The room was exceptional, very close to pretty much everything. We saw everything we wanted to see--on foot. No driving or taxis required. Anna was great! Thanks!!

A perfect location filled with history

It was exciting staying in a building so full of history. We loved learning about the history of the Canossa family. Even a tsar has stayed there. Anna was a wonderful host - she welcomed us and gave us excellent restaurant recommendations. The location is perfect - we could walk everywhere that we wanted to visit. For a family of four, our apartment was the perfect size. The air conditioning worked well.

To access the apartment, you either climb 85 stairs or take a small elevator. We were ok with the climb, the kids enjoyed counting the steps, but if you don't like small elevators or climbing, it may not be the right place for you.

Lovely stay in Verona center

Beautiful spacious two rooms apartment in a great location. Our hostess was very kind and gave us all info needed to enjoy the city.

Not adapted for those who cannot take the stairs because the elevator is unusually slow and it is small.

beautiful building, great location, lovely and very helpful host who spent time giving great local recommendations. the bed was SO comfortable and luxurious! good kitchen facilities in the room. amazing that napoleon bonaparte once resided in the palazzo. we recommend staying here

Superb

Exceptional position in the Verona historic city center, in few min walk distance to all main historic center attractions, therefore ideal for short break during your daily visit. Furniture and kichenette of good quality. We stayed there with a 1year baby and was perfect, we got as well a crib.

no big issues at all, just worth to mention that the lift is quite small and for people with disabilities few steps to overcome to get to the room, or if you have a big baby stroller this may not fit into the lift.

Everything was great , the location is perfect and the beds were clean and comfy. Anna our host was very helpful and couldn't ask for more. If I'm coming to Verona again I will definitely stay at this place again

Fantastic place and host. Would highly recommend.

One of the best stays we have had. Wonderful location (old city but close to station) and rooms that were both historical and had every comfort. Anna, our host, was a delight and could not have been of more help (booking taxis, restaurants, suggesting tours). Lovely!

Amazing hosts. fabulous location. great apartment

this property is like nothing else you have stayed in. it’s a palace. it has tours going through it during the day do you are essentially staying in a museum. our kids mind was blown that he was staying in a real palace. Everything we needed was there and the beds was so firm- great if you have a bad back. location is central and everything can be reached in a very short walk. and the Best Buy is the most wonderful hosts. so efficient and do do friendly and helpful.

A beautiful apartment in a beautiful city.

The location was ideal - a short walk to the city centre. Our room had a lovely view of the castle. Anna - our host - was great. Clear communication, pleasant, and accommodating. Anna arranged for us to check-in early, and, called a taxi for us when we were checking-out.

We enjoyed our stay.

We had a great time and would love to stay in one of Anna's Appartments again :-)

Top Location, very close to the city center. Air condition in the Appartment was good. Many bars (for breakfast and wine in the evening), Restaurants and shops nearby. Coffee Machine (Nespresso) in the Appartment with provided tabs. Very clean. Garage spot provided for some extra money. Lovely and caring host.

Room was a bit small for 3 adults if you want to stay a bit in the room. We always went out for breakfast/dinner therefore it was ok for us.

Anna was a fantastic host, really attentive and helped us with local information on what to do, she organised a taxi for us to the airport and let us have a late check out which was appreciated. The room was great, spacious and clean. Close distance to Castlevecchio and the arena and other attractions.

Fantastic place! Immaculately clean, comfortable, and well thought out. Anna and her daughter were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The restaurant recommendations were fantastic. Shame we weren’t staying longer to try more.

The host was excellent, good communication. Very accomodating with check in and out.

My only slightly negative point is that the pictures are not completely representative of the apartment we stayed in. It was however ideal for our stay.

We had a wonderful stay and Anna went to great efforts to try and locate my suitcase which didnt arrive at the airport.

It was spacious and very comfortable. Lovely view and great situation. Very quiet, overlooking the river.

The apartment was lovely, it was very clean and there were nice little touches like the snacks and drinks. It was very quiet, no noise from outside at all but very close to everything. The building itself was very old and beautiful. Anna and her daughter were very nice and her daughter gave us some good ideas on where to visit. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family.
