About this house rental

Surrounded by stunning mountains and three beautiful rivers this lovely home is private, peaceful and relaxing with a large fully fenced outdoor area and tranquil veranda looking out across the reserve.
Situated in old established Albert Town with more space and peace, away from the hustle and bustle of Wanaka but only a 5 - 10 minute drive.

Walking and mountain-biking tracks are literally out the front and back doors! Great fishing, swimming and boating, this is a special place.
It’s a five minute walk to the Albert Town store, famous Pembroke Patisserie, restaurant and bar and a five minute drive to Wanaka township. Ski fields are 45 minutes drive, Lake Wanaka 5 - 10 minutes drive and Lake Hawea 15 minutes drive.

Comfortable beds and sofas, a great woodburner plus heatpump/air con make this a great house for both winter and summer.
Fully equipped kitchen with sharp knives and a dishwasher. Two fridge/freezers, laundry with washer and dryer plus both an iron and steamer.
Gas hot water, great showers and a full sized bath.

Very comfortable and clean with contemporary furniture and quality bedding with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and toilets, a large private back yard with plenty of relaxing outdoor furniture, BBQ, apple and peach trees.

House is located close to the Clutha river and walkways. Great size for two couples, two children and our family dogs. Warm and well equiped - would definitely book again if available.

Great location to drive and see a bit of the region or just walk out the front door and do the beautiful river walk. Very dog friendly neighbourhood. Close to ski fields and Wanaka. House very tidy and easy to get cosy in the winter. Perfect getaway for our family.

This is our 2nd stay at this house and again it provided everything we needed for our family holiday. There is plenty of space for us to be comfortable. It is located in a lovely quiet area near the river.

This is a very comfortable home in a great location in Albert Town near the river and walking trails. The house is well appointed with everything we needed, including apples from the trees in the lovely relaxing backyard. It’s a short drive to Wanaka and a short walk to the Pembroke Patisserie! Richelle was easy to communicate with and we wish we could have stayed longer!

Excellent spot to park up for a few days and explore Albert town and Wanaka. Great spacious house with plenty of places to enjoy the sun! Our pooch thoroughly enjoyed the large backyard and dog park over the back fence

We had a great stay in Albert Town and Richelle was a pleasure to communicate with. The house had everything we needed and is nicely located down a quiet street close to the river. There are views out to the mountains from just about every window. The Fire and Heat Pump kept the place nice and cosy. Plenty of room for five of us to spread out and relax.

We love the house and the location, and would definitely stay there again. The house has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The house is very private and yet close to nature; the river and walking tracks are right there. You can even walk to the local bakery for yummy food. Richelle was a pleasure to communicate with.

Great house, great location, great skiing - what more could you want from a winter holiday! The house was really well equipped and perfect for our family. Richelle was excellent to deal with with proactive and prompt comms. And we loved the Pembroke Patisserie down the road. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Thanks!

the house was very nice and right by the river The fire heated the house very well which was good as it snowed. Also appreciated the fire being built when we arrived
