About this house rental
Elevated and private, sitting on 5.8 acres, this 2,850sq ft. custom built home delivers high ceilings, designer finishes and multiple entertaining areas that open to the resort style yard with pool. This spectacular 180 degree views of Lake Chelan, Chelan Butte, Stormy Mountain, North Cascades as well as the valley floor including night time glistening waters of Lake Chelan.
This custom built home has 4 bedrooms, 5 beds, 2.5 baths and a kitchen bar that looks out onto the magnificent views of Lake Chelan. You can enjoy your coffee or meals sitting at the kitchen bar, or outside at the fire pit table, looking out over the lake, watching all the activities going on below. (Sleeps 8)
When it comes to eating, the kitchen is well stocked with spices, condiments and a variety of cookware to help prepare a fantastic meal, with modern appliances.
There is also a very nice dinning room table with 8 chairs off the kitchen for a nice family gathering indoors. Above that is a large living room with a TV for XBox games to play, or just sit and enjoy a good conversation.
Outside by the pool you will find a very nice fire pit table and BBQ, cooler/ice chest counter top roller cart to use for drinks, or what ever you want to keep cold. Hammock, pool loungers, patio couch and chairs w/ coffee table with umbrellas and a large box with pool toys.
In the garage you will find a pool table, ping pong table, foosball table and a card table with cards and chips for playing blackjack.
This property has plenty of parking and room for your boat.
There is a Casita on the property next to the main house that is not part of the rental. There is a caretaker that lives there with a dog with a fenced yard. You will need to respect their area/privacy, parking and keep your noise down. Your cars should be parked at the main house only.

This is easily the most well stocked VRBO I have ever stayed at. I can’t say enough about how well stocked the kitchen, bathrooms, rooms, etc. were. We had plenty of towels, pool towels, kitchen items like pots/pans/knives/spices, etc. and cleaning supplies (paper towel, garbage bags, dish tabs, soap, etc.)
The space was also great for our family. We really enjoyed the pool and appreciated the umbrellas for some extra shade. The view cannot be beat either. We would definitely recommend this home to friends looking in the future.

Our stay here was fantastic! The pool and views were amazing, and it was just a few minutes down to town/the grocery store. The house was very well stocked with towels, beach towels, pool floaties, pillows, paper supplies, and everything we needed to cook meals every day. The pool and ping pong table in the garage were a fun addition! It was great to have 2 separate living room/tv areas as we had toddlers, teens, and adults who all wanted to watch something different when we wanted to kick back. The master bedroom with private balcony and soaker tub with views of the lake was icing on the cake! Communication was very easy, as were instructions for the home. We highly recommend this beautiful home for your next Chelan getaway!

We had an amazing stay here (4adults and two 3-year old toddlers). The views from the pool of Lake Chelan were spectacular and we loved watching the little quail birds run around the yard every morning over coffee.
The house layout was perfect. With multiple living room spaces and large bedrooms we could easily hangout together or tuck the kiddos away for nap time without disrupting others.
House came stocked with pool toys and floaties the kids could use. Small step stools were also provided so kids could easily reach the bathroom sinks which was a nice touch. The ping pong table and foosball table in the garage also looked like fun that we’ll have to try out next time.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The house was large enough to accommodate 2 families, the kitchen was stocked with lots of basic supplies, the pool was fantastic and the view can’t be beat!

The house is set up great for small or large groups to enjoy the panoramic views of the lake and the valley. The well equipped house provides everything the guests would need for an enjoyable stay with a well equipped kitchen, ample gathering and sleeping areas and finally a wonderful pool. The proximity of the house provides a quiet location yet still very convenient to get to the activities in the area.

This property was beautiful and very accommodating! The view was spectacular and the amenities were great! The pool was wonderful and we spent the majority of our days pool side. We took turns with meals and the kitchen provided all the necessary dishes, utensils and serving ware. The space worked great for the many ages (from 9-68) of our party. We were all happy with our wonderful stay!

We really enjoyed this property for our annual trip to Chelan. The property was well stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Our grandson enjoyed the pool as we continue to teach him to swim. The property was very clean and Rachel, our host, was very accessible via text message to take care of all of our needs and questions. Great place!

Summer vacation
We loved our stay here!! The house is just as you see with lots of room and the pool was perfect for this stay considering it ended up being a major heat wave in the 100’s we will be back again later this summer for another stay! Highly recommend

Beautiful Oasis
We used this place for a family get-together, after not seeing each other for 1.5 years due to covid. The view was spectacular! It was very private, clean, very well decorated, and stocked with plenty of towels and other amenities. We spent most of our time lounging by the pool, enjoying the view, and visiting.
The local marina was only a few minutes away where we docked my mom's boat. A park with lake access was right next door so our big family was able to easily take turns on the boat. Very beautiful, would definitely recommend it.

This is truly an amazing property, the kind you read about in magazines and think you'd never get a chance to stay at. The property immediately catches your eye when you arrive, and you know this is going to be a special vacation. The house, in and of itself, is wonderful. The host did a great job and was very thoughtful in how they've decorated the home with beautiful furniture. Everything was in great shape, both inside and out. And there's tons of room for everyone you bring along, as well. But what really puts this property over the top is the pool and the view. Oh, the view ... it just takes your breath away. You're perched on a hill about 1000 feet above Lake Chelan with a 180+ degree view of the lake and surrounding hills. That alone makes this a truly magical property. We were able to relax out by the pool, and the kids had a blast and didn't want to leave. The host provided tons of pool towels, and there are lots of pool toys for the kids, and super nice pool furniture to relax and soak in the sun and the view. We turner the Casita into a Zoom Schoolhouse, to minimize distractions. Once school was done, our kids were either in the pool, or taking advantage of the Xbox with the Guitar Hero guitar - plus there are also lots of other Xbox games for you to play. This was the most $ we'd ever spent on a VRBO, and I can tell you it was worth every penny. We're already planning our next visit to this amazing property, and can't wait to get back there.

Great Chelan house!
Some friends and I stayed for a week to enjoy Chelan during covid. The house has a beautiful view and a nice pool! I recommend this place for a group!

Perfect get-away for a group of friends.
The property is top notch, well maintained and Has a pool and gorgeous views. This house and casita perched above the hustle and bustle of lake Chelan reminded us of renting a villa in Europe. Using the Casita provided us a place for Covid distancing. Communication with the manager was adequate. Our general rule is that we won’t rent a place if the fees exceed the advertised rate and this came close With steep cleaning etc etc but we bit the bullet for the Covid splurge and lucked out. We would recommend with the proviso that you understand the steep extra charges.

Beautiful view!
This house was well stocked in the kitchen and we loved having the pool and lake both in the same view. Highly reccomend staying here. We hope to come back again! Owner was very responsive.

Beautiful property with a stunning view!
We stayed at the property for a little less then a week in late August. The house is beautiful and has both a pool area for swimming and also a lawn area for littlest kids to play around on (completely fenced in which made it perfect for kiddos). The house offers plenty of space as well - there are full 6 bedrooms and each room has a either a queen or king bed.
The only somewhat negative thing was that the cleanliness of the house and the pool could definitely be much better. The pool was murky and had stuff floating in it - pool guys came out for no more than 15 minutes and we barely saw any difference after they finished cleaning. The house was also had some cleaning issues - some dishes were not washed well and we ended up rewashing a lot of them, the floors were sticky, and there were quite a bit of dust around. The garage area which has been turned into a game room, has not been cleaned in a very long time either. If the intent is for guests to spend time there, I think it should be cleaned the same way as the rest of the house.
I realize that the owner is not local so thought this feedback might be valuable as it might be time to switch cleaning crews.
Oh, and one last thing, it would be awesome if the house had more bath towels🙂
Overall, we had a wonderful time and would definitely return for another stay😊

Heaven on Earth
Spacious, beautiful, gracious, tasteful and well appointed, private and perfect to the last detail. This place isn't just a place; it's a haven between heaven and earth. The week was full of good food, games, recreation and laughter in a most facilitating place for every age. A marriage was restored and a difficult major life decision was determined. This mom/grammy's heart overflows with gratitude to God for a week out of time that put my family's world right again!

2020 family vacation
This house was perfect for our 3 families of 6 adults and 5 children. The Casita was great for the 2 littlest kids and their parents. During this covid time we mostly stayed at the house and used the pool. The house is well stocked with plenty of room, and Rachel was very responsive.

Gorgeous view, secluded property, still close to everything
Excellent vacation rental which provided a perfect five-day escape for the nine of us. We enjoyed swimming in the private heated pool right outside the back window with an unobstructed panoramic view of Lake Chelan. Close enough to town that we could pop down any time we wanted for food, mini-golf, Slidewaters, boat rentals, etc. Every bed room is well appointed and comfortable. The house is clean and well maintained. We'll return next year.
