Villa Laranja is placed at an upmarket residential estate, close to a fabulous beach, between Almancil, Vale do Lobo and Vilamoura. Just been fully refurbished by inside and outdoors this year of 2020. This holiday villa is one mile to Vale do Lobo beach which was awarded as "Europe's Leading Beach Destination 2020" and within easy driving distance of restaurants, amenities, leisure facilities, places to visit and more glorious beaches. Pool heating system. Gymnasium, games room, garden with plenty of space for the children and lots of Outside Games. Fabulous place to relax and rewind.
The villa has 10 bedrooms suiting 20 people, then we can add airfold beds up to a maximum of 6 extra people, totalling 26 sleeps as max capacity.

The Villa was perfect firr a large family group. 13 Adults & 4 kids. Lovely pool for kids & adults to play in. No laps in this one! Rooms big and comfortable. Furniture is basic but fine for kids. Beds were excellent. Cleaning was great. Indoor & outdoor towels were great. Fantastic Beer tap which was well apprieciated in the heat and good calue. Annex was perfect for Granny & Grandad as far enough away for no moise or early morning kiddy visits.Filipe was welcoming and attentive when we had a problem. Location was great walking distance to the beach & Lidl shop. Great for little kids as a big enclosed garden with steps into the pool and a beach volly ball court which was good for sandcastles. I would go again with the family.

There were 20 of us including babies and adults.
Filipe was a brilliant host - a nice guy and attended to any needs very quickly.
The Villa was very clean and had brilliant facilities for the whole family - volleyball table tennis a fully equipped gym and various toys etc for the kids to play with in the pool
The pool looked a bit small on the pictures however in reality it was absolutely fine.
It was in a quieter area although Vilamoura was only 10 mins in a taxi, Lidl was about 5 mins as was the waterpark
George who was recommended by Filipe was brilliant he organised all of our taxis to and from the airport and any time we wanted to go anywhere he was there.
Overall one of the best holidays we have had with the family

Beautiful property, great pool (worth paying the extra for the heating). Excellent facilities for a large group.
Local beaches very nice. Only a 12 minute walk to a large Lidl for groceries. Neighbouring house is being renovated so some noise but not something to impact the overall scores for the villa.

9 mature male golfers stayed at the Villa. Owner was great and responsive to a small electrical problem. Villa was clean, facilities were great. We will definitely be back.

Great house,big garden,nice bedrooms with good bathroom.swimmingpool was heated,very nice for the children,they loved it.There was a lot of toys.
There goodbe a bit of restore,kitchen,some airconditioners outdoor table and the pooltable.
Over all we had with 17people a wonderful time.

Only complaint was The bottom floor of the villa was very cold as no air conditioning in bottom and with it been so big with tiles

We had a lovely stay. The host was very helpful. The property was quiet, child friendly and secure. The pool was warm which was brilliant for April.
Plenty of room, brilliant for large family groups.
My only criticism is a new pool table would be nice and outside paths a bit rough but I believe there is work being done as we speak. Would definitely go back

Can't say enough positive things about our visit. Firstly, Filipe was such a great host, communication was perfect throughout, offering fantastic advice on how to get the most out of the trip and area. We chose not to hire cars and we definitely didn't need it. Filipe got the transfers arranged through George (the driver), which was always available all the stay whenever we went out to the marina. The location is great for a short walk to the beach, where we found a fantastic beach bar Temperus! The property is in a wonderfully quiet and peaceful location as you were in the middle of the nature as most of the area is a reserve, where you find lakes, pine trees, surrounded by the beautiful Vale do Lobo Golf course. We spent most time in the pool as weather was fantastic for this time of the year and we asked Filipe for the heating pool which we got advantage of!
The rooms were all spotless, facilities easy to use. The kitchen is superb!!! Really fully equipped!!! The bedrooms are very spacious and theres very good quality mattresses too, we were very impressed with the villa's installations.
The property is facing south so we enjoyed sun all day, perfect place! Our boys enjoyed the gym a lot, every morning there they were working out, truly a fabulous time. Hopefully we will be back this year!!!

We had an incredible family holiday at the villa! Great villa with lots of space and room for everyone, the photos don't do this place justice! We were 19 people and 3 generations, there's plenty of space inside and out for everyone. The pool is gorgeous and kept 6 little ones busy. Lots of space to eat as a family outside, there was 2 large tables that sits 20 people, the BBQ that we used everyday with the beer tap feature, that was a real bonus! The kitchen is very very well equipped, everything that we needed was there. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very modern and spacious, most have balconies too, theres plenty of outdoor couches and side tables, fantastic! There is a wonderful Piri-Piri Chicken restaurant at 900 meters and next to it the supermarket! The area is very quiet, perfect for a truly relaxing time.
We didn't rent out cars, Filipe organised our transfers, recommended supermarkets, he's always available for any info that we needed. Be sure to follow Filipe’s local recommendations guide and book earlyThe kids didn't want to come home! This stay was superb!!! I'm sure we'll be back soon!

We had an amazing time at the villa! A great holiday for our family! The bbq area is lovely and with Lidl nearby it was easy to stock up on all the groceries and necessities for the holiday. The facilities are 5 star, the pics are great but seeing it is even better, Filipe has updated the villa with a fantastic volley ball court and all the outdoor couches and sun loungers were a higher standard than what we see on the pics, Filipe you have to update these old pictures for new ones, you've done great there!!! These pictures simply doesn't do you justice! The living area is very spacious, the kitchen is super well equipped! The football table was a big hit with the adults and kids! Nice and sheltered and provides a great break from the sun for the kids. Everything is within 2/10 min from the villa… restaurants/supermarkets/marina etc Couldn’t fault any of the Villa… Filipe is a great host and is very helpful on arrival and keeps in touch if you need anything throughout your stay. We had a great holiday, we will definitely be back!!!

Great property with so much space. Filipe sent over loads of useful information before our stay and sorted it out so we could leave our bags early at the property.
The bed rooms are all very spacious with ensuites. Kitchen has everything you need. BBQ area is great and the fitness room is very well equipped.
Filipe was easy to get in touch with whilst we were there. There was a problem with water pressure one day - one whatsapp message and we had a reply withing ten minutes that the council were carrying out work and the problem would be resolved soon and it was.
The beach is ten minutes walk and is lovely and about 15minutes away is BJ's beach bar that serves delicious fresh fish and makes great cocktails - make sure you book if you want to go on a Saturday lunch time!
Final mention goes to George - the driver that Filipe recommended - an absolute gent who was incredibly reliable and nothing was too much trouble.

Overall the villa is very nice for a big group of people. It is renovated and quite modern. It has everything you need for a wonderful holiday with friends or family. However, the number of beds is not precise as in the villa itself we could only find 16 proper beds plus one double mattress for a group of 22 people. By the end of the week we found out that at the back of the yard is another little house with four more beds. This was not very well indicated in the beginning. In general we enjoyed our week in the villa. Communication with Filipe is prompt. You can easily reach him via WhatsApp.

The villa was great and Filipe a fantastic host. Quick to respond and happy to help. House was well set up for all age ranges. Pool a bit small for size of the party (14 adults and 7 kids) but massive garden which was great! No air con in main living room or kitchen but in every bedroom so was manageable. Great location close to nice beaches, towns and aqua park! Would come again without a doubt

The best holiday we could have hoped for. All started off with taxi pick ups by George he was great throughout holiday a complete gentleman and a pleasure to deal with. Once we arrived in villa we were delighted to find the villa as so clean and the ensuites were as good as any hotel we stayed in. The kitchen continued everything we could want. The best part for us all young and old was the heated pool. We were in the pool from morning to night. Filipe was really great to deal with throughout the week. We hope to revisit this villa again in a couple of years. Amazing villa and pool top class

An amazing villa very clean and beds were so comfortable there were 21 of us theres also an annex in the garden that sleeps 4 people the gym was good for some of the young ones table tennis went done a treat the men loved having tournaments. The pool was a bit small but it was great
George the taxi guy was just amazing better to phone in advance he sorted out 3 eight seater mini cabs for us took us shopping even waited on us

The stay at the villa was great. The outdoor Facility, with the beach field and the outdoor kitchen was super and great for many people with kids.
The Pool was nice but smaller than expexted and warm. Also it was not cleaned during the Week.
The house was very nice and we always had a contact Person.
On the day of departure someone came already at 9 o‘clock to clean the outside area but we were also allowed to check in earlier.

This is a great villa, equipped with everything we required for a comfortable stay. Cleanliness was great. Locality was friendly. Heated pool was lovely. Filipe and hid father communicated well.

The Villa was perfect for our family of 15 of varying ages.
All rooms required had ensuite facilities, which was perfect for our group.
Lots of different things to do, pool, gym, volleyball, basketball - kept all age groups happy.
We loved the space and seating facilities, inside and out.
Most of our dining was alfresco, very comfortable.
We had Caterers in for most of our week, the only downside for them was, just 1 oven and 1 dishwasher, they could have done with 2 of each.
I had direct contact with Filipe the owner, before and during the holiday, who was very helpful at all times.
We also utilized a driver that Filipe recommended - that was George, he became a member of our family, he looked after us all (along with his son) all week, which made all of our trips out effortless.
It is a great Villa for large parties/families and cost effective. We would definitely stay again.

We had a family reunion at villa Laranja, and everyone loved it, adults, children and toddlers.
The house is beautiful and very comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked, and there is plenty of space in the garden for children and adults: volleyball sandy court, a nice pool and there is also a gym room with different exercise implements.
There is a beautiful barbecue space and fruit trees.
Filipe (who manages the property) is very pleasant, very helpful and very responsive always.
Also, the property is in walking distance of beautiful beaches and of a couple of beach restaurants.
Everyone in our party had a wonderful time and want to come back next year 😊

We stay at this villa last week and had such a great week, 24 attended ranging from 18 month- 40 years old. Everything you need is in close proximity and only an uber away.
Any problems Filipe was on hand on just a call away.

Overall a lovely villa in a great location. The villa itself is spacious and has great amenities but there were some small issues thatneed to be addressed. One of the bathrooms had a leak and this was not rectified (although I do appreciate Filipe had an emergency with his health and had to have surgery) so maybe he was not so up on servicing the villa as he would normally be. There needs to be more lighting in the bbq area and the garage at night and better pillows or at least two per person as we all used the sofa pillows to supplement! All in-all though we had a fantastic week and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Definitely recommend Maria’s on the beach for dinner and hiring electric bikes!! Thank you Filipe 😊

I had the most wonderful time at Filipes villa. It was a special birthday for myself and my complete family of 19 were with me for the whole week.
Everybody got on with each other so well, which I think endorsed conclusively the excellent facilities and enjoyment features provided by the villa/Filipe. The swimming pool, gym, and eating ,sleeping and seating arrangements, together with the relaxing ambience were just perfect.
Well worth the logistical nightmare of getting so many people together for a week!

The property is in a great location and is well appointed. The pictures on VRBO are accurate and the villa was a delight for 2 retired people, 10 other adults 2 teens and 7 ten or under.
We accessed the property grounds early around the pool area and Filipe let the early arrivals store their luggage until handover.
We had one or two very minor issues, which Filipe or his father were prompt at responding to.
The beer tap after being one of the minor issues, proved to be a great success.
The beaches nearby are great. The pool (which we had heated) is smallish but actually was perfect for our party. Gym, table tennis and pool table were well used and the Marshall bluetooth speaker was great.
Filipe, his dad, the cleaners and not to forget Jorge the transfer / taxi man (better than Uber and the local taxi rank - both of which were unreliable), were courteous and friendly.
Lidl is handy nearby, but a trip to a larger store such as the Continent superstore for at least one big shop is recommended.
We would all recommend the Villa Laranja as a fantastic place for a family holiday.

Great villa for family holiday
10 bedrooms more than enough for are family of 14. Very large gardens if you needed quiet time the pool could have been bigger but met the needs of the group. Pool table and volleyball court kept everyone busy. The draught barrel of beer was great saved carrying bottles to recycle point. Overall would recommend this villa with Filipe catering for all needs and very good taxi service by George who was only a phone call away all hours of the day.

Nice journey in Filipe Villa in Quarteira
We were a big group family with children's. We had enough place for each family. The property is big enough and offer a lot of space for children's to play around. As well the adults have fun in fitness or at beach volleyball ground.
The big barbecue area offer a lkt of space for big dinner or small party. Villa Laranja is also very good furnished and modern bedrooms and kitchen area. The villa is just few miles far from beach place, where the view to the Atlantic is just amazing. Filipe was always available to help and give us information about the city. Thank @Filipe for that! We just had nice week in villa Laranja.

The villa was fabulous, exactly as described and very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with a first class welcome pack. The communication with the owner was great and he could not have been more helpful. The outdoor space is amazing and the pool and pool table kept the kids entertained.
There is a Lidl approx 10/15 minutes walk away and the beach is about 20 minutes walk. We used Ubers for going out which were reliable and easy to arrange.

Die Anzahl der Betten im Online-Angebot, ist verwirrend. Es sind nur 20 Betten. Die Klimaanlagen sollten vor der kühleren Jahreszeit überprüft werden und Winterbetten vorgehalten werden. Töpfe und Pfannen sind sauber zu übergeben. Haus und Grundstück sind sehr schön. Für eine größere Gruppe ideal. Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt. Herr Felipe hat alle kleinen Probleme zu unserer Zufriedenheit gelöst. Wir würden das Objekt jeder Zeit wieder buchen.

Luxury family villa in a beautiful setting
We have just returned from a perfect family holiday in this beautiful villa. Our group ranged from 3 year olds to adults and we all had a fantastic time. Everything was very clean and modern, the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook, great TV, lovely communal areas - and the best part was the outside space!
We spent much of our time outside enjoying the pool and there was plenty of room for the children to play and run around. The supermarket was a short walk away which was great too.
Filipe was an excellent host and was on-hand to help with any questions that we had and also helped us with our airport travel. A beautiful place that we would all love to return to again!

Great Villa
Great villa with plenty of room. There were 20 of us - all adults with 7 under 25 so great facilities for them - table tennis, gym, sand court for volley ball and badminton - kept everyone entertained. Loads of outdoor seating areas anx barbeque area really great. Bedrooms and ensuites really lovely. Pool is lovely but would have liked it to have been a little bigger for the size of the villa and people it can accommodate. In a lovely area but would have liked to be nearer to a local convenience shop and bars - saying that Lidl was only 10 minutes walk from the Villa and beach and bar about 20 minutes walk. I would stay at this villa again without hesitation. The manager, Filipe, was very accommodating. We also had a resident taxi driver, George, who Filipe recommended, who when we phoned for taxis, he was there at the drop of a hat. We spent many an evening at Vilamoura Marina which is just lovely - about 4km by taxi away but so worth it.

Wonderful villa and a super host in Filipe.
We’ve just enjoyed two lovely weeks at Villa Laranja. There was plenty of space for the 14 of us inside and out and it had everything we could possibly need. The pool table and table tennis table got a lot of use!!! Filipe was a great host. Nothing was too much trouble. We’d definitely recommend it and hope to return for another holiday there again soon!!

Great week away
We have just returned from a wonderful week at villa Laranja. A three generation family, we all loved it! The villa is equipped with everything we need! Everything was brand new, amazing kitchen for our large party, easy to manage meals for everyone!
Very modern bedrooms and bathrooms, superb!
The outdoor it's just terrific, and plus there is a truly gymnasium!
Supermarket is at 5 mins and so it is a very nice beach bar called Temperus!
Filipe was very helpful, he organised taxis for the restaurants and recommended a few ones which are quite amazing all of them.
Would highly recommend Villa laranja!!!
