Not very good experience. Did not take any photos

It was ok

I didn’t like the fact that when we got there the air conditioner was not on and it was very hot there so we had to turn it on and leave to get something to eat and let the place cool down. The place needed spider webs knocked down, replace blinds became they are bent. Stove dirty. We booked for 3 of us and my sister slept on the fold out couch and they left no sheets for her and only left us 2 sets of towels. Thank goodness we brought our own. It was not a very pleasant experience for us.

Disappointing

Needs maintenance on most items except appliances. Furniture and bed are uncomfortable. TV is small and streaming only. A/C is very noisy.

Beautiful place to stay to get relaxation

I liked everything 😁 I even made a new friend named Ron a very sweet man who lives there. I plan on staying again when I visit clearlake . I most definitely will recommend this place to friends and family.

The only thing I didn't like was having to check out and go back home I really enjoyed my stay . It was so quiet and peaceful.

Don't COME HERE, ITS VERY DISCIVING THE AD FOR THIS PLACE LIARS!

It was VERY BAD THE PLACE LOOKS LIKE THE GETTO ALL THE BLINDS BROKEN THE COUCH DUSTY AND BADLY stained NO DECK FURNITURE 3 RUSTY FOLDIND CHAIRS COB WEBS IN WINDOWS AND BEDROOM CLOSET THE SHOWER WAS PRETTY MUCH BROKEN I NO WATER PRESSURE I couldn't WASH MY HAIR JUST ALL AROUND DONT COME HERE NO WATER TO SWIM ANYWERE JUST BAD

I DIDN'T LIKE ANYTHING, EVERTHING IS OLD AND DIRTY, WE LEFT A DAY EARLY.THE LAKE IS JUST BAD NO WERE TO SWIM

Love area . beautiful sunset,great price ,clean well taken care of.

California is in a drought, so not a lot of water . The lake had algae smell that was disgusting.

The town of Clearlake is run down so this place fits rite in.

Peaceful. Full kitchen and dishwasher. The host Ron was nice and helpful. He was able to provide parking for my boat.

The TV is terrible almost unwatchable. The amount of spider webs on the porch and balcony. Kind of creepy.

Beautiful but also unsettling with the neighbor

This place is beautiful! Apt is small and cozy perfect for a couple trying g to get some peace and quiet!! Amazing view!!

Ron. The downstairs neighbor if not for him I would 100% stay here for a week or longer. He was nice but super creepy. Would watch us on the deck follow us out and try to talk to us. Just a lonely old man but honestly in a super creepy way!!!! He even complained about the bathroom fan being on was too loud. If not for him this would be somewhere I book all the time

I slept more than ever, a place in which you can check out of life and actually relax. Just be.

I liked the bed as it was super super soft but my spouse did not indicating way too soft. The apartment was clean, no insects, thank goodness for the air conditioning and fans. I felt it was great having dishes and ample towels to wash and dry. The appliances worked well and shower is small but hot water helped after a long drive. The water was the highlight, waking up and seeing the lake - just relaxing as there was absolutely nothing to do. The individuals were we stayed were nice.

The WiFi could be stronger, there were interruptions but it did work. The sofa is very worn, it appears to be dirty (stains) pillows are run down and no security when sitting down (we put our bed pillows on the sofa to make things ok for us). I think having a sofa is significant in this apartment (would be an awesome investment). The upkeep of the property is not good (the pier is such a lovely additive for pictures only though - to walk out on it and I was very excited about that part (is not wise as it is at your own risk which is understandable but I mean it is a big risk taking a walk on it. I was let down by that it should state since it seems as if it is a part of the stay, it looks very unsafe. The balcony to the apartment moved somewhat, it felt risky as well but we took chairs out but I was nervous as the wood did not seem stable (we made a point to sit still as I wanted to enjoy the outside and view best I could. The stairs to get up and down from apartment felt unstable, I was nervous when walking up and down, I felt as if the wood might give. There was a significant stench when arriving, I was not sure if something had died but felt sick for a little bit but after that evening it got better and periodically I would smell it again but not as much - possibly the algae??? The patio was a good additive but it needed some upkeep (more modern and updated) We did not sit in the patio as it just seemed run down. I was sadden by our food /dinning experience pizza place had awesome pictures but horribly prepared and after that I ate frozen meals but no other fast food or outside dinning. There are no activities at all (no theater, bowling alley, bars, music or restaurants) that I wanted to visit at least. Went to Walmart/Safeway Market and was happy to have some activity.

Nice view of lake, property not so nice. Probably would not recommend to a friend etc.

The view was by far was the best part.

The property is old and unkept. Didn’t get a ‘safe’ feel…
