The property is just as nice in person as it is in the pictures. The check in process was easy, we were met and shown the property. There is a washer/dryer which made it very convenient and two bathrooms (one in the primary bedroom and one serving the loft and secondary bedroom. Bathrooms were of good size and good water pressure.
The property is quiet, but is a very short walk (5 mins or less to the main piazza). There are so many good places to eat a short walk away.
The hosts are also able to set you up with good excursions, we did a private trip to Cortona and Montepulciano that included a tasting at a winery in Montalcino.
I have no regrets staying here, however, two things that could be worked on.
1) Sheets were a little rough, I didn't mind it but my wife was a bit uncomfortable.
2) There is AC, but I do not think it was set low enough. After the first night, I called to have it lowered, and the manager did lower it. However, it still was not as cool as I would normally have it. I understand it is expensive to run it, but when I pay this much for a place, I would like to have control of the temp. I wouldn't say it was uncomfortable, however, it wasn't comfortable (if that makes any sense).

Very well-stocked kitchen and much more spacious than it appears in pictures. Everything was a 10 min or less walk. We struggled a bit figuring out the appliances (zero Italian spoken by our group), but the convenient location was worth it!

Beautiful place, terrific location, Gilda met us at the parking garage, took us to the apartment and made certain we know where everything was. She was a great communicator and very helpful. We had an amazing time and would highly recommend this property.

To be fair, we visited Siena during the Palio and we understand this is a busy time. We arrived a bit late, due to a train delay( which was out of our control), so our check in was a bit rushed. We asked for some help to find transportation for a horseback riding tour the next morning but were told that the cheapest around would be outrageously expensive. We were able to find a cab on our own, but it was quite frustrating, as we did not know the area. We were also asked to check out an hour and a half earlier than the 11:00 time listed, because other guests were coming in and they needed us out early. We had to spend this time sitting in the train station because we had nowhere to put our luggage.
I have not visited Siena before and don’t know how this condo compares to others, but the rooms were very small. One of the restroom showers was not quite clean. The apartment was very warm, but we were told not to adjust the A/C on our own because it was a difficult system.
On a positive note, the location was excellent and the apartment was well equipped. They left several bottles of wine for us, which was very nice.

Wonderful property, excellently managed
We were a family of 8, from 83 years older to 7. The property was just lovely and the location was perfect. There was a great deal of attention to detail (good mattresses, plenty of towels, wine and a food basket upon arrival, etc). Best of all was the management -in particular Giada. She helped us book numerous wonderful tours, reservations for dinners, transportation, Covid issues…really everything. Any issue we had and Giada was there. It was absolutely outstanding. Trust Giada, her company, and her team (Marco, Claudia, Tiziana, Vitto, etc). They were like family for us!

Great location, bit noisy at night
Fantastic apartment, very well appointed. Huge kitchen with every thing needed to cook a complete meal. Showers amazing. Beds great. Nice living room. Great central location, but comes with a downside: the square outside is a popular night time spot for teens, so noisy well into the night. Good windows that helped a lot, but problematic if you are a light sleeper.

Wonder Siena
The property is in an amazing location close to everything. It well equipped for just about anything that’d you’ll need, clean and wonderful for just chilling after a day of sightseeing. We enjoyed having a cooking class with local chef the kitchen had everything we need to learn to make pasta and an amazing Sienese dinner. We’d love to come back.

A comfortable apartment in a good location. Can walk to just about everything.
Giada was terrific. Very helpful and responded to our calls quickly. The neighborhood is busy. The windows are so good they cut out the street noise.
It was in easy walking distance to just about everything.
Giada was able to help us get taxis, we don’t speak Italian so needed the assistance.
When I forgot something in the apartment after we left she arranged to get it so me. Such great help.
Loved Siena.

Beautiful, clean space in an ideal location. Wonderful interactions with the property manager, who was gracious about helping us arrange transportation and answering questions. I’d go back in a heartbeat!

Great place we loved it!
It was great, right in Siena. Close enough to walk to everything but far enough that it isnt in the mess of the city, or crowds. Could not have been happier.

In the heart of the city!
This penthouse is beautiful and has all amenities of home! The Chef's kitchen was heavily used by our party and the responsiveness from the property manager, Giada, was incredible. Walking distance to many great restaurants.

Amazing Stay!
What an amazing stay. I could not recommend more. Siena is a beautiful town with a fascinating nightlife, out of this world restaurants and provides a true Tuscan experience. The apartment not only is gorgeous, newly renovated, spacious and clean but also just steps away from all the action. Communication is above par and the hosts were always willing to go above and beyond to ensure an amazing vacation. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a comfortable, enjoyable stay!

Beautiful and like new condo in the heart of Siena
The condo appeared new inside and in excellent shape. The kitchen was large and very well-equipped. The furniture was very comfortable. It was a great place for a family to spend time together. The mattresses were the best we have ever had outside of home. And, it was centrally located in Old Siena - hard to imagine a better location. It was within a few minutes walk of everything in the old city. We highly recommend it.

Great location for exploring Tuscany
Really enjoyed our stay at this property. Couldn't ask for a better location to explore Siena and the surrounding Tuscan countryside and villages.
Property was comfortable and quiet. All the conveniences of home and property manager very responsive when we had a question.
Check out:
- drinks in the main Piazza of Siena before dinner
- restaurants (Taverna de San Giuseppe, Pomodorino and Tar-tufo our favorites)
- a visit to San Gimignano is a must
- ask the property manager about taking a cooking class a farm in the country (high point of our stay)

True luxury in the heart of Siena!
This property is impeccable! The owners thought about every detail in this remodel. Not to mention, the location walking distance to Piazza del Campo which is historical and beautiful. The local property manager, Giada, recommended some great restaurants (one which her boyfriend is the Chef at) and planned our wine tasting after in Tuscany. Wow!!!

very good
The Siena apartment was quite lovely; very well situated in the centre of the old (Medieval) part of the city. We were well cared for by the local manager and all information and dealings with Equity Residences were most helpful. One bathroom (not the ensuite) is a bit small and the mattresses are quite firm but those are very minor noticings. Kitchen very well equipped (needs a microwave, but they are getting one). Was so great to have a washer and dryer, the latter not usually available in Italy and means you don't need much luggage. All and all, this is a great place to stay - we were 4 adults, very comfortable - we highly recommend it...

Unique modern apartment in the heart of Siena
We spent a week at this gorgeous apartment and are absolutely happy about our decision to rent this place.
The apartment is better appointed than a luxury hotel, is modern, and has everything you need to spend a week in comfort and luxury. I forgot my plug adapter at home and even found an American to Italian plug adapter there! Our research brought us here because we could not find this modern aesthetic anywhere else in the old town of Siena.
We loved the steam showers, the heating and cooling system, the modern furniture and a wine fridge in the kitchen. The apartment became a sanctuary to go back to after a day of exploring Tuscany.
We hosted a dinner party with a private chef invited from a local restaurant. Not only we had enough room in the kitchen to accommodate a team of 4 people from the restaurant, we had enough seats at the table in the living room to enjoy dinner for 8.
The apartment is located steps to Piazza del Campo, shopping, old churches, museums, Duomo, restaurants, etc. It's literally in the heart of the old town.
We took trips to Tuscany countryside and came back happy. We will be back!
