Perfekte Lage!

Wundervolles, stylisches und liebevoll eingerichtetes Hotel direkt in der Altstadt gelegen. Die Hauptflaniermeile mit Restaurants, Shops und Street Food ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt und hier herrscht buntes Treiben. Das Hotel dagegen ist total ruhig gelegen und man kann super auf der Veranda vorm Hotel entspannen und auf den Kanal schauen. Außerdem kann man von hier aus gut die Altstadt erkunden und zu den Gärten laufen. Das Personal war sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit und das Zimmer sehr gemütlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt :)

Für uns war alles perfekt, für einen längeren Aufenthalt mit 2 Personen und Koffer würden wir ein größeres Zimmer empfehlen.

Great location in historic part of Souzhou. Bedrooms very nicely furnished, and very clean. Quiet at night. Staff very helpful- nothing was too much trouble for them

初一入住的，正好有空房，大约11.30左右进房间，说是看我们有小朋友，让我们空调开着，晚上就不会冷了，结果晚上8点多到房间，房内温度还是偏冷，空调设置的31度。。。完全感觉不到，还和我们说，现在室外很冷，房内不冷。家里空调25度，开一会就会很热了。。。后来说开地暖，但是地上根本就是一直冷的，最后送来2暖风机！卫生间也冷，没有暖风，不适合冬天来住

Great location and super friendly staff!

The location is great, as the hotel is right in the old part of the city in one of the narrow alleys along a canal. It's great for exploring the city's historical centre on foot. The staff are super friendly, and I liked the layout of the room.

My room could have done with some redecorating. The wallpaper was peeling and had rubbed off in a number of places, which made the décor look quite sad. Only one of the shower heads worked, and the shower fitting had come away from the wall. The fancy toilet didn't work. This hotel would be great with some redecoration.

环境幽雅，房间整洁，设备齐全，老板亲切可爱，员工服务周到，细致入微，热情感人，尤其是潘粒女士，更是远接近迎，冒着暴雨送别我们，深受感动。我曾在世界五大洲旅行过，在这里找到了家的感觉。谢谢你，玉雪草堂！

A nice stay in the heart of the pedestrian zone

Perfect location for this Chinese hotel, in the heart of the pedestrian zone. The staff answered to all our requests, making a good 3 nights stay

Poor breakfast but you can have it outside, not far from the hotel.

Exceptional

One of the best places to stay in Suzhou! Everything was perfect. It is a very comfortable, nice and clean place for a good price. next to the famous street and a river so you can walk. Also in the hotel there is a beautiful garder on the second floor. Good for relaxing and drinking tea.

Great location, Comfortable Room

The owner spoke English well, the location is excellent for visiting Pinjiang Rd and the train station. Easy to get around to visit the canal. Bed was comfortable, room clean, shower nice.

There's nothing in particular I didn't like. The TV, like most Chinese hotels, only has subscription channels so you need an account to watch things. I couldn't find actual TV channels, but it's not a big deal. You're there to see the sights.

Quiet and peaceful area. Style of the room is a bit like Japanese. The room is cozy and comfortable.

Charming and quiet place in perfect location!

The property is located just next to the Pingjiang road, but remains very calm. The room was very comfortable (especially for a family with kids) and the staff adorable and responsive for every request (from a phone charger to a breakfast served in the room)!

For weekend stay in Suzhou, this place was just perfect!

Great location, lovely and informative hosts in an intimate and comfortable setting.

Location is superb, just two minutes' stroll along a canal to the amazing Pingjiang Street, the main shopping and sightseeing part of Old Suzhou.

Meh.

Location and decor where perfect. The actual bed itself was comfortable. If you need a place to only sleep for the night you've found it.

It was a comfortable sleep. That was all. Things from the guests previously staying in our room had not been taken out. Though the bed looked made, it did not look like full clean sheets. Though I paid for the first room we were taken to the lock was broken, and though yes that meant we ended up with a nicer room, our breakfast was also forgotten, much less they didn't seem to have the ability to even make breakfast, much less again, they seemed to have nowhere to eat one had they been able to make one. Don't get me wrong the people we interacted with were of a lovely nature however finding them was in itself a feat as often there was no one there. On discovering there was no hot water for the showers for instance, no staff member could be found to tell.
