What a DREAM! We never wanted to leave!

Words can not explain what a dream this place was. The serenity of the location, being able to swim off the front of the place, the large gorgeous internal area. We spent most of our time on the deck and never wanted to leave. I recommend booking this place once you have done your touring as you want to enjoy every minute. Dimitri the Host was amazing. Always on call to assist us and his communication was so prompt.Thank you! Cant wait to go back!

our favorite place in Greece!

This place was incredible! amazing views and we loved swimming off the porch every morning. the fridge was stocked with water and juice and the apartment was unique and stylist in a built out old cave. it was very peaceful though you must enjoy the sound of waves. we loved it. great WiFi. recommend a car but with one it’s a quick drive to restaurants and beaches!

A comfortable suite right on your own personal bay

The host offered a ton of water bottles because you can't drink the running water. The fridge was stocked with OJ, milk, jam, and toasts for breakfast. Coffee was simple to make and delicious. The property is off the beaten path but so beautiful and peaceful in its own little bay and a quick drive to other beautiful beaches nearby.

Better instructions could have been useful. We weren't quite sure where we were going when we got off the main road onto a dirt road. But we found it and realized that literally off the beaten path meant one of the most stunning properties we've seen in Greece.

Incredible experience.

Demitri was fantastic and provided great assistance. He was always willing to help at any hour, gave fantastic recommendations for activities, food and more. The place was stunning, right by the water and absolutely immaculately clean.

Surreal experience

We booked this place for our Honeymoon…it was truly amazing. The location is perfect and you get the authentic feel that you’ll find in no place else. Also, Dimitris the property manager was so unbelievably helpful with everything from random reservations to local area questions to onsite inquiries. We absolutely can’t wait to come back!

Gorgeous piece of paradise

The host was in regular contact with me via WhatsApp. He waited for us to arrive in person, then helped us to the room. He also provided a basic breakfast with several food options — simple but much appreciated! We only stayed for one night but it was a magical experience to hop off the terrace right into the sea. Very private and idyllic! We caught a gorgeous sunset and then drove out to Pollonia for dinner (only 5 mins by car). The house was spacious, clean, and comfortable! We wish we had been able to stay 2 nights!

We loved everything! I probably wouldn’t stay more than a night or two based on location since you have to do a lot of driving on Milos and it’s nice to be close to groceries and restaurants.

Magic stay right into the sea

Amazing location right into a sea smaller beach, great host Dimitri's taking care of us, he left for us basic items for breakfast like coffee and orange juice and milk as well as fresh fruits and bottles of water so we were covered for our stay! Very well design terrace and house interiors (bedroom, kitchen) We loved the experience and we would repeat it!

The bathroom needs uplift ie: tub (all damaged) shower system (very '20 style) and mirror and bins were very cheap plastic, they could be upgraded with more design and quality finiture to be in line with the high standard design of all the rest of the house.

Terra Mare made our stay in Milos one to remember! Will definitely be back.

My husband and I loved everything about our stay at Terra Mare. The location was very central on the island, Dimitris was wonderful and gave us so many tips and recommendations during our stay (he even booked a rental boat for us), the room was beautiful and exceeded our expectations!

Superb

All in all a great stay! Recommended.

The manager was sligthly disorganized at times. For example, he picked us up to go to the port with a Smart - a car that couldn't accomodate any passenger if there are bags, when we needed 2 passengers. He also promised to manage stuff for us but had to be reminded. That said, he is very friendly.

The most beautiful place

This apartment is SO amazing. You can’t beat the location… it’s secluded in the best way, and you have the ocean at your doorstep. you’ll need an ATV/car to get around the island regardless, so it’s a great spot. it’s just a few mins drive from the towns. There was another apartment below us, but honestly it still felt very private. People have mentioned the wifi isn’t great, but we didn’t have major issues. It was a tiny bit spotty in certain parts of the house, but nothing worth worrying about if you’re purely holidaying. the apartment itself is super clean, modern, beautiful. Our host Dimitris was great as well :)) Thanks for having us!

Perfect couples getaway in Milos.

Everything. For us this stay was perfect for what we wanted. We had the upstairs apartment. Being self catered gave us flexibility, and the apartment is both private and also well positioned on the island for exploring if you have a car. We loved being able to get up in the morning and jump from the apartment straight into the sea. Dimitris who managed the property was excellent, always on hand, very knowledgeable but also respected our privacy. He helped us hire a car and gave us pointers on what to enjoy on the island. We hope to stay again!

We can't think of anything we did not enjoy or like. It's probably not for everyone, but it's great for a couple who need a break.

Ridiculously overpriced

The room had been recently refurbished and it is beautifully decorated. Clean & tidy. Dimitris, the host, is very helpful and kind.

With 700 euros per day, I was expecting a bigger room with much more amenities. Definitely not value for money. The place was in the middle of nowhere on a very windy spot which made it very difficult for the kids to swim in front of the terrace. Also a noisy water pump made it difficult for the family to sleep at night.

A gem in the Cyclades

The character of a fisherman’s home with beautiful decoration and modern equipment and of course the location right in a cove. Mind blowing sunsets every night, and the friendliness and efficiency of the host, Dimitris, nothing is too much trouble. He is always on hand with a wide Milos smile! Can’t wait to go back. It’s the perfect place to stay for peace and quiet away from the tourists crowds but close enough if you want to join them

Just minor details, the bathrooms are missing a few hooks to hang the towels. Otherwise bathroom and kitchen are fully equipped. You do need a car so if you don’t drive it can be an issue.

MOST MAGICAL PLACE ON EARTH

Preciously kept and incredibly clean. Upon arrival, you’re driving up to a cliff overlooking the gorgeous blue sea. You’re enclosed by two beautiful beaches and your own private dock to where you can jump right into the sea. Dimitris was incredibly helpful and kind. A true professional and was very helpful with booking us a boat trip and holding our baggage for us as well. He was great! I would 10/10 book this place again and I will tell EVERYONE about this GEM in the land that God highly favored.

Exceptional

The house is amazing. The inside is huge, very beautiful designed, and had everything we needed. The terrace right over the sea was the highlight for us. To be able to be literally one step away from the sea is quite unique. We enjoyed swimming and watching the fish from the terrace every evening. We stayed in low season so we were mostly alone in the whole bay.

Bad wifi / phone connection as seen all over Milos. Maybe it is a temporary glitch.

Great holidays in a remote and premium seaside resort.

The location is amazing. You have your privacy will being literally onto the sea. The facility is great and includes everything you need to have, from towels, food for your breakfast till cutlery till the last detail. The place is also super clean and provides you with the feeling of safety. There are even dehumidifiers, which play a significant role in the apartment's atmosphere. Amazing service from our host, Dimitris. He explained us everything for the facilities but also gave us super tips for the island. On top, when we were out, he took all precaution measures that no water would reach our yard, due to the wind, and brought us fruits. Last, but not least he was always available.

Nothing particularly. Only one thing to notice is that the visitors need to be aware to empty the dehumidifier water vessels often. The street from the main road till the Cavehouse is not tarmac, so expect some stones and dust due to the gravel.
