Excellent stay

Bog spacious room. Comfortable, lots of surfaces, clean. Good breakfast. Good parking.

Nothing I didn't like. Quiet nice one night stay. Convenient and pleasant.

Everyone & everything was great

Had some trouble with TV ..wrong time always so programming off on guide ..not big deal for us but mentioned to front desk so they knew ..sent person to fix & that’s where issue came ..there for 1.5 hrs until I said just put back to how was ..couldn’t ..really frustrating at that point ..finally new TV brought in & I could do my work call (that I had to set off)

only complaint I have is I was getting off the elevator in the morning and 2 large dogs rushed in as the doors opened and I almost fell over. I love my dogs but I get a sitter for them so I’m not infringing on anyone else’s rights as a guest. The owner of the dogs didn’t apologize and got in the elevator before I could exit. When I shook my head at her she only said to her dogs “it’s ok babies SOME people just don’t like dogs” this is not true but what I don’t like is being crowded or made to feel uncomfortable when I’m in public at a hotel minding my own business. My suggestion is not to allow dogs in your hotels. It would make your customers more comfortable to not have to deal with situations like I did. from now on I will investigate more deeply for hotels that don’t allow pets. little dogs are one thing but big dogs???….the behavior of the owner was just out right rude.

Rooms are good size always clean staff are nice!

I have stayed at this location twice and the first time our bed was extremely comfortable this time the bed was not both my husband and i were sore when we woke up. Other than that the only other thing is the doors slam extremely loud if you forget to slowly let them close.

The property was fine. The breakfast was OK, though major props for having iced coffee!

Unfortunately, the building is noisy. The doors slammed in the hallways and the sound of people walking above us was pretty loud.

room had several things that were broken. Temperature was set to 80 degrees on arrival.

In general, Provo is not a tourist-ready city.

The room was large

They put us in a room with a king bed and a pull out sofa. That is not what I reserved. The staff refused to change our room. In addition, I asked a staff member if it would be a problem to get a taxi early in the morning. She said that it was not but it was a problem and I was very stressed that we would miss our flight.

The Best Option In Provo

Staying in Provo can sometimes be such a disappointment with the hotel choices. The new Residence Inn South is just the cure. The suites are spacious and beds are comfortable. The bathroom is also roomy with lots of light. The kitchen area has everything you need. The location has lots of restaurants and places to walk to. I can’t rave enough about this place!

Since it is off University, there is some traffic noise.

I loved how the room looked and it had plenty of space. Loved how it had a mini kitchen with everything you need.

I really didn't like the breakfast. It did had different options to choose, but the taste of it wasn't my favorite

Disappointing

Hotel was nice.

We could here all passing traffic. Thought we were next to a race track due to all be motorists revving their vehicles as loud as they can/motorcyclists were the worst. Woke us up several times throughout the night. Disappointed also that there was only a shower, no tub.

stayed in many hotels. this one is By far one of the nicest.

they have really nice studio rooms, equipped with everything you need. Everything was super clean and the bed was amazingly comfortable.

only wish that there was a outdoor pool but the indoor pool is enjoyable too
