Comfortable, clean, and close to everything!

This place met our needs perfectly. The house and property was clean and comfortable. The kitchen appliances clean and perfectly working. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The location is convenient to anything you might want to do in the Greenville area. There is a great selection of books that I really didn’t look through until our last day. I will have to purchase the novel I started and didn’t have time to finish! Thanks for a wonderful stay,

The location of the house provides quick easy access to all of Greenville, Taylors and Greer. A 'must visit' spot is Bridge City Coffee conveniently located on Wade Hampton Blvd (5 mins from the house). While all of their grinds are refreshing ask for the beans that earned them Roaster of the Year.
While at the house there is an abundance of comfortable space to kick back and relax in a mature, quiet neighborhood. The kitchen is well stocked if you choose to prepare a meal. The fenced in yard is quite nice if fido is joining you on you visit.

Went well.

Contacted property owner on a problem with the property which needs to be addressed as his recommendation to fix it was insufficient and actually only made it much worse versus fixing it.
Had that not happened it would have been nice as lots of games and books for kids and fenced yard for my dog.

This was our third year to stay at this property. Another enjoyable stay.

Everything was very clean and simple to navigate. We loved the space, games, and beds - they were very comfortable! The dishwasher needs to be drilled in properly because it was hard to shut the door but we really didn’t even notice until right before we left as we only had a few dishes to run in the dishwasher.

Great location and plenty of room

The property had everything we needed for a pleasant stay while visiting family and attending a 3 day convention at the Bon Secours Wellness Arena. We enjoyed watching the fireflies in the backyard at dusk and we're amused by chipmunks in the mornings. The neighborhood is lovely and we hope to return next summer.

It was a good stay. Place needs some updates and cleaned up outside. A gas grill would be nice. A little more attention to details recommended. More linens. Paper towels and toilet paper. Kleenex(which there was none). Place was clean. Just guessing but It appears the owner bought it when an older individual left the property and didnt update dishes or anything. Overall it was ok.

We were very pleased about the location of the neighborhood and the house. Very pleased at the cleanliness of the house and ease of getting in and checking out. Looks like updates are taking place and they look nice where renovated. The lawn was overgrown and this detracted from the impression of the property. Little fixes need to be looked into like a handle missing from a kitchen drawer, light fixture in master bath not working, etc. Overall a good stay and we appreciated the space!

The house was great for us. We brought our dog to upstate vet for radiation treatment and the house is only 5 minutes away from the vet’s office and the neighborhood is quite and clean. The house was clean met our needs. The property manager made our stay easy and great communication.

Meet in Greenville for a family gathering , house was in a quiet neighborhood close to town and plenty of room for all ! Beds are very comfortable, yard was fenced and excellent for our sons dog, communication from owner was best i have had yet with vrbo rentals. Check in was a breeze and house was very clean with everything we needed stocked as far as towels, dishes, pans, ect. Check out list was simple and easy. Had a great time, seen a lot around Greenville including zoo, waterfall park, art sculptures, shopping, great restaurants all of which were not far from house and enjoyed some down time relaxing at the house playing games , some of which are provided at rental in mbrm closet. Would definitely recommend this place if your considering a stay in Greenville SC!!

Had a great time, everything in the property was fantastic and super easy. Great quiet and safe neighborhood. Couldn’t have asked for a better spot for our weekend visit!

We chose this rental for it's half-mile proximity to my elderly parents. It was great for our needs - mom, two adult sons and one daughter-in-law. We were very pleasantly surprised by how well stocked the house was with needed supplies for the kitchen and bathrooms (with the exception of pots/pans for cooking). We are looking forward to using this house again for future family visits.

The property was just what we needed. We were close to the daughter that we were visiting. The house was clean, beds were comfortable, and we always appreciate pet-friendly properties.

We were visiting family in the area. The house was clean and all beds were comfortable. The house is definitely dated when it came to appliances, bathrooms, supplies etc. but it served its purpose as a place to crash every night and teh price per night was better than staying in a hotel.. The fenced in backyard was nice for our dog. A few more towels and blankets would have been nice to have. The owner was responsive to our questions. The TV volume remote was not working so it was very loud when we did watch tv.

We were in the Greenville area for a family wedding. The house isn’t fancy, but it was convenient to the airport and all of the venues in Greenville and Greer that we needed to go to. It seemed that every
little thing we needed was already at the house - iron, games, BBQ charcoal, etc. I especially appreciated that our dog could romp safely in the fenced backyard. We would stay again next time we are in the area.

This was our second year at this property. We enjoyed our stay. There was an issue with an exterior light and the garbage disposer. Landon was quick to respond to both.

Great location and host
I stayed here two weeks with my 12 yr old bonus daughter. Landon was an amazing host and extremely responsive and helpful. Great location, literally about 15 mins from everything in Greenville, beds were super comfy. Amazing backyard with really secure fence so my 2 fur babies could run around and play and have a good time. Highly recommend!

Convient to Downtown
Stayed at property to visit family at Christmas. Well stocked kitchen. Plenty of room for 4 of us and a small dog. Backyard is good for the dog just realize there are some gaps in the fence on the sides of the house so keep an eye if your dog wanders. communication with the owner was great.

Nice House / Neighborhood
This is a nice house in a quiet neighborhood. Landon was quick to respond to my text message questions.
I am mentioning the following for informational purposes...
* The house has WiFi, Hulu, and Netflix. There is no basic cable television package. In order to access local programming, renters must use their own login to whatever service they are subscribed to at home. We use an antenna at home so next year we will bring an indoor antenna with us.
*The hot water is scalding hot. Please be careful if you have small children.
*The furniture pictured in the room with the TV / fireplace has changed. It is no longer a cloth sofa and chair. There is now a leather chair and leather sectional. The sectional sits rather low. We older folk struggled to get up from it.
Overall we were still very happy with the house and hope to stay there again next year.

Was what I expected, clean and comfy, there were enough items in the kitchen for cooking. We had an issue with the Wi Fi at first and needed to contact the manager to get that straight. When we first drove up the yard was over grown but the gardener came about an hour later so that was good. Good location and neighbor hood.
