This property was by far the best place we stayed in our trip to New Zealand!
As soon as we walked in we fell in love with everything about it. It is very well appointed. We had planned to eat out but decided to get takeout so we could eat in the room.
Thanks for the home made buns and bread!

Absolutely gorgeous place to stay. Even better than the photos. We loved the complimentary baked treats that the host made - the tan slice was amazing! Lovely host who gave great recommendations for dinner at a great cafe in Castlecliff. Thanks for having us. Megan

Cute cottage with everything you need
Host was lovely, and thoughtful home baking awaited us! Perfect little getaway. Would not recommend for little kids due to unsafe mezzanine sleeping… our 7 and 9 Y ended up on the couch.

We had a nice stay at the cost cottage. The host left us nice little snacks and some fruit. The bed was very soft which took some getting used to, but was comfortable

Great studio tiny house
Beautifully appointed, great place to unwind, was lovely to not have TV; instead we played board games, read, and of course went out. Thank you for the lovely treats too! Only thing I would say is it would be nice to have a full length mirror (vain I know!)

It’s so cute and original
We loved this cottage and will definitely book this again. Litza went the extra mile for us by doing our drying and delivering it back to us.
Gorgeous decor and lovely touches.
This place would be a very romantic stay for a couple but works with a child too.
Thank you.

Loved this quaint wee lodge. Just what was needed. Loved the touches. Just
One thing, more private curtains for evening time wouldn't go a miss.
Thanks for the stay 😊

Cosy little Bach, central to what we wanted but no carpet on the floor, bare concrete. Would be gr
great to have drapes on the windows. But we had a heater.
Thanks

Excellent . Litza has presented her lodge with artistic flair. Little touches of flowers and home made cakes added to the relaxed stay. Would recommend.

Excellent
Our stay at Kokako Lodge was very enjoyable. Litza could not have been more accommodating. The double bed space, the bathroom and the kitchen and living areas were all beautifully thought out. The third and fourth beds are in a loft - fine for kids or agile adults only but Litza cheerfully provided a comfortable folding bed for our third person. We appreciated very much the fresh flowers, the freshly baked ginger cakes, the bowl of fruit. Such gracious hospitality! The family’s transformation of a garage into this charming little lodge is ingenious! We would come again.
