Villa Diana. Sleeps 6 adults and 2 babies in cots. You can book for any length of holiday as long as this is above our minimum limits for a particular season. You can have any start /changeover day.
It has an ideal location offering a haven of tranquility and privacy yet being just a short walk from white sandy beaches, tavernas, restaurants, bars, shops and all amenities. It offers a safe environment for families with children, being at the end of a private cul-de-sac with no through traffic.
It is a fully air-conditioned 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa with its own pool, garden and patios in a quiet residential area in the exclusive Blue Water Bay Village.
Pool is now tiled and also with corner roman steps for ease of access. We have equipped it to the high standard expected of a modern villa.
Just a short stroll (3 minutes) from Villa Diana is the beautiful Malama beach with its crystal clear waters which are ideal for swimming as it's in a sheltered cove, with 8 different watersports on offer. You can relax on the terrace of the Malama Hotel whilst keeping an eye on your children swimming below: the Hotel facilities are open to the public. There is a cafe on the water's edge called Kalifi, from which you have a clear view of the beach. We have baby and toddler kit in the villa, including window locks upstairs to prevent toddlers falling. Special toddler fences. Wii with balance board and golf attachment, home hub with iPhone5 6 7 X/iPod/iPad dock. Free full WiFi in the villa at 20Mbps. We have installed a colour changing LED underwater pool light. We have a traditional Cypriot "foukou" charcoal BBQ with electric motor for turning the skewers. Large gazebo and outdoor patio coffee table with comfortable seating for 6. The pool has a salt water system, which is ideal for your health and comfort. No stinging of the eyes, and perfectly balanced chemistry all the time. The salinity is that of human tears, about one tenth of the salinity of the sea.
Electricity. Applies all bookings made after 19th March 2024.
You are allowed 30kWh/day free. This is about €15 euro/day.
For a week its 210kWh/week free. This is €105euro/week.
Any extra electricity use will be charged at the rate of €0.45 euro/kWh.
The meter will be read and photographed at the start and at the end of your stay.
I will calculate any extra and make a charge from your deposit, sending you the photographs.
