I came home sick and restless from the odors, noises, & no ventilation.

Staff was friendly and welcoming.

It has a really bad Odor. The hallways smells like urine, smoke, and dogs. The rooms had no ventilation causing it to be stuffy and difficulty breathing and sleeping. The walls are entirely too thin, you could hear the neighbors as if they are in the same room as you. Dogs were barking all night the on the last night I stayed. The staff is super friendly and welcoming but never again.

It was clean and had complimentary breakfast. Close to Chinatown. Decent price.

Housekeeping didn’t make the bed or change the bed sheets. Front desk said they would do that every third day? Never heard of that before. I even asked if I could request to have the sheets changed and bed made but got same answer. The mini fridge wasn’t that cold. And the AC was kind of iffy.

Management was Honest and Super Nice

Reasonable price, comfortable and clean. However, I was charged twice, once by Booking.com and then by the hotel because I made reservations after midnight and they couldn't see the Booking.com payment until later that morning. However. the manager had the refund receipt waiting for me when I checked out. Apologized. explained why the front desk clerk couldn't see the Booking.com reservations because it was after midnight.

Pretty far away from Bush IAH Airport. I asked how far away the hotel was from the airport, and the front desk guy said 13 miles. In actuality it was 36 miles away. My cab cost $125.00 as much as the hotel room.

La comodidad de las camas era exelente, la habitación en general era bonita con mini refrigerador, cafetera y cafe. La ubicación está muy bien hay una tienda de conveniencia a la par para comprar lo que necesites

No limpian, ni arreglan las habitaciones cada día solo cambian el papel de baño y toallas

The A/C made a lot of noise. Thr toilet paper was used and there was no an extra roll. Only one bar of soap.

Will recommend Sleep Inn and Suites to friends and family and I am definitely staying here again next time I am in Houst

The whole check in and check out process was super easy and the two gentlemen in the front were very nice. They are pet friendly and the hotel was exceptionally clean!

Smell like cigarettes

Staffs are friendly

The hotel room smells cigarettes which come through the ventilation in the bathroom. Bed cover is dirty , blanket smell like cigarettes. The toilet flapper doesn't hold the water make it hard to flush. The room door is dirty and greasy, breakfast finished early than 9am

We will definitely not be returning to this hotel ever again.

The sound insulation was terrible as we could easily hear the conversations of our neighbors. My husband was awoken at 2 am by the conversations in the hallway. The breakfast options were not the same as pictured, and it felt like we were eating leftovers. I also witnessed a boy peeing outdoors against the hotel emergency door when going upstairs by the stairway since the elevator was broken. I fully understand that the management had no control of the boy's unruly behavior.

Disappointing

This hotel used to be so nice and clean but this time Smelled like cigaret while they say they are smoke free. i had to change my room and get another one to get rid of the smell. the elevator was down and i had to climb up the stairs to get to the 4th floor with a suitcase and a little baby. breakfast wasn't good. Didn't worth the money.

Disappointing

I like the location

The staff😞! I was arriving with a large group of people(booked three rooms) and at the last minute I was told that my reservations were canceled due to insufficient funds. However, I told them that I was adding the amount needed. Later they told me that they have to cancel my rooms. I checked my account and noticed that they charged my card anyway for one room. I asked to speak to someone else. They told me "No"! In a very rude voice tone, I was told don't worry we will refund you!
