Location is perfect in sunny Naples Florida. The Studio is complete w/Full kitchen w/all necessary appliances. Just installed a brand new Queen Size beautiful new Murphy Bed. My husband and I used this cottage as a satellite location as we needed additional sleeping accommodations. It was perfect for what we needed- close and convenient- we enjoyed walks to the beach most mornings. The hosts were gracious and communication was easy.

Everything was as described and more. Doug and Judy knew our flight was coming in early and called my cell to let me know the place had been cleaned so we could check in. There were beach chairs, umbrella and cooler with ice packs which were very handy. Kitchen had all that was needed if you choose to cook. The shower pressure was great. We really liked having the beautifully landscaped yard to ourselves and enjoyed sitting out in the mornings and evenings. Our last evening a heavy storm came through and Judy called to let us know there were not guests coming in for a few days if our flight was delayed and we needed to stay an extra night.

Stayed here for 2 - 1/2 weeks, had a wonderful time. Very convenient location, everything you need is close by. US 41 is the main road and it was busy. The rental unit is in the back yard, our friend called it an “Unattached Villa”. It is small but more space is provided with folding up the Murphy bed. Outside in front of the unit is a patio with furniture which we used often. The shower gets an A++ rating. From a water pressure and flow rate standpoint it is the best shower I have ever been in. Undoubtedly, the biggest positive for this unit are the owners, Doug and Judy. What a sweet, sweet couple! They are readily available and whenever we saw Doug he always asked if we needed anything. We got along so well that we went to lunch together at Buzz’s Lighthouse. We highly recommend renting this unit.

Well appointed tiny backyard cabin. Immaculate spot, very private, pretty backyard. If you like a strong shower, you'll love this one! I have family in the area, this is now my go-to spot! Wish I had found it years ago. The owners are there in the main house and easy to find them if you have any needs. I didn't have any needs, it was all perfect! Thank you!

Doug and Judy were great hosts. We stayed for a week and normally under those circumstances we end up needing to purchase things like toliet paper and paper towels but we were provided with more than enough of those type of toiletries and plenty of towels. Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans. Thanks again for a great time.

This was our third time staying at Doug and Judy's darling little cottage and we thoroughly enjoyed our time once again. The cottage is ideally located near the Mercato and other shops and restaurants and very convenient with parking and kitchenette. We were sad to have the red tide during our time in Florida, but otherwise we had a marvelous visit.

The hosts Doug and Judy were wonderful. The guest house was fully equipped, clean and comfortable. The patio and yard were beautifully landscaped with flowers and palm trees. The location was great for restaurants and the beach was close. Bicycles were available for use, as well as coolers, beach chairs etc. Highly recommended!!

We enjoyed our time in North Naples at Doug and Judy's Cottage/Casita! It was extremely clean and had everything that we needed. We spent time on the patio and had breakfast there almost every morning. There was shopping galore with everything you need within a mile including the beach. Doug and Judy were so nice and the perfect hosts!

Doug and Judy are welcoming and friendly, I highly recommend renting from them!! Their “casita” (mini house/cottage) was just what we needed for the two of us. It's conveniently located about 1.5 miles from Vanderbilt beach and we enjoyed an evening at the Mercato! Having the Casita located in North Naples was great because we have relatives in Bonita Springs. The Casita is private and in a quiet area. It's kept very clean!! Doug and Judy’s yard is well maintained which provides a nice view for the outside sitting area. The extras with the bicycles, beach chairs, and even a small cooler were great. We look forward to the opportunity to rent from them again and recommend others to do so as well!

Doug and Judy are very personable and thoughtful. As other reviewers have previously indicated, they have EVERYTHING you could possibly want during a visit to Naples. We encountered some travel delays and so we arrived late at their place. We communicated this delayed arrival to Doug and Judy and they "waited up" for us until we arrived around 10 pm. They put some food in the refrigerator for us. They are very thoughtful. Doug gave us a quick overview of the different features of their place and then showed us a "users manual" that documented what he told us...but this was a handy reference book for us during our stay. Highly recommend this location, we will stay again when in Naples!

The property was beautiful, as described/pics. Everything we needed. Very clean, comfortable. The owners, Judy & Doug, couldn't have been more hospitable. We had a problem with rental car so we Uber'd to their rental. They had food and wine waiting for us, knowing we had a long and frustrating trip. Their recommendations for restaurants/beaches were perfect. We used their bikes for the beach. We highly recommend this VRBO rental. Thanks again Judy & Doug!!!

A great casita with a full kitchen walking distance to Mercato a luxury outdoor dining, retail , entertainment complex. We enjoyed the proximity of biking to Vanderbilt beach every day . Doug and Judi were great , communication was awesome from the beginning of the rental process to helpful hints and suggestions for sunset views , dinner suggestions . We enjoyed breakfast and dinners on the patio, which is beautifully landscaped and offered so much privacy .

This place was amazing!! My husband and I wanted to explore the Naples area, and we were so happy to have found this little gem. Clean, private, and the hosts are wonderful! Judy and Doug are two of the most enjoyable people, and are available to answer your questions, offer up local information, or just chat. The location is close to everything. There are beautiful beaches and a state park just down the street, Naples downtown is a short drive away as well as more beaches, and shopping just across the street-or you can just relax in your own private oasis. We look forward to a return visit!! Thank you for everything Judy and Doug!!!

Doug and Judy were great - they are so sweet and kind. The house had a bed, kitchen, and bathroom - what more could you need? We walked everywhere and they had a ton of accommodations - such as bikes, beach towels, coolers. Etc. Thank you Doug and Judy!
