A memorable place with everything you need

An exceptional place for rest and more. Very kind hosts Eleni and Giorgos who have created incredible conditions and feeling for their guests. The house and the apartment are also great in terms of furnishings and location. The beach and the sea are meters from the house and the feeling is unique. Hearing the waves constantly and seeing the sea even from the bed is a great feeling. The beach is calm and quiet with sea sand and the sea is clean and comfortable for swimming. People offer free umbrellas and deckchairs. congratulations to the hosts and the atmosphere you get. Our pet cocker spaniel also felt at home. We will definitely come back here, because that's exactly what we were looking for: silence, peace and proximity to the sea.

Location of the house and house itself is just extraordinary. Almost private beach just few steps from the house. And the most important - hospitality of Eleni and Jorgos - we felt like a home. Thank you very much.

A gem on the beach

A full floor appartment in private 3-level house with other floors inhabited by the owners. Fully furnished like a home. Each room has a balcony facing the sea, with the beach 20-30 steps beneath. Nice, caring land-lady who offered us a nice farewell gift on departure. Possibility to use a kayak.

Great location. Quiet and peaceful place to rest. Clean and very cozy, with a perfect view of the sea. The beach is a few steps away. The hosts are exceptional. We will definitely visit again.

Highly recommended place!

This is an amazing place for your vacation! So quiet, so beautiful and with an incredible view! The villa has everything you need to feel like home. The host, Eleni, is very kind, inteligent and helpful. Her husband, too. You just follow the stairs from the villa's yard and you are on the beach. The beach is private, is not accessible for people who don't stay in the villas around. It is very clean and the water is perfect. Eleni welcomed us with some sweets and she took care of our good stay. We will definitely come back. Thank you!!

Just a small note about the beds - they are low, with hard mattresses, so if you like to sleep on harder beds, you will feel comfortable.

great view, there is a small beach just below the house, very close to Kavala, the apartment is equipped with everything you might need apart from microwave, very nice host, welcome us with cookies and fruit liqueur

Wonderful house and home-owner

The clean, comfortable and well-organised house is right at the private beach. The home-owner Eleni was more than welcoming and she made sure that we don't lack anything at all times. The surroundings of the house were green and the view from all the windows was simply breathtaking. Furthermore, our cane corso was able to enjoy a nice vacation aswell! My family and I would definitely recommend to anyone considering visiting the region to book Everlasting sea!

Lacking/slow mobile connectivity/internet in this part of the country. However, you easily forget to look at your phone for the whole day when you have the amazing sea view in front of you!

We had a lovely stay, me, my husband an 1 yo son. The house is amazing, close to the beach, great view from the rooms and terraces. It was very clean and comfortable. Our host was very kind and offered a lot of information about places to go and eat. The location had a cot and baby tub, which was helpful. The beach is quiet, not crowded, with clear water and very fine small pebbles.

The house is near the beach and sea. You have umbrellas and chairs to the beach, canoe to swim with. Everything was perfect. It was very quiet at nigh and you hear only the sea.

Amazing place, tranquil and beautiful. The fact that the house is on the first line of the sea gives incredible opportunity to be near the sea all the time, even at night you hear it's peaceful sounds. We liked the sea near the house really much: the sand is actually very small fractions of stones, so it does not make water muddy, that's why the water is transparent. We enjoyed swimming, snorkeling and kayking, our children had a blast, even moody 14 y.o. :) Very helpful and friendly hosts. The apartment is beautiful and spacious, it was initially made for the family and you can feel it. Thank you, Eleni, again for your hospitality, we hope that we will see you again next year! ❤
