Fully renovated house of 150m2, comprising living room with open fitted kitchen, opening onto a large terrace and the sea, 3 double bedrooms and Shower room with washer-dryer, separate WC on the ground floor.

This is an excellent holiday property with a stunning panoramic sea view. There were 10 people in our group including 4 teenagers & 2 dogs.
There was plenty of room & the upstairs dormitory was perfect for the boys. We had beautiful beach walks with the dogs & there was plenty of outdoor space for everyone . The property was perfectly situated for lots of different activities, including land yachting , kayaking or paddle boarding (which the boys greatly enjoyed ) & of course for all the WW history & memorials.
Communication with Etienne was quick & easy. I highly recommend this property for a fantastic holiday with friends & family . We all had great time.

einfach nur fantastisch
Neben den bereits anhand der Bilder erkennbaren tollen Meerblick bietet das Ferienhaus eine gut ausgestattete Küche mit 4-Plattenherd und Ofen (neuwertig), Mikrowelle, Spülmaschine (neuwertig), Toaster, Kaffeemaschine und Kapselautomat (Nespresso), einem großen Kühlschrank und sehr viel Geschirr, Gläsern und Besteck.
Die Bäder in sehr gutem Zustand., im unteren Badezimmer befindet sich ein Wasch-Trockner (neuwertig) .
Bei Ankunft (sehr unkompliziert) war das Haus sehr gut gereinigt.
Ein Supermarkt und ein Bäcker sind im Ort, frische Austern gibt es beim Produzenten 2 Straßen weiter (400m).
Insgesamt ein tolles Haus ... ich würde 6 Sterne geben, wenn ich könnte.

Maison située idéalement avec une vue imprenable sur la côte normande. L'intérieur de la maison est propre et l'extérieur est entretenu et agréable.

Pour passer des vacances avec des enfants où des ados la chambre du haut qui sert de dortoir est excellente.

Emplacement extra avec vue sur mer à 180 degrés.
Très belle maison, très bien décorée, très lumineuse et très bien équipée (cuisine, jeux enfants...).
De la place pour se garer, une grande et belle terrasse, un terrain de pétanque...
Seul léger bémol : 2 chambres manquent un peu de place et de rangement possible.

Une vue et une terrasse incroyable
Fabuleuse semaine de vacances dans cette maison face à la mer, à 2 familles (4 adultes et 4 enfants de 7 à 11 ans). La maison est très confortable et l'extérieur est très agréable. La plage est rapidement accessible et l'on peut se baigner sans danger (les enfants y sont allés). L'étage dédié aux enfants est très sympa avec le coin lecture / jeux et le coin dortoir.
Petits bemols de la maison : il manque de la vaisselle et quelques accessoires de cuisine (robot mixeur notamment) et l'éclairage (pas de liseuse pour lire dans les chambres).

Super Maison sur la plage
Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette maison tellement bien placée. Une vue exceptionnelle sur l’immense place d’Asnelle et d’Arromanche.
Maison très confortable avec une déco super sympa et des jeux et livres pour les enfants.
Les matelas viennent juste d’être changés et sont très confortables.
Un grand merci à madame Pedro et à Pia pour leur disponibilité, nous reviendrons aux beaux jours, c’est certain!

Superbe séjour
Excellent séjour dans cette belle maison. Tout est présent pour le confort des hôtes, maison magnifique, très propre et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Grand dortoir et salle de jeux (beaucoup de livres pour tout âge, jouets et jeux de société, console de jeux dispo) à l'étage. Cuisine comprenant de nombreux accessoires, pratique. Superbe vue.
Literie à changer par contre, mais j'ai vu dans d'autres commentaires que cela est prévu.
Pia, la personne qui nous a accueillis, est vraiment très sympathique.
Je recommande vivement cette location !

Beste Lage, tolles Haus
Ein Bijou, das seinesgleichen sucht. Das Haus steht direkt am Strand, bietet alles, was notwendig ist, um einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu geniessen und ist ideal für 2-10 Personen. Das ganze Haus ist ausbruchsicher eingezäunt und eignet sich somit auch für Ferien mit dem Hund. Tolles Ferienhaus - wir kommen wieder!

We hebben een geweldige week gehad! De boeking en communicatie verliep zeer vlot. Het huis is proper, mooi ingericht en goed gelegen. Het uitzicht is fantastisch! Wij raden het huis aan iedereen aan en zelf zullen we zeker ooit nog terugkeren!

On en redemande
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette jolie maison très bien située. Le temps n'était pas de la partie mais nous avons pu quand même faire de très jolies ballades. Nous avons pu réunir 3 générations et c'était super. Pia est une personne toute à fait charmante et sais mettre à l'aise les occupants. Le fait que la maison soit spacieuse fait que tout le monde trouve son petit coin. Seul bémol à mon avis et signalé à Pia il n'y a pas assez de vaisselle ett du coup le lave vaisselle n'est pas optimisé.

Die Lage und die Aussicht des Objektes sind wirklich unschlagbar. Für Familien mit Hund gibt es kaum etwas besseres.
Sicherlich kann an der Ausstattung noch einiges verbessert werden. So ist die Küche unzureichend und auch die Möbel könnten einen neuen Schliff vertragen.
Da jedoch das gesamte Paket passte gibt es von mir die volle Punktzahl.
Ich würde die Unterkunft sofort noch einmal buchen.

The house is wonderful, we loved it and would love to come here again. It is located just by the beach in Asnelles. The house is modern and very fresh, and the service from the owner was spotless. The only remark is that the kitchen could be better equipped.

Fantastic views, great location!
We had a great stay in the Easter holidays. The location is a good base for viewing all of the Normandy sites. The house was brand new and we found out on arrival that we were the first visitors! The house is literally on the beach and when the tide goes out you can walk over to the Mulberry harbour or all the way to Arromanches if you're feeling energetic. There is a huge amount of space to play on the beach so perfect for families. The house was well equipped and has a great common area in and out. The only drawback was the local amenities. We found only two local restaurants within walking distance and the shops have limited opening hours. Get to the patisserie early if you want a croissant! Overall a wonderful house with amazing views highly recommended.
