My husband and I really enjoyed this unit. The living room is very open and spacious. We have stayed at Watercrest before, but we specifically picked this unit because the master bedroom overlooks the beach. The floor to ceiling windows are amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the balcony, which can be accessed from the living room, as well as the master bedroom. We saw dolphins almost daily and found some wonderful shells on the beach. An added touch were the military jets that flew by regularly. Would definitely stay in this unit again!

The condo had a perfect view. We enjoyed being able to see fireworks from the balcony on the Fourth of July. The kitchen was very well stocked with plenty of dishes and pots and pans. There was plenty of room in the condo.

Condo was great very spacious, we had everything we needed and the views were amazing. I will definitely plan another stay in the future. My only negative for the stay was the pullout couch it definitely needs a new mattress as it was very uncomfortable for my son to sleep on. I still give property a 10/10.

This was our second stay in this particular condo. The couch and loveseat does need updated as the fabric feels dirty. The master bedroom stays warmer than the rest of condo even with the shade closed. Other than that it is a great condo. Price is much cheaper than other condos at Watercrest. We love Watercrest! Excellent location on the quieter end of PCB!

Beautiful private balcony view. Very spacious and well stocked with cookware and start up supplies (hand soap, dish soap, laundry and dishwasher pods, etc). However, while the unit itself was very clean, it was in dire need of updating. Sofa, chairs, and beds were worn out, uncomfortable and need to be replaced ASAP.

We found Water Crest to be cleaner, safer, and more tended to that other places we’ve stayed in PCB. We chosen 1003 because of the beautiful wide view of the ocean. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had a great stay. The rental company was always a step ahead. Easy check in and out. Unit was as described. Our only complaint is the air conditioner was very cold in the living spaces and it was very hot in the master bedroom. We never could regulate it! Overall great stay.

My wife and I have stayed in PCB at least once and sometimes twice a year for the past 8 years. This was by far the nicest room we’ve been in. HUGE living room and the view is incredible. The rooms are plenty big, showers were average but everything else was amazing. Hotel wasn’t busy at all this time of the year. Beach wasn’t crowded. Very close to everything. I’ll absolutely be staying in this exact room again.

This condo had amazing views! We would definitely book again! A very fair price compared to other rooms at Watercrest. We love the quieter end of PCB with less traffic. Very close to St Andrews State Park.

Redirected from vrbo to make final payment directly with owner which added a processing fee. Great condo and well maintained. Clean on arrival. Beautiful ocean front view from the balcony, master and living rooms. Kitchen has everything but a stockpot which wouldn’t really fit on the stove anyway because the hood vent is quite low. Beach toys and bodyboards in the closet, which we didn’t notice until the night before we left (we added an umbrella to the collection). Easy communication with ECD when we called for smoke alarm beeping and maintenance showed up quicker than a pizza delivery to swap the battery and then came back a second time to fix it because the battery wasn’t the issue. Would give the ‘location and neighborhood’ 5 stars if the tiki bar on the first floor would stay open til at least 7pm and maybe if the pool and/or hot tub would stay open after 10p for adults. We like going somewhere new in PCB every year but we'll consider this one again for next year.

The view is amazing !! We had 5 other families stay in other rooms and nothing compared to our view. Everywhere in the condo u look out and see endless turquoise water and white sand! Plenty of seating area for everyone. Only issue we had is the dishwasher didn’t work while we were there. But that’s a minor fix . We had a great time

Watercrest condos have some of the biggest glass walls facing the ocean in PCB and this is one of the best floorplans in the complex maximizing ocean view with a private balcony.
The condo is nicely decorated with beach theme and the kitchen has all the utensils needed. We were also provided starter supplies of toilet rolls etc.
The complex is not the newest but is clean and well maintained with tennis courts and clean heated pools.
The condo is in great shape and accurately represented in listing but we thought there are a few things that will make it even better.
1. The communication with property manager could be quicker, but they are honest reliable people and in the end I never had issues getting into the unit and checking out.
2. The condo does have a vacuum but it would be nice to have a swiffer or a mop to take care of cleaning sand on the vinyl floors.
3. Mood lighting in the balcony and LED lighting fixture upgrades would enhance the experience significantly.
4. Lastly kitchen and bathroom cabinets counters are in good shape, but updating them would make this condo unbeatable.

This property has an amazing view. This property is very dated which is okay but definitely needs a deep cleaning. Baseboards are filthy with hair and dirt. There was a sweeper that picked up nothing and no broom. We go to the beach daily, sand is to be expected please provide a broom and dust pan so the renter can sweep. The extra bedroom had only sheets no quilt or comforter on either bed and the master had tears and stains on the quilt. We would only stay here again if I was assured this was in a more clean condition. We did have an issue with the sink backing up and garbage disposal not working. We let them know and it was fixed quickly which was great.

The location was amazing. The view from the room was incredible because of the floor to ceiling windows. The pictures don't do the room justice, it was all around beautiful! One suggestion if you cook for yourselves would be to bring utensils (knives in particular). We had steak and there was only 1 knife, but other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

Perfect Week
It was great and the weather was perfect....We have 8 grown children and this was my Mother's Day present to myself for the fact that they are all grown successful adults!!! The view is unbelievable and its all posted on my fb and Inst pages

Last minute check in issues were worrisome, but condo was wonderful!
There were some issues with having to deal with owner over final payment and confirmation with check in information. Would have alleviated a lot of worries on traveling during holiday with not feeling unsure if confirmation was made! If VRBO did all/complete financial and check in confirmations instead of leaving it up to guest being the middle person between VRBO and owner (especially since initial contact was through VRBO) would alleviate any last minute worries (literally considered not going with no confidence in final confirmation and check in issues during a holiday!). With that being said, the condo was beautiful, spacious, and quite enjoyable. We thoroughly enjoyed the ocean view, all amenities offered, and was really a wonderful holiday vacation! We would definitely love to revisit this vacation location multiple times in the future! The building itself could use a bit more maintenance/upkeep, but on whole was not anywhere near anything to hamper the enjoyment of the trip! Would like to send our appreciation to all involved that made our holiday vacation one to always remember! Thank you!

With this condo, the ocean view is perfect and worth the money. The condo itself needs some updating and deep cleaning. There were not enough dish towels and bath towels, so we had to keep washing the ones we had. Also, the air conditioner quit cooling halfway into the week and we were told to flip the breaker off for a while, which did work and it began to cool again. The elevators were fast even though the place was crowded. all in all. a good stay!!

Great view, however the cleanliness of the condo was terrible. Having to come in bleach, wipe down, sweep, is not what you pay to do when you come on vacation. It was disappointing paying that much, and having to clean as soon as you arrive.

Great for our family
This condo was just perfect for our family. We had 4 adults and 2 children. There was plenty of space for us all. Things we loved: the large balcony with lots of seating. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting out there together. We loved having a large dining table for us to enjoy family meals comfortably. The kitchen was stocked with all the equipment needed for our meals. We loved having a washer & dryer in the condo. The pool on site was lovely. Nice and big so it never felt too crowded. Access to the beach was close and easy. We would like to suggest getting a larger coffee maker. The small coffee maker for 4 adults was too small. And although there was a vacuum we would suggest having a broom & dust pan to sweep up the floors. All in all, we loved this condo and would highly recommend!!

Never again because of Security!
We were told check in was between 4 to 6. We drove all night and arrived at 4 but decided to get a drink at the tiki bar to give them time to clean our unit. We loaded carts and headed up at 4:30. They were still in the unit cleaning so we stood away from the unit and watched the traffic from the balcony overlooking the parking lot. A man, woman and little boy came out of our unit at 5:10. They looked very stressed. We heard the woman security guard complain about 9 housekeepers had called off. We walked into a unit that was barely surface cleaned. The floors were still filthy from sand and dirt and were sticky. We didn't have a broom in the unit so we had to buy one. No starter of any supplies except two packs of soaps in both bathrooms. No extra garbage bags, no dishwasher detergent to at least do one load, no dish cleaner, no baggies or tin foil at all. One bathroom had a quarter roll of toilet paper. We've never stayed in a condo unit with absolutely no starter supplies at all and this is the most we have ever paid for a condo on the beach. The exorbitant amount we paid to stay for the week and then having to come in and clean our own condo was unexpected and not appreciated.
Our biggest complaint though was the woman security guard. We were not told in advance that wristbands were required, in fact we specifically chose Water Crest because we didn't see any reviews saying they were required like so many others. Needless to say we had words several times with just the one security guard because we refused to wear them. After 3 days of harassing us and other people, we all very well knew she knew we legitimately belonged there since she had words with not just us. We weren't even able to just sit out by the pool at night without being harassed by her. She came around several times and "reminded" us the pool closed at 10. This started at 9 and went on until we left at 9:50.
Monday morning we got up to both bathroom floors being soaked. I called to report the problem. I received a call back very quickly. We left for several hours and when we returned we had no idea if someone had come in because the floors were still wet. I sent an email asking if they fixed the problem. I was directed to call a number if I wanted an answer. How about someone could have done their job and checked for me! I would never stay at Water Crest again and for sure not this unit!

Stunning views but uncomfortable beds
View was as advertised and absolutely beautiful. Overall condo was clean. Kitchen is dated but served the purpose. What was disappointing was dirty coffee cups in the cabinet and dirty silverware. Also the towels are minimal and very thin and cheap. And finally the biggest disappointment was the uncomfortable beds. All three beds are very hard and uncomfortable. There were four ladies ranging from 20s to 40s and we all slept very poorly due to uncomfortable beds. They all need replaced or mattress toppers added. If you are going to stay here the balcony is where it’s at!

The views of the beach and sunset from the living room and master were the highlight of this condo! The 10th floor allows you to still see the beach below without the noise from the pool deck. The elevators are quick and we only had to wait once for the next one (due to a family checking in and had all of their luggage). The condo was clean and the owner was responsive to emails. Beds were VERY comfortable. There are plenty of silverware, plates and cups.
Cons (but not deal breakers by any means):
Some of the furnishings are a bit run down and need replacing: master comforter has tears and a couple of stains on it, recliner is broken. Towels are thin and small. Other than the recliner, a quick, inexpensive trip to Walmart could address these issues.
Things to bring/keep in mind for this condo:
1. Coffee maker is small and takes the smaller filters. We got 2+ cups of coffee per pot.
2. Bring extra towels, hand towels and wash cloths. Condo has enough beds to sleep 6, but towels would be limited for this number of guests.
3. Beds have sheets and comforter. There are no blankets.
4. There is a full size washer and dryer in unit!!!! Bring your detergent and have clean clothes when you go home!
5. Make sure you bring garbage bags and hand soap (the 2 things we forgot).
6. There are no condiments at the condo (probably due to COVID) so you will need basics like salt/pepper. :)
7. Bring your own pillows. Most in the condo are flat... but they had several extras in the linen closet.
8. Sit back and enjoy the views!
We had 3 other families stay at Watercrest. While this condo is a bit outdated style-wise as compared to the others, I would totally come back to this unit. To me, the view and the privacy of the unit (and being on the end, but not corner) is more important than a high end bathroom and kitchen. We spent most of our waking time on the balcony and on the beach anyway!

Got in early because we couldn't find a hotel and the condo was ready so that was amazing! Condo desperately needs new kitchen silverware like others have said. Other than that a perfect stay once again at the watercrest
