Great short break with overseas family members in a great location and great accommodation

We didn’t have breakfast out but the view whilst having breakfast was was great

Earlier check in time would have been good. 3pm was a bit late in the day.

Apart from cleanliness, apartment was perfect size and location for my family.

Convenient walk to Nelson bay marina and centre

There were so much mention of leaving apartment clean, that I assumed it was going to be immaculate,when truthfully I didn’t find it so clean, especially lounge, carpet, even drip marks on walls. Spa was filthy cloudy with remnants of beer/ mixer bottles and even cap in spa.. we used it at night so didn’t realise how bad it was until daylight. We had even had a quick shower before going in. There was blood stain on one of the pillows, a dirty sock in one drawer. If I was the owner, I’d be considering getting a new cleaning crew.

A great few days. Cleanliness issues on moving in that we rectified by the agent.

Great location and great facilities

It was absolutely filthy when we moved in. However the agent rectified immediately which was a positive. The changeover cleaning needs to be far more thorough - finding someone’s dirty socks under a table and discarded cans isn’t acceptable.

great location for my sisters and I to stay in a luxury spacious theee bedroom unit .

Spacious, tidy and close to everything. great outdoor patio and roof outdoor terrace .

carpet a little stained but overall that didn’t concern us.

Family stay - fantastic thank you

Location Location Location Drive in park, lift is 20 feet away, step off lift walk straight into your room Room, wow size area, balconies facilities as a whole were excellent, starting to look tired but serviceable and then I went upstairs, hello nelson bay, omg 270 degree views, water landscape and a private spa, loved it. As a family we all got to chill enjoy and catch up, couldn't have asked for a better experience.

cutlery would be only item to add ie spoons Second set of keys / fob was unavailable however use of intercom overcome this issue when someone was home. Stains do exist on the carpet, very good quality unsure why they are there. Extra towel per couple for our ladies would not go astray and a reminder to all byo beach towel for use in spa and the beach. Recommend changing the colour of the beam under stairs, as I being 5 ft 9 walked out of bedroom and narrowly missed hitting my head

Good

Having 3 bedrooms was great and the location was good. Ensuite made bathroom and shower time easier with children and balcony was well furnished and private

Not all the placements on the stove were working, the carpet was wet and remained damp for most of the time we stayed causing a bad smell in the apartment. The jacuzzi was not fully functioning as all the jets were not working.

loved the property. Just the 2 of us this time but would be great for a family. No shade on the rooftop was a disappoint

the pump on soap in the kitchen was dirty, inside the kettle was dirty, there were spider webs on the inside of the windows, the blinds in the bedrooms were terrible (wouldn’t fully close)

Comfortable but could be better

Location is very good. Comfort of the space. Spa on rooftop.

Enjoyable but slightly disappointed.

Property was easy to access, close location to shops etc. Apartment was very well equipped.

spa is very old and only one jet working. We stayed 3 nights in between weekly clean so when we got in and turned jets on we were overcome with fumes from the chemicals used and had to switch spa off. The main reason we booked this location was for the spa and we couldn't really use it. The rooftop needs some updating and modernising.

For the money it was not as good value as it should be. Blinds and Beds!!

Large rooms, comfortable living areas and great flow to deck outside. Great location to local bars and restaurants. Great parking and helpful property Manager

All the venetian blinds were either completely broken or missing handles so you couldn't adjust them. Spa pool cover just a complete mess as broken into several parts. Beds were very hard and if that's your thing Ok but not ours

The property was in a great location however should not be sold as a “luxury penthouse “ rather a generous 3bd apartment

The property needs maintenance; gardens are in kept, broken items visible furniture, water feature etc There was a musty smell within the property, we had to keep the doors open and there was a bucket with water in the lounge catching a leak from the ceiling The spa was not in use and we were not compensated for it

Nice property, good location, letdown by poor maintenance

Location was lovely and central. Lounge area was nice and comfortable. Spa was fun and outdoor verandah and table was good, bedrooms spacious and good usable kitchen space.

The outdoor furniture on the roof was old, weathered and falling apart which wasn’t enjoyable to sit at, this obviously wasn’t great when you want to enjoy a roof top area. There was a large bucket under the stairs because a leak in the ceiling. The main bedroom blinds couldn’t be adjusted adequately to block out the light and provide privacy and this resulted in the room being flooded with light every morning at 6am making it incredibly difficult to sleep. The bbq was filthy and not fit to cook on. There was no hairdryer or bottle opener in the property and only 3 champagne glasses which meant 6 guests could not celebrate together. A few hangers in the wardrobes would have been nice.
