The pool/spa may be lit in the evening and is maintained weekly by our friendly and efficient local Management Company. Our family, grandfather and spouse, son, daughter-in-law and granddaughter (aged 15) rented the villa for two weeks over the Easter 2023 holidays. First of all the Waterxsong community is perfect, quite and peaceful but close to the theme parks albeit the traffic congestion at certain times of the day has got worse since our last visit in 2018. The villa has all the facilities including a superb heated swimming pool and spa. If we decide to visit this area again our first enquiry will to ask the availability of the Crystal Palm villa. Thank you Jon and Sue for helping us have a truly magical holiday staying at a beautiful house in a perfect location.

Here’s a review of our stay.
Pros. This property was spacious. Owners were responsive to our needs. The pool area is great. Kitchen was well equipped. House was very clean. Kids loved the game room.
Cons. Thermostat was preset set so we were unable to control the temperature of the house unless we emailed to owner and asked it to be set to a different temperature. Mattresses were not comfortable and have plastic wrapped around them. TV’s in bedrooms are small. Sofas cushions are extremely flat. It’s actually about a 35-40 minute drive to Disney Parks with good traffic.
I would give this house a 3 star rating. Even though this house appears to be luxury, it is not up to the standard we are used of for an upscale home. For the price we paid, I would have expected more comfort from this home.

Fun in the Sun
Can’t say enough good things about our stay. We were there for two months so we got to know the ins and outs of the property, the management company and the surroundings.
The house itself has a relaxed and welcoming feel. The home backs onto a conservation area and a setting sun in the evening, yet it provides sun over the pool and lanai for most of the day. The only backyard neighbours are the sand cranes.
The ensuite bathrooms gave all our guests privacy and comfort. We had friends and family with us almost every day in March and they all felt right at home from the moment they walked through the door.
Shopping is only15 minutes away at Posner Park and because we had an extended stay, we went there to purchase table cloths and other items to personalize the inside as well as the lanai area. But the house is already well equipped. Grocery shopping is about 5 minutes away with a large and new Publix. Champion’s Gate shops and restaurants are also a short distance away. A trip to Celebration is warranted but don’t use hwy 4 to get there. It’s a parking lot. (There are also better routes than hwy 17.)
You are bound to run into occasional problems with any house so a good and responsive management company is a must. Lynn and her team are terrific. The home owners Jon and Sue are also great and very accommodating. You’ll have to let them know when you have guests arriving as only the homeowners are to call the security gatehouse.
Quiet time is 11pm to 8am. We did have noisy neighbours in a house beside us at one point in our two month stay but the situation was quickly resolved though the management company.
The neighbourhood was the perfect size for us and we walked inside the gated community every day. Didn’t use the community centre or the larger pool this time. Most people prefer the privacy of their own pool. There is an alarm (rather loud and ear piercing) on the door to the pool as a safeguard for those staying here who have youngsters.
If you golf, there is a great course 2 minutes up the road that you will enjoy. And you can get the golf channel using Roku on all your TV’s. In fact, you can get pretty much any of the streaming services too with Roku.
You have valet service for garbage and recycling bins so no need to take them curbside or return them to the side of the house. (I know. Crazy, huh?)

Nice house, not very toddler friendly, but great for older kids!
This is a beautiful home, and the pool was wonderful. If I were to caution anyone staying with small children: the house is not “curious crawler” friendly. There are no plug covers; and there are many decorative things within chewing range. Most of the tables in the home are glass or tile tops. For older kids, this would be fine, but it is not “monster truck” safe, requiring more constant supervision.
Another sore spot for us was the beds. The mattresses leave a lot to be desired. The king size bed squeaked and creaked enough to wake our infant. They felt a lot like mattresses you’d have at camp.
The game room is great! Being able to shoot some pool after a day of being out and about was something I’d look forward to. The TV was a new 4K Roku streaming TV, and had all kinds of streaming options along with cable.
The pool and hot tub being private is so nice during the pandemic. For the four of us, it was more than enough space for all of us to swim comfortably, and we had a blast just being in the pool. For us, the pool with the backdrop of the woods was pretty exciting and relaxing.
Overall, I’d recommend this home to a family with older kids; some of the furniture is not small children friendly.

We had a great week at this property. The house and pool were great and the game room was a nice bonus that was used more than we had anticipated. We had bad luck with some noisy neighbors but that was no fault of the owners. We would stay again.

Fantastic property! Very clean. Kitchen was well stocked. Pool and hot tub were amazing! Pool heat was well worth it as we had some days that were in the 60's. Loved all the kid friendly features like the door alarm and the pool fence. My 2yo didnt go outside ONCE without help! Something I was very concerned about because he loves to swim! Would most definitely recommend this property!

We really enjoyed our time at the Villa - what a beautiful community it is, so peaceful & beautifully kept. The pool was amazing & the extended deck makes a huge difference, we spent a lot of time using it! The Villa was great, everything we needed. The management company were really great too - super responsive. All in all we had a great trip.

Spacious home, great location
We were staying in the area to attend my son's college baseball games during spring break. This house was conveniently located to both the baseball fields and shopping/themeparks/restaurants. The neighborhood is gated and very private. The house is located at the back of the subdivision so it was quiet and peaceful. We saw different wildlife each day in the fields behind the house. There was a lot of room for everyone to have their own space after a long day. The pool was well maintained and a good size. We paid the extra money for the pool to be heated and the water was a very comfortable temperature. My son and husband used the workout room at the clubhouse daily. There were plenty of towels at the house and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots & pans, dishes, etc. My only complaint was that the airconditioning system did not work well. We came back to the house every day to it being very stuffy and warm in the house and even with setting the thermostat to 73 (lowest allowed setting) the house did not cool off. It was not extremely hot while we were there...upper 70s, low 80s. Thankfully it was cool at night so we were able to open windows and sleep comfortably for the most part. Other than that small issue, we really enjoyed staying at this home and especially enjoyed the nice pool/jacuzzi and game room.

Beautiful Home. Wonderful Vacation.
The house was lovely, very well-maintained and conveniently located to sites and attractions. We loved having access to a private pool and hot tub. The property owners/management company were easy to contact to get the pool heat turned on, after we had inadvertently forgotten to set that up prior to our arrival; it was remedied within hours. It was all around a wonderful trip and great experience. Highly recommend!

Overall it was an EXCEPTIONAL stay!
It was our first time renting a vacation home. Lets just say we were blown by the amazing and exceptional experience while Staying at Jon and Sue’s Villa. It really is a great place! The pool, jacuzzi and game room for the kids was the icing on the cake. Great location, great neighborhood, kitchen well equipped! Extra blankets in the rooms, extra towels, just PERFECT!

Jon and Sue’s house was the best!
I’ve been stayed in Florida every year but definitely Jon and Sue’s house was the best. We had minor issues but Jon/Sue and maintenance company contacted us right away and corrected the issues. They are very friendly and prompt. Outstanding service. I’m very picky about the cleanliness but House was very clean and beautiful. House located in gate community and have alarm so we felt very secured. Location was great too - we went to Lego land, Disney, sea world, wonder works, gatorland and beaches (Clearwater and st. Pete). All between 30 min to 2 hours distances. My kids said this is the best house we’ve been stayed. We definitely coming back next year. Thank you Jon/Sue and maintenance company.

Great Accommodations for Larger Families
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay (7 nights) - it's a bit south of all the hustle & bustle near the parks and International Drive, so feels a bit more relaxing when returning from a busy day. The pool + hot tub are excellent - was the highlight of the kids stay for sure.
Bedrooms were great (there were 8 of us), especially as three of them have en-suites - we especially liked that they were all on second floor, since we have younger kids.
Kitchen was stocked with ample dinnerware and cookware to prepare meals, which we took advantage for breakfasts and dinners.
Only thing to be aware of is that there's not much within the surrounding area - so you're be driving a bit (closest shopping and restaurants are a little over a 5 min drive). Getting to Disney parks is a breeze - took about 20min on average

Superb villa in great location
We stayed in this villa for 2 weeks and were very impressed. It was large and spacious. Also the facilities to keep the kids entertained were great, including the games room and Playstation.

Happy Days
Crystal Palm villa is a very comfortable and well appointed place to stay while in Orlando! There were 8 of us in our party, we had plenty of room with even a bedroom unused! The pool was so lovely, plenty of chairs and sun loungers, I would recommend this villa to anyone!

Beautiful Villa!
This was the 3rd time we had been to Orlando, but the first for 10 years. Previously we stayed once at Disney, once on International Drive, but decided to try a villa this time. Very glad we chose Crystal Palm Villa!
Had a wonderful time, villa was fantastic, home from home, lots of little touches to make it special. We loved it. Watersong was great. Not too far from the parks, shops and restaurants, but very peaceful. Gym and resort pool were a bonus! Kids had a whale of a time!
Terry of the local management company was so helpful. and the booking process was made so easy by Jon and Sue. We'd really love to stay at their villa again some time soon!

A magical vacation!
This was the first time we had booked a villa on the internet and first time to visit America and we were a little nervous. But Jon and Sue were so kind and helpful. It was like renting from friends.
The villa was superb - all we could ask! A beautiful villa in a tranquil location with peaceful views of the countyside, but not far from Disney.
We planned to spend lots of time at the parks, but chenged our plans to stay more at the villa, in the lovely pool and spa, the kids adored the games room and the HD TV. It was nice to also have the Watersong gym and big swimming pool.
We couldnt believe that we could call home to France for as long as we wanted as well for free!
We have told all our friends about Crystal Palm and hope we can visit again one day.
