoming and helpful in many ways. In the middle of the sanitary crisis, we were so grateful for their kindness and the facilities they provided us with! I would definitely recommend this place for any family with kids or teens looking for a nice, well equipped and resourcing place to relax.

We had a wonderful stay!
The location of the house is great. Walking distance to the closest beach (Fisherman Beach), not more than 5 minutes. The other beach is also a short walk (about 10 minutes). The trees surrounding the property give nice shade. Just note that there is no AC (it is mentioned in the description, I believe by accident, but there is no AC in the house.). We had great time playing ping pong in the basement, dining on the screened terrace (actually all our meals we did there), and the outdoor shower is a great addition!
Thank you Sheila for sharing your home with us, we had a great time!
