In a small private community with a free private parking area for up to 10 cars. This villa is known as the Jewel in the Crown of this area of Nueva Andalucia because it is the only villa that sits on the top of a small hill facing limitless views of Marbella town and its Golden Mile seafront, the situation of the villa is know for affording its lovely breezes off the sea even on a hot August day and its spectacular views. This quiet and peacful villa with a capacity for 15 people, with 6 fully air conditioned bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms has a lovely outdoor covered living room and long dining table (seating capacity of 15) in the shade. Prime location with world famous Puerto Banus marina and its 5 star beaches along the famous Paseo Maritimo is only 2 minutes away by car and if you take taxis they come to fetch you within 5 minutes and cost only around 7 euros each way. Convenience is the name of the game in this villa with its proximity to cafes, bars, grocery stores, English speaking top medical clinic, pharmacy and top restaurants such as Nomad and Breathe within walking distance right behind the villa. Very traditional Spanish style villa, lovely out side seating area with large covered dining area. Plenty of outside space, we had a private chef come to cook for us all and they had plenty of room to cook outside on the terrace and create a buffet area for service.
Stunning views across moutains and out towards the ocean. Fully stocked kitchen with plenty of untensils and crockery, dishwasher etc.
Separate self contained flat acommodating 4 people, which is not accessable from or to the main villa, however, this worked perfectly for our group.
Easy walk down to the town but obviously uphill coming back.
There were 14 in our group so plenty of room and enough bathrooms for use too. My only suggestion would be the need for more sunbeds for use, as there is currently only 5, there are some relaxing chairs.
We all throughly enjoyed our stay, and the host made us feel very welcome, was very happy to allow us to gain an early entry if needed and also accommodated a late check out for a small fee, which was great for us all to fully enjoy our last day in the sun.

I booked the villa for 15 women all of whom are professionals aged 43 - 59. Communication with Andrea prior to arrival was great.When we arrived at the property she was there to greet us,showing us round explaining various things. She then left saying she would return with a full set of keys, part of the group had to stay behind to wait for said keys hours later.Having to share 1 set of keys between a big group was difficult.We returned back to the villa to be greeted by her walking up thegarden.Which we thought odd but carried on with our day.Day2 we spent around the pool noticing sounds coming from behind the covered fence to realise that she was still on the property.Basically if you want to rent the villa youll have to accept an additional guest as Andrea is there morning,noon and night.2 of the group left for an early flight and we bolted the garden door behind them only to notice that the bolt had been opened by her coming in through the garage.We asked wifi code for the far bedroom as the internet from living room didnt connect,we were told we couldnt use that one as it was for the rental when only the apartment was used (we'd booked the whole property).Her main concern was that her 85 yr old neighbour using the WiFi and that he was connected! Shethreatened guests with €200 fines throughtout our stay treating my deposit as her own money.Upon leaving she DEMANDED I left a 5 star review otherwise she wouldnt return my deposit, screenshots are with VRBO. Choose elsewhere

There are a number of issues which need considering before anyone books
2 children in our group got serious cuts to their toes in the pool.. not acceptable
There whirlpool/hot tub doesn’t work and has sharp tiles in it
The bedroom layout could have been a massive issue for some.. 4 rooms on the ground floor.. and there is a separate apartment upstairs with a separate entrance.. problem is you have to walk through one bedrooom to get to the other which was fine for us but may not be for others
No aircon in the main living room.. again temp was just about ok but a bit of aircon would have been nice
Other than the above it was a nice place to stay and the outdoor area had a great view of the mountain and was really nice to sit outside in the evenings

We have just returned from a fantastically relaxing week at this wonderfully traditional villa in Puerto Banus. We travelled as a family group of 14 and the facilities in the villa suited us well. The pool is huge and the heated Jacuzzi is a really nice touch allowing the adults to have a relaxing soak while the younger ones played. There was plenty of seating and sun-loungers for those who chose to relax in either the sun or the shade. The table tennis got lots of use as well.
The shops were close and within easy walking distance, with a couple of cafes and restaurants also. We spent a few afternoons in Bar Brothers, a tennis complex no more than 3-4 minutes walk away from the Villa.
The Marina at Puerto Banus and the beach is only 10-15 minutes walk away, or 15-20 at a more leisurely pace. It is only €6 in a taxi.
Andrea was a wonderfully accommodating host, with no ask too large in order to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We were really happy with our stay. Thank you.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Andrea's Villa. It was the perfect location for our group of 15 ladies. The Villa itself was fantastic especially the outdoor areas and swimming pool. Andrea had also organised a private chef for our first evening and the food as fabulous setting the tone for the rest of the weekend. Andrea was very kind and nothing was too much trouble. I highly recommend a visit!

We came 12 girls for a hen party and had the most amazing time. We have absolutely loved our stay at Andrea’s wonderful villa. The house was very clean and a great set up but the outside was the real show stopper! Beautiful views and a gorgeous pool, with lots of hidden seating to enjoy in the gardens. Andrea was a wonderful host, very helpful with anything we needed before and during our stay. We would definitely recommend and would love to come back!

We payed for early check in, but the house was not ready. The host was very stresed and confused.There were ants everywhere in the house and rats around the pool. The rooms were connected to each other, so no privacy. No coffee machines, so we had to buy our own. Old and worn house.

The villa was not as described, with bedrooms being off other bedrooms, so no privacy at all for anyone staying, two of the bedrooms were accessed from outside of Tod main villa. The host lives in the grounds of the villa and frequently pops over, then summarising all her issues with ourselves, which were most unfounded in aggressive and incredibly long messages.

What a great villa for a group of friends to get away without kids. One thing to note is that two of the room are really one room with an archway between them. It didn't matter as we put the same family in the room, but could cause others an issue. Worth knowing, but still 5*!

11 of us stayed in Andrea's lovely quirky family home for a week. Its a traditional old Spanish villa with lots of character - don't expect modern chic. The outside area is great for large groups and the table tennis table provided lots of entertainment. The pool is large and there is a jacuzzi. The villa is a 5 minute walk from bars and a well stocked supermarket. There are several bars within a 5 minute walk and a 20 minute walk to Puerto Banus. Set up an account with Mercadona before you go and the order arrived when we got there. We did another order when we were there. Very efficient. Andrea was so help full through the whole process and even more so when we got there. She bought new sun chairs, a fan and wine glasses for us. She was always on hand if we needed her. We would definitely go again.

Great location. Very good outside area which we really enjoyed. The living space and kitchen is good enough but nothing specatcular. The bedrooms were good but some beds could definitely be replaced for newer ones. The toilets was really nice. The host was nice and helpful but also stayed right besides which didn’t really bother us but it would have been nice to know beforehand. The view was beautiful.

My group of 13 recently stayed here for a hen party weekend and it didn't disappoint. Months prior to our stay, Andrea was very communicative via email offering tips and any extra information needed, which was extremely helpful. She also allowed a small part of our group to arrive early to set up decorations which we greatly appreciated. The villa itself is even better in real life, and that view was just the cherry on top. The only issue we had was with directing taxis back to the villa as it's not located correctly on GPS but that was easily resolved once we got our bearings. Overall, an amazing weekend, and one very happy hen! Thanks Andrea!

The pictures of the property do not give it justice! We were a group of 12 girls on my hen do and it was the perfect place for us to stay. The Outdoor space is incredible and each bedroom is huge. It was very clean and had plenty of bathrooms for a large group of girls. It is a short 5 minute taxi ride to puerto banus city center and would only cost about €6 using Uber so very easy for everything we had planned.
Andy was great throughout the whole stay and helped us when we had an issue with our transfer.
I would definitely recommend this villa for a large group of people we couldn’t of asked for any more!

This villa was absolutely perfect for our hen do weekend. The outside space with the pool is incredible and I’d highly recommend booking the chef for a BBQ the food was scrumptious, a definite highlight of our weekend!

12 of us stayed and had a great time. Andy was the perfect host. The villa was very classic so don’t expert a modern hilltop villa. It’s a great location - 20 min walk or 5 min (6 Euro) cab. The views are wonderful and the pool was warm and jacuzzi section heated. All amenities you would need. Perfect for large groups wanting fun in the sun!

Thank you Andy for letting us stay in your stunning villa. The pictures drew us to choose this property and they don't lie. The decor is superb and very luxurious, a real treat in a holiday rental. As a large group of 15 boys on a stag, we spent most our time in the outdoor area which offered us enough space to socialise outside. The pool and heated jacuzzi were also the perfect size and the views were stunning.
Andy was very welcoming when we arrived and answered any questions we had prior to our visit. One of the highlights of our trip was the barbecue, in the outdoor area, which Andy had organised for us. The food was great at a very reasonable cost of €35 per person - which included 2 chefs cooking more than enough food for our entire group.
The location is excellent with just a few minutes walk to several restaurants, bars and supermarkets and just a 5 minute taxi to the main Puerto Banus beach area.
This was one of my favourite holidays so far and we can't wait to return!

Weekend stay for the first weekend in June. Stayed here for my Stag weekend and the villa was perfect for our requirements. We found the villa very clean, tidy and presentable.Andy the owner of the villa provided us with a chef (at our request) on our first day. The food was fantastic and came in abundance at a relatively cheap cost (really good value for money). The chef cooked up a fantastic BBQ which stood us in good stead for a long weekend of boozing.The pool and jacuzzi facilities were also very good with excellent views of the mountains etc.Thank you to Andy the owner for a very pleasant time whilst at the villa, I'm sure we will be over to stay again sometime soon!

Very nice place! The house was really big with a nice pool and and amazing view over the sea. The harbour is within walking distance. There's enough privacy if you need it and plenty of bathrooms. Andrea is one of the best hosts I have ever had! I have already recommended it to all of my friends if they want to visit Marbella and I'm sure I'm going back there next time I'm going to Puerto Banus. Don't hesitate, even if you think the HomeAway website looks a little dubious, it worked out really good and we had a good holiday

We travelled to Marbella on 5th May - a group of 15 ladies ranging from 16 years old to late 50's for my sisters hen weekend and birthday celebrations. When we arrived at the villa the first thing we all noticed were the breath-taking views and the lovely pool and hot tub area. The villa is very quirky and has a lot of history, if you are looking for a super modern place then this isn't for you but we wanted a more authentic experience and this was just perfect. Andy was at the villa when we arrived and she could not have been more welcoming and helpful (I have seen other reviews regarding her being unfriendly and this could quite honestly not be further from the truth) - she even arranged a few bottle of chilled champagne to be waiting for us as we were celebrating a special occasion.The villa location is simply perfect. I have been to Puerto Banus many times and this was by far my favourite location to be in. You have stunning views of the mountains in a quiet residential location which is perfect for chilling out and yet can easily get a taxi into Puerto Banus for the clubs/bars/restaurants which is only a 5 minute drive away. There is also a small strip of lovely restaurants a short walk away and a large supermarket very close by too - everything you could possibly need! The villa itself is like a grand old lady – very elegant and full of beautiful antiques/verandas and amazing 4 poster beds. The kitchen could maybe do with a little upgrading as the oven was quite small for very large groups but apart from this we all loved staying somewhere which was so beautiful and authentic. The layout is also quite quirky with doors leading to hidden bedrooms and extra bathrooms but this adds to its charm and is fine for a group of friends or people with children. The pool area was our favourite place in the villa and we actually hired a private chef to come to the villa one evening where we had a flamingo themed pool party for my sisters birthday. The temperature of the pool was fine and the hot tub was simply amazing at night time with the pool lights switched on and a the stars up above. I have noticed several people complaining of problems getting their security deposits back but please don’t let these opinions put you off…we had no problems at all and we received our security deposit back promptly with no problems. As someone who travels a lot for work and has stayed in many lovely hotels I would recommend this villa to anyone.
