Functional property, worked great as a base for our ski holiday. Location is perfect, ski in ski out was superb. 3 of us stayed and it worked well for us. Parking was good. I would highly recommend this property.

The property is small but has everything you need except for WiFi. The property manager was great and let us know that we could rent a 4G pebble from the Tourist Office. Plenty of pillows and blankets but sheets and duvet covers were not included. We also got charged for cleaning fees which I feel should be included in the price. The best part of the property was the ski in and out aspect which was truly great.

We booked to stay here to enjoy the UCI MTB world championships and wow what a location. Basically we were right on the cross country course it was amazing. Property is compact but offered everything we required (except a tim opener!). Les Gets is a lovely little town and we would definitely consider coming back. Thank you to the Klein's! :)

Contact facile, propre. Par contre, même pas un rouleau de papier toilette a l'arrivée, les lits étriqués et bas de plafond j'ai préféré dormir dans le canapé. Beaucoup plus vieillot que les photos avec les peintures ecaillees. Assez bruyant, on entend les hauts parleurs de la ville a 6h30, les travaux autour et bien-sûr les voisins même s'ils sont calmes. Sympa la piscine mais pas de chaise longue a dispo c'est mesquin. Le prix demandé n'est pas en corrélation avec le service proposé. Je comprends pourquoi je n'ai trouve que ça pour me dépanner un we. La prochaine fois a ce prix j'irai à l'hôtel avec draps et ménage compris.

Un excellent séjour, l’appartement est bien situé mais pour les skieurs. Notre fille qui commençait l’ourson cette année, ne pouvait pas accéder par les pistes à la station. La navette est accessible à pied mais moins pratique.

We stayed here for a short break. The owner was helpful initially as i needed to change my dates at short noticed, which was helpful and much appreciated my end. The apartment is in a good location as it's right on the slope, so it's ski in and ski out. Apartment size for a family of 4 was good value for money. Slightly disappointed with the communication as we found out last minute that bedding and towels were not included in the price. There was no option on the website to select this. The bedding that was provided, I presume was disposable type as it was very poor quality and uncomfortable. Also we found out on the final day that the apartment needed to be cleaned. Again, no option on the website to select this. There was insufficient cleaning supplies provided to clean the apartment. Due to poor communication and being hidden costs, we will not be returning anytime soon.

Fantastic apartment on the slopes

We had a great holiday in this apartment on the home slopes of Les Gets. Truly ski in - ski out, onto a blue run to the Chavanne lift. We were a group of 5 adults (all one family) and the creative use of space worked well for us. The apartment is on the bus route from Les Gets, but if you want to stay in the village to acres ski past the bus times, it is possible to walk back up the slope home, or walk up the road - a longer, but less steep journey. The beds were comfortable, a necessity at the end of a long day skiing. Although this apartment is compact it offers everything you need for a great holiday and we would definitely look to book again.

Ideal apartment for 2 people, we had a really great time . The apartment was comfortable, clean and close to the trails and lifts and not to far from town. The pool was a bonus and we had an amazing view of the firework display.

We had a great stay. Location is perfect ski-in ski-out. In the evening a small walk downhill (15min) for the shops and restaurants. The 2p bed in the appartement is a bit small (140cm). The mezzanine with a 1p bed is low and reached by a steep stairway. Perfect for 1 kid. It was a bit dusty. We did not use the (couch) bed in the livingroom, but it looks comfortable. Kitchen is wel equiped, though we missed a microwave. Bathroom has a great shower. I would not book this appartement for 5p, but with 3p max it’s perfect.

Residence très bien situé ,départ sur les pistes sans avoir à pendre la voiture ,vue magnifique , L'appartement en lui même n'est pas désagréable, par contre au niveau des couchages la chambre est un" placard ",pour 3 cela est juste donc pour 5 il vaut mieux éviter,! L'état des lieux laisse à désirer ,nest pas fait correctement , les draps sales et serviettes de bains ont été ramassés par terre se mêle avoir été mis ds un sac ,des habits ont été retrouvés ds le coffre servant de banc, les allées couvertures et oreilles sont sales , mauvaises odeurs ds le couloirs 3 chiens ds l'appart à côté

With ski in/out access , we enjoyed our weeks stay in this apartment. Correspondence with the owner was good as well as the concierge.. The property is small but in a good location and when self catering the use of a n oven is a benefit. The bathroom in particular is nicely appointed. We made use of the free shuttle bus into Les Gets which stops close to the apartments. The property could benefit from Netflix etc if aiming at foreign renters as only French channels on the TV and no Wi-Fi. We did also feel that we left the apartment cleaner than when we arrived and the kitchen could benefit from a little updating - if this was done it would be 5 star review. Would be happy to stay here again if returning to ski in Les Gets which is a lovely town, with great skiing for skiers of all levels of experience.

Les Gets is a charming ski resort. La résidence Le Grizzli is well located allowing easy access to spacious ski slopes. The photos presented reflect the coziness and reality of this rental.We found the appartment to be; clean,lots of natural light and the beds comfortable. Unfortunately there are minor buts, there was no ski locker to store the skies ,there was no dish to use in the oven . All the same an enjoyable 3 nights spent.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour aux Gets. L'appartement est bien situé au niveau de la station puisqu'il se trouve sur les pistes et tout proche du lac, mais la résidence est vieillissante. Il y a de la moquette dans les escaliers et les couloirs. L'extérieur de la résidence est en travaux, ce qui ne nous avait pas été précisé. Nous avions donc la vue sur les échafaudages. Concernant l'appartement en lui même, seule la salle de bain a été refaite à neuf et du parquet flottant a été posé dans la pièce principale. Le revêtement de la partie chambre est une très vieille moquette, ce qui est problématique pour les personnes allergiques. Un ouvrier présent sur place nous a indiqué que la cuisine de cet appartement était celle d'origine, elle a juste été repeinte à certains endroits. La vaisselle n'était pas propre et le tiroir à couverts contenait de nombreuses miettes. L'intérieur du four et la hotte était sales. La télévision est "bricolée" avec du scotch dans tous les sens et elle est reliée directement à l'intérieur d'une prise de courant qui est décollée du mur. Au niveau de la résidence, l'appartement est situé coté parking et n'ai donc quasiment jamais au soleil. Il y a des documents dans l'appartement qui précisent que tout doit être laissé dans un état irréprochable, mais ce n'était absolument pas le cas lorsque nous sommes arrivés. Il n'y a pas eu d'état des lieux, juste un tour rapide en 1 minute chrono, puis on nous a juste remis les clés. La caution est tout de même conséquente et elle a dû être réglés par virement 15 jours avant notre arrivée et comme nous étions sur place seulement 3 nuits, nous n'avons rien réclamé de peur de ne pas récupérer notre caution. Cet appartement mériterait une vraie rénovation pour être agréable.

Good points: great location on the ski slopes, well-equipped kitchen, good bathroom (though the toilet was broken for our stay).. Bad points: bed linen is not provided, nor available to rent. This was not made clear when we rented, though I note it has since been amended in the property details. It's essentially a studio with cabin room + mezzanine for a child, so very little storage space. Don't pack too much, and be prepared to live out of your suitcase.
