Woodlands Farm is an end-terrace cottage just outside of Hulland Ward in Derbyshire. It provides two bedrooms made up of a king-size and a twin room, as well as a family shower room and a cloakroom, the property can sleep up to four people. Its interior also contains a kitchen/diner, a sitting room with a woodburning stove. To the outside you will find off road parking for three cars as well as a lawn and a patio with furniture and a barbecue. Woodlands Farm is a characterful, cosy cottage placed excellently for exploring Derbyshire and the Peak District.
Amenities: Oil central heating, woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer 2 x TVs (1 Smart) with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 3 cars. Lawn and patio with furniture and BBQ, access to owner's woodland. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile.

Foroutdoor pursuits, Carsington Water is a renowned water sports centre offering sailing and activities including walking, bird watching, cycling and bridleways, Alton Towers is 45 minutes away.
