About this villa rental
The property is an old family estate. A long-standing bread oven with ancestral vaulting stands in the center. The owners were very careful about preserving the character of this building during its renovation.
Little stone hallways with vaulting provide uncomparable style.
Beautiful walls made out of old stones adorn the rooms, providing a cozy and warm atmosphere as well as natural coolness in the summer, and heat in the winter
DOWNSTAIRS
Kitchen (20m²) opening onto the dining area and the living room with an American fridge, hot plate, oven and microwave. Cellar with washing machine, dryer and freezer.
Living room (40m²) with air conditionning, dining area, fireplace, TV with satellite channels, DVD, telephone to receive calls, Internet access, Ipod connections.
1 independent toilet with wash basin.
At garden level: 1 bedroom (25m²) with air conditionning, a queen size bed, and an adjoining washroom with toilet.
1 bedroom (25m²) with air conditionning, 2 single beds 80.
UPSTAIRS
1 bedroom (12m²) with air conditionning, 2 single beds and an adjoining washroom with toilet.
In an annex to the main building, upstairs, bedroom with 2 single beds and on the ground level, a shower room with a basin and toilet.
Nursery equipment: 1 high chair and one folding bed.
Security deposit: €1500; End-of-stay cleaning and linen are included; Sleeps: 8 people maximum. Pets not allowed.
Heated swimming pool on request: €300/week
Electricity according to low season consumption (from the 3rd week of September to the 2nd week of June inclusive).
Visitor's tax according to applicable rate, to be paid in addition to the rent.
Unfenced land of 4 hectares with electric gate. Very beautiful heated swimming pool on request with a supplement of €300/week (6x12, depth of 1m to 1,80m, in service from 1st of May to the end of October, using an electric rolling cover security system)
