Villa Chiara is located in a panoramic position on the hills of Manerba del Garda. The Villa is semidetached (two under one roof), surrounded on three sides by its own private garden of 1.700 m2, from where you can enjoy the gorgeous view of the Lake Garda and the surrounding mountains.
The big covered patio features a dining table, allowing you to eat al fresco the food cooked on your barbecue; the sofas are perfect for your summer siesta in the shade while enjoying the view.
In your private big garden you can also find a round swimming pool (5,70 meters diameter, water depth 120cm), where your children can play safely and you can refresh yourself, sun chairs and a barbecue to cook outside.
Inside the Villa you can find a living room with a large sofa that can be easily be transformed into a double bed, the kitchen area with dishwasher, working table and dinner table; two steps lead to a large aisle, from which you enter the two bedrooms, each of them with a double bed; there are two bathrooms, each of them with a shower; there is also a third room, to be used as wardrobe room.
The Villa furniture is simple but functional, offering you all comforts, as dishwasher, washing machine, unlimited WI-FI Internet, Smart TV with satellite and many international channels and Netflix (on demand movies), air conditioning in both bedrooms.
Your pets are welcome at Villa Chiara, it is perfect for them thanks to the big and completely fenced garden; you should inform you if you will take your pets at the moment of booking.
The beach of Porto Torchio can be easily reached by feet in about 15 minutes (1,3km), while the town centre, with some shops and bars, is at 10 minutes distance (800 meters); we strongly suggest you to stay at the Villa with your own private car, as this will allow you to easily reach all the attractions of the area, so that you will enjoy your Holiday at its best. A private fenced uncovered parking area for at least four cars is included.

Our family with 2 children aged 8 & 11 had a lovely week. The house has everything needed and the host made an effort to make sure we were welcomed and went through the property in detail.
There is plenty of space and the children enjoyed the pool with outdoor shower. Good base if you have a hire car.

Villa Chiara
Den Empfang durch Diego Angeli war sehr freundlich. Er hat sich viel Zeit genommen um alles zu erklären. Die Villa ist sehr schön und bietet für zwei Paare genübend Platz. Der Garten und der Pool waren super, wir konnten uns richtig gut erholen. Besten Dank.

Wunderbare Tage in der Villa Chiara
Wir wurden sehr herzlich vom Vermieter empfangen und es wurde uns alles gezeigt und erklärt.
Der Garten, die Bäume, der Pool und das ganze Grundstück eingezäunt- perfekt!
Zwei kleine Dinge würde ich beanstanden: im Wohnzimmer kann man zwar das Gitter zusperren, allerdings drückt der Wind nachts das Fenster auf. Und das kann man leider nicht komplett schließen.
Und in der Küche sind die Utensilien (u.a. Pfannen und Töpfe nicht so hochwertig).
Ansonsten haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden auch gerne wieder kommen!

Es war einfach klasse
Wir wurden von Diego empfangen und komplett mit allem vertraut gemacht. Die Corona-Pause wurde für Modernisierungen verwendet. Alles war so wie beschrieben. Wir und unser Hund haben sich sofort heimisch gefühlt. Der Garten komplett umzäunt, ein Traum für Hunde und natürlich auch für uns. Pool und Terrasse laden zum mediterranen Träumen ein. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Optimale Urlaubsregion
Das Objekt liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, an einem leichten Hang, so dass meine schönen Blick zu den Bergen hat, die den Gardasee umgeben. Man sieht auch eine kleinen Teil vom See. In der warmen Jahreszeit kann man entspannende Abende auf der Terrasse verbringen. Strände und Restaurants sind schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Auch die kleine Altstadt von Manerba ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Dort sind auch schöne Restaurants und eine tolle Bar mit Aussichtsterrasse.

Rundum zufrieden
Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und einem Hund eine Woche in diesem Haus. Das Grundstück und die Lage sind ein Traum.
Die Aufteilung im Haus ist super. Das zweite Bad ist zwar klein, aber ausreichend auch für Erwachsene.
Der Garten ist ein (Hunde-)Traum und der Pool ist riesig und war sehr sauber. Vor dem Haus gibt es ausreichend Stellplätze für mind. 2 PKW.
In ca. 1,5 km Entfernung gibt es einen Hundestrand, was für uns ein Volltreffer war.
Wir waren rundum zufrieden und kommen gern wieder.

Das Haus und vor allem der Garten is wunderschön! Ein Paradies mit eigenem Pool und ruhig gelegen.
Der Gastgeber ist super nett und hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation war einwandfrei.

Eine wirklich tolle Unterkunft mit großem Garten und Pool.
Diego hat uns herzlichst empfangen und alles toll erklärt.
Es war alles vorhanden was man benötigt und sogar an den Früchten im Garten durften wir uns bedienen.
Gerne empfehlen wir dieses Objekt weiter :)

Super toller Urlaub, können wir uns nicht besser vorstellen.
Geräumiges Haus ideal für Familie mit oder ohne Hund. Küche und Haushalt perfekt ausgestattet, es mangelt an nichts.
Sehr großer Garten, eingezäunt, Brombeeren, Äpfel, Birnen. Pool und Gartendusche. Der Pool ist größer als er auf den Bildern aussieht. Ein Paradies für Kinder. Man kann sogar darin schwimmen. Top Lage..man kann zu Fuß an den Gardasee sowie in die Stadt zum Bäcker, Metzger, kleiner Supermarkt. Gastgeber ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Alles in allem ein super entspannter Urlaub.

Das Haus ist sehr schön, der Garten ist riesig und der Pool ist ebenfalls sehr groß. Es gibt in der Unterkunft einen Grill und in der Küche ist alles Vorhanden, Backofen, Spülmaschine usw. Zum See sind es zu Fuß 10-15 min. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Man ist in der Unterkunft sehr unter sich durch die vielen Bäume im Garten. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden jeder Zeit wieder kommen.

Toller Aufenthalt
Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche in der Villa Chiara verbracht. Das Haus war sehr sauber und nett eingerichtet und es gibt alles was man braucht. Die gemütliche Sitzecke auf der Terrasse lud abends zum Verweilen ein. Der Garten ist riesig und die Hauptattraktion war natürlich der Pool den wir ausgiebig genutzt haben. Er ist viel größer als auf den Bildern und er ist durch die mobile Einstiegstreppe absolut kindersicher.Es gibt eine Auswahl an Restaurants in der Umgebung (Tipp: Da Rino am Porto Torchio). Als wir ankamen hat uns Diego sehr nett empfangen und uns ausführlich eingewiesen. Fazit: Wir kommen gerne wieder! Familie U. aus München

Nettes Haus, toller Garten, toller Pool,größer als auf den Bildern. Hundestrand mit dem Auto ca. 5Minuten.
Alles in allem ein schönes Objekt. 2. Badezimmer wirklich etwas klein. Für Erwachsene eine Herausforderung für Kinder machbar.

Great location with amazing scenery
Villa was very clean and well presented. Original rustic features were charming. The garden and view to the lake was beautiful and made the whole trip even better.
The pool was bigger than it looked in the photos with plenty of space for 3 adults and 2 kids to splash around.
We had such a blissfully chilled time and managed to get to the spots we wanted to visit with no hassle, although we had our own car which I think was an essential.
The manager Diego was very friendly and helpful, and gave a full tour of the villa when we arrived. Great chap.
Would recommend this villa for its ideal location to have a relaxing holiday.

Nice place for people who don't like the messy atmosphere of tourist village, safe for family with kids or / and dogs, private garden and large, cool veranda make it very pleasant. Technical state of apartment to be upgraded and some noisy neighbors to be kindly asked to calm down...

Es hat alles gut geklappt, auch die Kommunikation mit dem Verwalter Diego, hat sich um alles sehr gut gekümmert. Das Haus ist soweit in Ordnung doch ist es schon in die Jahre gekommen. Für eine Familie ist es perfekt. da das zweite Bad doch etwas eng ist. Der Pool ist super und ist größer wie auf den Bildern. Für Hunde ein absolutes Paradies und zum Hundestrand sind es ca. 1,5 km. Was fehlt in dem Haus ist eine Klimatisierung dann wäre alles perfekt. Im großen und ganzen hat uns der Urlaub in Manerba del Garda in der Villa Chiara sehr gut gefallen.

Ein erholsamer und erfolgreicher Urlaub
Alles in Allem haben wir dort einen sehr schönen Urlaub gehabt.
4 Personen und 2 Hunde.
Für die Hunde ein Paradies – Auslauf satt und alles eingezäunt.
Ebenso isst der Garten ein Traum. Obstbäume laden zum naschen ein und im Pool holt man sich die nötige Erfrischung. Liegen und Handtücher sind ausreichend vorhanden. Auch die Terrasse ist mit "Chillout"-Bereich und Essbereich ausgestattet. Auch Innen bzw. von der Ausstattung fehlt nichts. Es ist alles da was man braucht....wirklich alles!
Der einzige Punkt (daher auch nur 4 Sterne) ist, dass es von Innen sehr klein ist. gerade das zweite Schlafzimmer und angrenzende Bad ist für Erwachsenen eher eine Miniausführung. Ebenfalls sind einige Teile des Hauses sehr alt und sichtlich mitgenommen. Wer aber nicht pingelig ist und am wunderschönen Gardasee sowieso immer draußen ist, den sollte so etwas nicht stören.
Alles in allem ein zu empfehlendes Objekt!!!!
Wir werden mit Sicherheit auch wieder kommen.

Comfortable, clean and well appointed. Lovely position-private yet close to Lake Garda
We very much enjoyed our stay at the villa which was very comfortable and in a great position for visiting Lake Garda (about 15 minutes walk).
The manager, Diego was very friendly and gave us lots of useful advice about visiting the local area. He was also very quick to respond when we had a minor problem with the pool.
We recommend a boat trip around the lake and visits to Limone and Sirmione plus a trip to Verona to see an opera. (take cushions!) Loved our week and plan to return sometime.

Sehr schönes Haus, alles sauber, sehr ruhig. Die Betreuung war hervorragend. Der Seeblick hat allerdings gefehlt, die Bäume im Nachbargrundstück waren schon zu hoch.

Erholsamer Urlaub
Sehr schönes Grundstück mit Olivenbäumen. Toller Pool. Das Haus ist etwas altmodisch aber völlig ausreichend für einen schönen Urlaub. Der See ist zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen auch Restaurants gibt es einige zur Auswahl. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto in 5-10 min gut zu erreichen. Netter Vermieter und die Verständigung klappt sehr gut. Wir hatten tolle 2 Wochen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Great location, amazing garden and views.
Brilliant villa pretty much as described if not better, great pool nice and clean, in elevated position overlooking the lake, we had fantastic weather with a few thunder storms. Close to Manerba del Garga town centre, with shops and restaurants very quaint. 15 mins walk to beach. Lidl supermarket 5 mins away by car, best value by far for your provisions. Property in general was great , just a couple of minor problems, the manager Diego was very helpful and easy to contact. Visit Limone Sul Garda , the drive through the tunnels is interesting and well worth the trip. Market days are very busy in Desenzano would avoid and go another day, but we did visit during the Italian holidays! causing lots of queues in Gardaland also. Overall had a fantastic time and would highly recommend.
