What can I say - this is absolutely the best vacation we´ve ever had. The owner is a wonderful host: kind and serviceminded, doing everything to make our stay perfect in every way. The house has big rooms and a high ceiling. Comfortable furnitures that really makes it feel like a proper home. Air conditioning in 3 of 4 bedrooms as well as in the living room. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen has everything you could possibly wish for. The big terrass under roof is wonderful and offers shade during the day and is the perfect place to have dinner in the evenings. The house does a good job keeping the heat out, partly because of the surrounding trees and bushes in the garden. The location is great: a calm area with only a 20 seconds walk to the lovely beach with crystal clear water and a small bar where you can get something to eat and drink. The next beach (4 min walk) has both restaurants and bars. Here you can rent paddling boats. There is a supermarket and several restaurants/pizzerias within walking distance (5-10 minutes). Thank you so much Maria Rosa for a wonderful stay. We all hope to come back again to your lovely house!

Das Haus ist genau wie beschrieben und perfekt für eine Familie. Wir haben die Woche im Haus sehr genossen und würden sicherlich zurück kommen. Es gibt alles, was man braucht und die Kommunikation mit det Eigentümerin, Maria, war perfekt.

Großes schönes Haus Meerblick von der Terrasse 50 m zum Strand Beste Betreuung vor Ort

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa dal 09-08-2020 al 16-08-2020. La casa è veramente carina, dotata di tutto, dista qualche passo dal mare e si trova in una zona strategica per poter visitare tutte le spiaggie e città più rinomate della Costa Smeralda. Siamo rimasti veramente molto soddisfatti!!! Un plauso particolare alla signora Maria Rosa, proprietaria della casa, sempre disponibile per ogni nostra richiesta.

The location of the house is amazing! It's under 60m from the front gate to actually stepping onto the beach - a 45 second walk. As it was really busy time of the year when we stayed and the beach was quite crowded, we would pop to the beach every hour or so to go in the sea and then come back to the house to relax on the terrace's or in the garden. There were loungers and parasols at the property for our use. The house was very homely with many of the owners personal items left for our use and as decor. Very well equipped kitchen (albeit with a very small oven) - as we cooked on the BBQ most days it was not an issue for us. The main terrace looks out over the sea (exactly as in the pictures) and many hours were whiled away just sitting and gazing out to sea!

Most of furniture and decorations reflect the artistic character of the house owner. There are two spacious bedrooms and one smaller bedroom + a large living room with two sofas and one dining table. The kitchen and basically the whole house was equipped with everything we needed. There was a bin full of toys, which was a delight for our two baby boys. The house has a large paved area all around it, which could be used for many activities, including BBQ, which is also in the house´s equipment. Plus there many trees and a Mediterranean garden with many trees, providing shade outside the house. During our stay, wonderful and tasty apricots were ripening, we enjoyed them a lot. There is also a large fig tree, some lemon and olive trees and other trees and plants of the local flora. The house location by the sea allowed almost constant wind breeze and thus we did not need to turn on the A/C for most of our stay, even during hot days. Anyway, most of all we loved staying in the spacious terrace, where we enjoyed breakfasts, lunches and dinners, afternoon naps or late night conversations, always with the beautiful view on the sea. We stayed 13 days in this house and we had hard time saying goodbye to it.

Sehr schönes Häuschen, in sehr ruhiger Lage. Wir mieteten das Haus vom 19.08. - 05.09.2017. Die Vermieterin Frau Rosa (wenn ich sie richtig verstanden habe ist das ihr Haus, das sie im Sommer vermietet und sonst selbst darin wohnt) ist eine sehr angenehme, nette, vertrauenswürdige Person, wobei mir letzteres am wichtigsten ist, wenn ich schon so viel Geld im vorhinein bezahlen muss. Fazit: ***** für Frau Rosa Zu uns: Wir (Familie mit drei Kindern) sind fast jedes Jahr in Italien im Urlaub und so viel Platz hatten wir noch nie. (So viel hatten wir auch noch nie für eine Unterkunft bezahlt ;-) In diesem Jahr waren wir 7 Personen: Oma, Opa, Mama, Papa und unsere Kinder im Alter von 3, 6 und 9. - Oma & Opa im Zimmer mit Bad - Mama, Papa und die Dreijährige auf einem Zustellklappbett in einem Schlafzimmer - Die 6 und 9 jährigen Jungs im kleinen Schlafzimmer. Das Platzangebot im Haus war also reichlich. Es sind 3 Klimaanlagen verbaut. Die Küche hat alles was man braucht (außer einen Backofen, was aber in der Hausbeschreibung aufgelistet ist). Waschmaschine ist super, kein so ein kleines schei... Ding wie so oft, sonder was Erwachsenes wie zu Hause ;-). Das Gleiche gilt für die Spülmaschine. Fazit Haus: ***** Der "Garten" (ist fast alles gepflastert) bietet sehr viel Platz, es könnten locker 5 Autos darin parken. Ein Feigenbaum steht darin mit leckeren Feigen. Aber wichtig: Ich fahre einen etwas tiefergelegten (25mm) VW Bus T5, mit dem ich nicht die Einfahrtsrampe hinauf kam ohne meinen Auspufftopf zu zerlegen. Mein Schwiegervater mit einem 3er BMW Kombi schaffte es gerade so. Die Lage ist super. Der Hausstrand ist ca. 30m entfernt, sehr schön aber total überlaufen. Wer auf Handtuch an Handtuch steht: OK! Wir nicht!!! Dort schnorcheln ist aber klasse. Googlemaps sei Dank ist es aber kein Problem einsamere Strände zu finden, die es auch im Umkreis von 10km gibt. Ich hoffe ich konnte euch etwas helfen. Ein paar Schritte zum herrlichen Sandstrand, abschließbares Grundstück mit toller möblierter Terrasse, Blick auf das Meer, das Haus ist mit liebevollen Details dekoriert, Einrichtung einfach aber alles da, was man braucht, ein Doppelzimmer mit eigenem Bad, der Ort selbst nur für Familien und ruhesuchende, keine Party, ein kleiner Markt, Supermarkt 2 km entfernt, ein paar Restaurants, sehr hilfsbereite nette Vermieterin, die uns sogar zum (14km) Flughafen gefahren hat.

Nur zwei Gehminuten von Meer entfernt. Zweckmäßig eingerichtetes Ferienhaus. Freundliche Vermieterin.

The house is very beautiful, well equipped, with big rooms, a nice terrace with a large patio. The place is acutally nicer than the pictures show! The beach is only a few meters away and there is a grocery store and several restaurants in a walking distance. The host, Maria Rosa, was very helpful and acommodating to our needs. We really can recommend this place :-)

Una bella casa, vicino al mare e tutto recinto, alora sicuro per bambini/ragazzi. L'immobile era pulito e in buono stato e il proprietario era molto accogliente. Vorrei consigliere questa casa a amici o parente. La cucina puo' essere provvedo meglio (manca un forno a microonde e un caffettiera elettrica) Una panetteria e un piccolo supermercato si trovano vicino a casa. I ristoranti Tetto Rosso (Pittulongu) e Il Gatto Nero hanno piaciuto tanto!

Very nice houseowner who took great care of us. Fantastic handpainted walls. Nice view overlooking Isola Tavolare. Clean. Nice garden. We don´t know what else you could ask for (perhaps an electric kettle). As the beach is fantastic, there are good snorkling and several good resturants on the beaches there was really no reason for us to go anywhere else. But if your´e up to it there is plenty of places to see in the vincinity.
