Villa with charming and beautiful large garden with views to Teide volcano and full of different flowers. On a 450 m2 plot you find a comfortable 145 m2 house on ground level and delicate decoration. This area is well known for typical home-made food restaurants with excellent relation between quality and price. Just a few minutes away by car you have on Puerto coast the Lake Martianez, a complex of sea water pools near the sea.The house is situated near a road but the whispering of some low traffic do not casue any trouble at all. WIFI.

We had a lovely week in Puerto de la Cruz, it’s a beautiful apartment that lives up to the photos, well equipped with great space. Probably a little more road noise than we were expecting but all in all we had a great time!

The house was perfect for our six week holiday. We loved the location but be advised that it’s about a mile from town. There’s a bus stop very close but we chose to walk. It’s located very near a butcher shop that has excellent meat and near a small grocery store that has many things. We loved the outdoor space, took advantage of the kitchen most every evening and slept well in the comfortable bed. It was quiet and peaceful and the bird songs were beautiful to listen to. We loved everything about the place and would love to return. It was simply lovely.

The house was the perfect base for our ten day holiday. It’s on the outskirts of La Orotava, a beautiful town to visit, a 5 minute drive into Puerto de La Cruz and only an hours drive through the gorgeous pine forests and up to the plateau of the El Tiede volcano National park.
We arrived quite late for check in, but it was no problem, someone was there to meet us at the house and showed us around.
The garden has a great sea view and overall the house is so spacious and open, we were very happy here for the week, eating snacks and drinking beers on the porch.
The bed was very comfortable too!
I’d highly recommend booking this house if you want a great base to explore and to return to at the end of a busy day.
One thing that we were a bit cautious of was the on street parking, but we weren’t in the slightest once there. There was always space to park up at the end of the lane and it felt like a really safe friendly neighbourhood.

The house is exact like in the pictures. Amazing location. Very convenient to travel along the island. With majestic Teide at your back and the view of the ocean at front. Very confortable house to enjoy beautiful sunsets. I will definately repeat if i visit Tenerife again.

We have enjoyed the nice house and felt comfortable all the time. The location is perfect to discover the island. The place is quite at night but in the evening you can hear young people meeting at the near bus station. We didn‘t really care but others might do.

Wunderschöne Wohnung zum wie zu Hause fühlen
Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön eingerichtet, der Garten ist schön und gepflegt und man hat alles, was man braucht. In der ersten Nacht hatte ich ein Allergieproblem im Schlafzimmel, nach einem Kissenwechsel war das aber kein Problem mehr.
Obwohl die Straße tagsüber gut zu hören ist, fühlt ein bisschen wie im abgelegenen Paradies.
Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin ging schnell und ohne Probleme.
Die letzten 10 Meter Straße sind sehr eng, wir haben lieber vorne geparkt und sind den Rest gelaufen.

Tolle Lage! Tolle Aussicht! Direkter Blick aus dem Garten auf das Meer und den Teide!
Die Finca ist sehr schön und ruhig gelegen. Die Ausstattung ist soweit gut.
Die Sauberkeit war in Ordnung, das Bad hätte für meine Begriffe etwas sauberer sein können. Ein kleiner Sanierungsstau ist vorhanden. Aber alles in allem waren es schöne Tage und wir werden die Finca wieder buchen.

Villa bien conçu nous avons pu profiter de la terrasse et du salon de jardin.
Il manque juste un micro ondes et un grille pain. Dommage que par moment il y a des remontées d'égouts sur la terrasse et près du garage.

Superb House with great views
The property was superb, despite there being a slight musty smell when we first entered but that soon dissipated when the house was aired.
It was a little bit frustrating when we first arrived as we struggled to get the correct WiFi code to connect our tablets. But after a few phone calls and the promise it would be sorted, it was. This could easily be avoided if there was a welcome folder that explained, as well as the directions and info we received, about the appliances, it would have been a big help!
It was also a disappointment that when we arrived the only sun-bed there was broken. Once again though , after a brief chat with Ana and few texts the next afternoon two brand new sun-beds had been delivered. So I can only thank Ana for sorting it so quickly.
It really is a lovely house, with all the facilities and appliance of a high standard. And I imagine when the sun is shining it’s even better - we had a pretty awful week sunshine wise, but hey the fact the house so nice it made easy to relax. Once you get used the traffic noise... OK, it’s not city centre road noise or loud motorways but it was at times busy and certainly not a tranquil as we personally would have liked.
We did see one lovely sunset, so when it does shine it beautiful.

Tolles Haus in bester Lage
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, das Haus ist wie beschrieben und in einer optimalen Lage!
Das Haus ist meiner Meinung nach für bis zu vier Personen perfekt, wir waren zu dritt dort. Gute Versorgungsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe.
Mit dem Auto ist man schnell am wunderschönen Strand Playa De El Bollullo und an dem Natur Pool Charco De La Laja. Auf der Insel haben wir keinen schöneren Strand und keinen schöneren Natur Pool gefunden!

Casa muy confortable, vista espectacular y bien conectada con la Orotava y Puerto de la Cruz
Hemos pasado una semana con mi familia de 3 niños en la casa y es tal cual aparece en las fotos. Muy cómoda, equipada, decorada al detalle y con un porche y jardín muy agradables. Es necesario coche para acceder a los supermercados y servicios más próximos. Desde la casa se tarda en coche unos 5 minutos al pueblo de la Orotava y unos 10-15 a Puerto de la Cruz.

Mooie locatie, ruimte in huis en tuin
Mooi gelegen huis met ruimte voor een gezin. Extra speelkamer naast kinderslaapkamer. Er dient enig onderhoud te geschieden aan verrot hout buiten en enkel niet sluitend raam. Prachtige tuin met voldoende speelmogelijkheden. Keuken kan nog aangevuld worden en huis was wel wat vochtig. Buitenlampen zijn nog mooier als ze vastzitten. Zeker een aanrader voor een verblijf. Jammer van de vele honden die vaak te horen zijn, maar ja Tenerife behoort niet voor niets tot de Canarische eilanden.

Comfortable house in a good location
Very nice spacious house with lovely covered terrace. We enjoyed sitting outside relaxing here and watching the birds visiting the garden. Very clean and well furnished. Perfect location near a supermarket and approx 20 min walk to La Orotava where there are many more amenities. 20 mins in the other direction is a great little restaurant “La Bodeguita de Enfrente”. We loved our holiday here!

Schöne Unterkunft
Das Haus ist so, wie in der Anzeige beschrieben und bietet eine sehr geschmackvolle Inneneinrichtung. Den sehr guten Gesamteindruck trübten zwei Kritikpunkte: Bei Ankunft waren keine Wasserflasche und nur die letzten Blätter Toilettenpapier vorhanden, so dass wir trotz später Ankunft noch mal einkaufen mussten. Außerdem scheint es im Haus ein Problem mit Motten zu geben.

Es ist ein wunderschönes Haus in dem man sich wirklich rundum zu Hause fühlen kann
Das Haus ist mit seinem Charme in die wunderschöne Landschaft eingebettet und hat alles, was man braucht um sich wohl zu fühlen. Leider macht das Wetter was es will, aber auf der Terasse konnten wir trotz bedecktem Himmel, tolle Sonnenuntergänge genießen. Und der offene Kamin ist wirklich schön, um dann doch mal wohlige Wärme zu erleben.

Gutes Haus, gut gelegen für Touren in alle Richtungen
Wir waren im März 14 Tage hier und haben uns wohl gefühlt. Das Haus liegt verkehrsgünstig, wenn man im Nationalpark wandern möchte. Auch Teno- und Anaga-Gebirge sind gut zu erreichen, längere Anfahrtszeiten muss man allerdings einplanen.
Das Haus ist für 2-4 Personen perfekt, für mehr Personen eher nicht. Wie schon die Gäste vor uns schrieben, ist die ausgebaute Garage als Zimmer, das auch noch hinter dem zweiten Schlafzimmer („Kinderzimmer“) liegt, nicht wohnlich. Die gute Schlafcouch reißt das nicht heraus. Der Raum ist fensterlos (nur ein Oberlicht, es gibt keine gute Beleuchtung, ein Abstellraum grenzt an, der das Ganze nicht wohnlicher macht; da hilft auch der Fernseher nicht.
Sehr schön ist das geräumige Wohn-Esszimmer mit Küche. Große Fenster machen das Ganze hell. Der Garten ist groß, die Terrasse überdacht. Es gibt viele Sitzgelegenheiten. Die Fotos treffen Wohn-Essraum-Küche und Terrasse sehr gut.
Im Badezimmer mit kräftiger, heißer Dusche ist nicht zu verhindern, dass Feuchtigkeit das Holzinventar angreift. Da müsste dann auch mal Angefaultes ersetzt werden. Durch die Fliesen ist es aber trotz Feuchtigkeit sauber. Mit dem großen Fenster kann man rasch lüften. Es gibt viele saubere und trockene Kleiderschränke, was in anderen Häusern aufgrund der Luftfeuchtigkeit nicht immer selbstverständlich ist. Die Temperatur war im März so, dass es im Haus warm genug war. Radiator oder Heizlüfter brauchten wir nicht.
Das Haus steht in einer Wohnsiedlung nicht so einsam, wie es die Fotos suggerieren. Die Nachbar-Villen sind kein Problem. Räume und Garten sind von den Nachbarn nicht einsehbar. Das Haus liegt an einer Straße, die leider öfter von Motorradfahrern (innerorts!) hochtourig durchfahren wird. Nervig sind die Hunde der Nachbarn, die abends viel bellen.
Den Vorgängern muss man zustimmen, dass ein bisschen mehr Sorgfalt beim Erhalt der Einrichtung der Wohnlichkeit gut tun würde (Handtuchhaken, Toilettenpapierhalter wackeln, die Tapeten im zweiten Schlafzimmer lösen sich, Glühlampe müssten ersetzt werden). Es gibt aber jetzt eine Kaffeemaschine!
Der Kontakt mit Frau Reid klappte gut. Sie beantwortete alle Fragen. Die Ankunft war gut organisiert. Die Beschreibung zum Haus war gut. Ich empfehle, mit dem Auto vor der Einfahrt in die Straße zum Haus schon in der Urbanizacion Humboldt zu parken und die 15 m zum Haus zu Fuß zu gehen, und dann zu entscheiden, ob man in die Straße fährt und dort rangieren möchte.

Schönes Haus, gute Kommunikation, Luft nach oben
Wir waren im Februar 14 Tage hier und haben uns wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist für zwei Personen perfekt (zu sechst wollte ich hier eher nicht wohnen, da ein Zimmer eine ausgebaute Garage ist).
Das offene Wohn-Esszimmer gefiel uns gut. Highlight ist ganz klar die Veranda und das Grün davor mit wunderbaren Blick aufs Meer, Puerto de la Cruz und den Teide. Das Badezimmer ist groß genug, die Dusche hat einen satten und vor allem richtig heißen Strahl, der bei unseren Temperaturen (zw. 15-20 Grad) richtig gut tat.
Etwas probelamtisch wird es tatsächlich, wenn es kalt ist. Die ersten drei Tage hatten wir nachts nur rund 12 Grad, das Haus hat keine Heizung. Zur Verfügung stand ein kleiner Radiator, ein noch kleineres Gebläse (das wir im Bad einsetzten) und ein Bündel Holz für den Kamin, der am ersten Tag bereits aufgebraucht war. Wer schnell fröstelt, muss sich also in den umliegenden Märkten Holz oder Kohle holen.
Ein bisschen mehr Sorgfalt bei der Pflege der Einrichtung wäre nötig, z.B. wackeln Handtuchhaken oder Toilettenpapierhalter und die Küche ist, wie schon von anderen Gästen erwähnt wurde, nur mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet. Was immer noch fehlt, ist eine Kaffeemaschine (vorhanden nur eine kleine italiensiche Espressokocher), das ist nicht gut.
Die Durchgangsstraße direkt vor dem Haus würde mich beim Sonnenbaden stören. Da wir viel unterwegs waren und man abends wenig hört, war es ok. Nerviger war das ständige Gebelle der Hunde auf den Nachbargrundstücken links und rechts des Hauses.
Gut hingegen, der schnelle Service von Yanira und dem Gärtner, der uns auch empfangen hat.
Eine etwas längere Einweisung wäre hier noch gut gewesen. Auch eine Mappe, wo man Wifi-Passwort, Servicenummern oder Betriebsanleitungen finden könnte, ist eigentlich Standard.
Insgesamt würde ich eine 3,5 vergeben. Da wir aber das Gefühl hatten, unsere Ansprechpartner jeder Zeit kontaktieren zu können und auch die Kommunikation mit vielen nützlichen Informationen vor der Reise gut war, runde ich auf vier auf. Das gesamte Haus wäre mit ein paar einfachen Verbesserungen leicht für die volle Punktzahl aufzufrischen.

Lovely peaceful house
I loved the house and the area. The location suited me as although it was out of town it was 5 minutes to Puerto De la Cruz. The only thing I was disappointed with was the fact there was no sun lounger I had to buy one as I like to lie in the sun and read.

Großzüges behaglich eingerichtetes Haus ,aber völlig unpersönlich, nicht für Wintermonate geeignet
Wir , ein älteres Ehepaar (76 und 68 Jahre) verbrachten dort 3 Wochen ab Ende November .
Nach der Markierung auf der Karte hätte das Haus wesentlich tiefer bei Puerto de la Cruz liegen müssen. Es gibt viele Kleiderschränke und Kommoden, aber die sind alle leer : kein Spiel, keine Bücher, keine Prospekte für Unternehmungen, nichts!!! Am schlimmsten für mich war die fehlende Kaffeemaschine, auch keine Thermoskanne mit Kaffeefilter war vorhanden, nur ein italienischer Metall-Espressokocher für den Herd. Der Toaster war ein Panini-Kontaktgrill ohne Schalter, so dass immer der Stecker gezogen werden mußte.
Fürs Fernsehen mußte ich mein Laptop mitbringen. Es gibt 2 große Flachbildschirme, aber leider nur span.Programme. Da das Haus viele große Fenster und im offenen Wohnbereich und Flur keine Türen hat, kühlte es in 4 Nächten mit 12/13 Grad bis auf 19 Grad im Esszimme
ab. Es war nur ein winziger Radiator vorhanden. In den Wintermonaten dort ungemütlich kalt.
Kaminholz war nicht vorhanden. Es gab einen großen Außengrill, aber leider war das Gas leer. Liegestühle für den Rasen waren nicht vorhanden.
Man brauchte ein Auto, weil man von dort kaum laufen konnte, weil es steil nach oben oder unten ging oder an der Hauptautostraße entlang. Den stündlich verkehrenden Bus kann man natürlich auch nehmen.
Spanischkenntnisse sind erforderlich, weil Yanira kein Wort Englsch oder Deutsch versteht(Ankunft). Whats App funktioniert auf den Kanaren erst nach 1-2 Stunden. Wir warten trotz 3maligem Anruf über 35 Minuten auf ihr Erscheinen.

Beautiful Villa and lots of space!
Beautiful Villa, nice area but very small town, would reccomend hiring a car, or if you can afford taxis that will be needed as too far to walk into town. Lots to do but do your research as some of the fun activities are based in the South of Tenerife which is an hour away! Other than that fantastic location and Villa!

We stayed at he house in july 2017 and almost immediately fell in love with this so nively decorated house! Every object is very well choosen and contributes to creating a cosy atmosphere where you rapidly feel at home, the attention for detail is indeed omnipresent. We were however less convinced by the location: the traffic is indeed dense and we missed calm and silence in the garden. If we may suggest some improvements with regard to the maintenance: the flat iron and mixer did not work, the grass was only cut the day before we left (so for us it was rather a prairy than a garden) and the windows were not cleaned (I ended up cleaning some myself). A bit more attention for this would have made the stay even more enjoyable.

Elegant and comfortable indeed :-)
We enjoyed a very comfortable two weeks in this well-equipped modern house! The quiet neighborhood and the queen-sized bed made us sleep-in on a daily basis, the really good kitchen and wonderful local foods seduced us into lavish home-cooking, which led inevitably to a lot of lounging about the house (with a good and stable wifi connection) - we had to push ourselves a little to go out and also see a bit of the island!

Excellent!
An excellent house for a family to spend holiday - spacious, very clean, nice yard for kids, all the necessary equipment including dish washer and barbecue. You need wool socks cause the floors are cold during winter season. You also need a car because there's not much services nearby, but taxi works also very well.
