Area is great. Condo was as advertised. Property Management company was difficult to reach and gave no check in info until chased down.

We would stay here again.

Perfect location for BV!
Condo was very clean and plenty of extra blankets and pillows. We ended up having one small issue but Kristen was on it immediately and really went above and beyond to make our stay there perfect.
Thanks again Kristen!

The property was very clean and overall really nice. Great communication between us and rental agency. Well stocked kitchen. No great views from the place although we knew that going in, although nice little patio and super close to lots of eateries & shops. Since there is no air conditioning it would be nice to have a ceiling fan in the living room. Also, could use a more comfy chair in the living room. But overall nice place.

Really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect to walk everywhere around town. Unit was well stocked with everything you need. Buena Vista is a great place to stay and take day trips to other areas.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was very clean, well-maintained, and had all of the amenities needed, except for air conditioning. It was warm during our stay (early June), but open windows and fans helped with sleeping comfortably. Location was great, just blocks aways from shops, restaurants, and hiking trails along the river.

I booked this rental for a 3-night stay while my son and I hiked and explored the greater BV region and could not have been more pleased! Absolute perfect location; just steps away from Main Street which made shopping, dining, and sampling adult beverages so convenient! But the location was just far enough away to allow for no noise or disturbances from those businesses that had extended hours into the later evening.
The rental itself was very clean, well stocked with all that you could need, and the guest book provided by the host was full of tons of useful information. There is no AC but the home never got uncomfortably hot as BV nights are plenty cool, even at the end of August when we visited. One FYI for future guests is that the laundry is located in the closet next to the kitchen behind doors that appear locked (handles do not turn), but the doors open easily with a pull. I mistakenly assumed the closet was locked until our final day there and then realized it is just the style of the door handles. Because of my oversight I missed out on getting my laundry done caught up before heading to our next town.
Overall an exceptional rental and great place to stay!

The home was nice and clean and had everything we needed. We appreciated how close it was to downtown and all of the activities we did. We plan to make this an annual trip and we have already booked the same home for next summer.

We spent the week zipping out to the trails and back at night. Town is so wonderful with trails, parks, events etc. can’t wait to be back.

Loved the location. We were able to walk to all the shopping and restaurants. Flyfishing guide could easily pick us up each morning. Only had 2 concerns. (1) 4 apartments with space for 4 cars but several nights had to park a block away since some apts. had more than one vehicle. (2). One of our Bedroom windows and leased apt to the east front door was a problem. Tenant came in late drunk two nights singing going to the car 4 or 5 times. He’d leave front door facing our BR window open for a period of time. Not sure that this something you have control over. We were in 1D. Thanks.

Great location and very clean place.

We were in town for a wedding. The location of this home was easily walkable to Main St <3 minutes and a short walk <7 minutes to South Main Street where there are a few more shops and the Surf Hotel. It's a small house with 2 bedrooms, but we didn't need a lot of room. We didn't cook or use the kitchen. It was clean. Great space for 2 couples or friends while enjoying BV Colorado. Check in / out was easy. Everything in the house was as expected.
4.7
This was a nice property. No major bells and whistles, but everything you need. It was convenient to walk everywhere you want to go in the city. The beds were small and very soft for our taste, but that is personal preference. We didn’t sleep very well because of it. No issues other than that :)
4.7
Clean, well-located unit convenient to downtown and River Park. We walked everywhere and hiked the Whipple trails. More quiet and less congested area than the new South Main area (and much less expensive). Would stay here again.
4.7
Great location and well-stocked rental! We came for a wedding and loved the walking distance to all the restaurants and shops. The beds were comfy and we appreciated the sample of local coffee!
4.7
Condo was clean, had cooking utensils, and plenty of towels and supplies of that nature. Parking right in front of the condo. Best part though was being able to walk to the restaurants and hiking trails near the river, as well as the main street. We would consider this condo again should we return to B.V.

This apartment was in a great spot in Buena Vista. It was within walking distance to a lot of great places including the river. The furnishings were simple but nice. I’d definitely stay here again. My only complaint was that it was hot, even on the cooler days. Opening windows cooled it down just fine, but at night, given the in town location, I didn’t want to leave the windows open, so it got really hot. Other than that, it was perfect.

Great place to stay
This was a great place to stay for 2 people & close to many restaurants within walking distance! Would definitely stay here again

Clean and close to downtown
The top three things we look for in a vacation rental:
1. Cleanliness
2. Location
3. Price
This place had all 3 of those! We loved that we could walk to the river or downtown. We also loved that it was clean. We did not notice any dust bunnies behind end tables or crumbs in the kitchen drawers.
The only negative (if you could even call it that) we noticed is that the window in one of the bedrooms faces the front door of the unit behind it. The porch light illuminated the whole bedroom while we were sleeping. This could easily be fixed with a black-out shade. Not a huge deal, but if you’re a light sleeper, you might want to sleep in the other room.
4.7
Very accessible to all things in Buena Vista. We were pleasantly surprised by the accommodations, cleanliness and accessibility of the apartment. Limited street parking and the modest appearance of the property from the outside made us a bit apprehensive initially, but once we entered we were comfortable and overall pleased. Both bedrooms were perfect for our needs. The bathroom was large and had all the amenities we expected. The apartment was safe and quiet and very close to all the fun things we wanted to do and see in and around Buena Vista.

We stayed 2 nights and the accommodations were good. We're 3 women, my childhood friend visiting from Massachusetts, my adult daughter and I had plenty of room. I only have two recommendations for the owner: please consider a window covering for the front door. We used a towel. And boxes of tissues would have been welcome. Other than that, we were comfortable and had all we needed! We liked the location & being near the park and town.

Wonderful. Highly recommend. Thank you!
Stayed two nights to hang around town and go to the hot springs.

Perfect home base for BV getaway
This condo is a perfect choice for your time in Buena Vista. The location is ideal for fun both in town and South Main. The property is clean and inviting and the owners are wonderful. We will definitely return!

Great place in downtown BV. Close to river & parks
We enjoyed staying at this town home in BV. It was very clean and close to all the things we wanted to do in town. We'd stay here again for sure.

Excellent
Awesome stay. Kristen and Mark are great people and great hosts.
4.7
Very nice condo!
Very nice Condo! It was a great location in BV, close to downtown shops and restaurants. It was a good month to travel since it was warm and cooler in the night so windows open were fine since there is no air conditioning. Also people need to be aware of no cable. You have to stream your Netflix or whatever. It didn’t matter to us because we were out and about doing things.
Overall great stay!
4.7
Great clean condo in excellent location!
Great clean place off Main St and close to river trails and downtown. Nice big kitchen, clean bathroom and comfortable beds. Only recommendation is to put up a curtain in the bedrooms because the sodium light is really bright in the parking area.
4.7
Simple clean nice close to everything
Enjoyed our stay at this property. It was close to town and the river trails. Unit was clean and well equipped.
4.7
Wonderful place to stay!
My whole family loved this condo. It had more than enough room for the 4 of us. Centrally located in the downtown area, it was easy to walk and find a nice place to eat. The owners took great care to make sure we had everything we needed. We plan to stay here regurlarly during the ski seasons.
4.7
Great stay!
The apartment was within walking distance of the river, downtown, and all of the cute parks. It was clean and had everything we needed during our stay. The sweet owner even left a note and coffee letting us know to contact her with any needs. There is no cable, however the Comcast was very easy to figure out and worked well with my laptop. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here!!!
