Very clean and comfortable! The staff were all very friendly.
It'll be nice if they provide little bottles of shampoo, conditioner and soap. They just had one pump soap.

It's very clean and great AC specially during a heat wave. Everyone is kind and helpful and a quiet place.
The room needs more outlets for laptops and games. Also no coffee machine available in room. To get food delivered is easier with Uber eats or Door dash.

Nothing!
I didn't like the facilities, the cleanliness, the service, the amenities, NOTHING! They claim to have queen beds. But they're really full size. We left and got a REAL hotel!

Our room was quaint and comfortable. Air conditioning worked beautifully, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were excellent.

Stayed for one night before catching a flight and the location was excellent for accessing the airport without being right next to the airport. The bed was very comfortable, the room was super clean, and we could get a quiet night's sleep before an early wake up.
Nothing, stay was exactly what we were looking for.

Staff member was busy chatting with someone when they clearly could see we wanted to check in and couldn't be bothered to help us. I had to call to get someone to check us in. It was only then that the said staff member came into the office to assist. I was asked to provide my ID and a credit card, both of which were photocopied. The photocopy clearly showed my credit card number with the CVV shown. This has never happened to me before when staying at any hotel, whether it was the US, Europe, Canada, South Africa or Australia. There was no need to copy my credit card, as I had already paid for my stay through Booking.com. In fact, there was already a pending charge (the partial amount of my stay) even before our arrival. Because my personal details were now out in the open, I then had to call my credit card company for guidance. The credit card company recommended that I cancel my card, as there was no guarantee that my number with the CVV exposed would be safe. When checking out the next morning, again, there were no staff members to be found. We had to leave our room key behind without receiving any sort of receipt.

buy a room for 3 people. When I arrived they gave me a room for 2 people. the hotel manager tells me that I must pay an extra $30 to give me a room for 3 people. it doesn't seem fair

The hotel is beautiful. It is located in the countryside just by the city.
Walk up, no elevator.

Close location to the Airport and San Juan. Small hotel with a nice swimming Pool.
The personnel did not understand and speak English. No breakfast provided and the closest bakery was at 6 miles from the hotel. The comfort of the room was acceptable but there is room for enhancements.

The pool and the fact that included a parking space. Room has small refrigerator, iron and iron board. No blow dryer though
It's far far away from San Juan. Up in the mountain. Nothing to do or to eat around the area. Which explain the fact tha we were the only guest staying. The room didn't have enough outlets to charge our devices and it was king of tight

This is a beautiful hotel. The 2 buildings face each other with a pool in the middle. It's a remote area, but 15 miles from the airport and free parking. The beds are comfy, and the rooms are clean. You will need a car unless you plan on using a ride-share the whole time. The pool was clean. It's only 15 units so not crowded at all.
The room was so cold!. The a/c was set to 68 when we arrived. We talked to the front desk, who said they couldn't adjust the temperature and that we had blankets in the room. We spoke with another guest who said they had a remote for the a/c in their room, but ours did not. (room 15)
the cold was uncomfortable but bearable and wasn't great after a shower, lol.
