Just what we needed for a weekend away in Llandudno

The location was great close to promenade, shops and restaurants. The host went out of her way to accommodate parking for my husbands moterbike. The bed was very comfortable, the shower powerful. Excellent choice at breakfast. Overall a very pleasant stay

A real gem

What a gem. We were greeted by Carol who showed us to our room. Presented us with homemade banana chocolate cake.... Absolutely delicious The room was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was delicious. The full English breakfast filled us up for the day. The 2nd day I had scrambled eggs and smoked salmon. The final day I tried the breakfast knickerbocker omg..... I could eat it every day. Carol & Danny are both very pleasant people. Danny even offered to carry my case to the car when were leaving. We even managed to get parked very close by. The next time we are in Llandudno this will be our place to stay.

Nothing not to like. Everything was perfect.

This will definitely be our first choice for future stays in Llandudno.

A comfortable room in an excellent location for the town and bays. Fantastic breakfast and great hosts, who were very friendly and helpful.

The hospitality of the owner Carol,She welcome us with a smile and offered us a very delicious scones on our arrival.Our room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable, the place was very quiet yet very close to Llndudno's top attractions, restaurants and promenade. Thanks a million Carol for the comfortable stay in your beautiful guest house. I will not hesitate to stay here again in the future. God bless you abundantly!

Lovely stay

Carol is a lovely host -welcoming, friendly, helpful and goes the extra mile including giving me a welcome cake. The breakfast was exceptional with generous portions and a unique porridge that was delicious. I liked the decor, the bed was very comfy, temperature good as well as cleaned to a good standard. The location is central but quiet. Overall a great, enjoyable stay.

Great little guest house with amazing hosts!

Carol and Danny were excellent hosts. Friendly welcoming and very helpful. It was my partners birthday and they surprised him by leaving a birthday balloon and box of chocolates in the room, which was extremely thoughtful and kind. Room was well presented and comfortable. Spotlessly clean. Breakfast was delicious and excellent menu choice. Great location - close to restaurants bars shops and sea front. Excellent value for money - we’d have happily paid more to stay there!!

Excellent

We had a wonderful stay here. Carole was the perfect host and her attention to detail is amazing, even down to the butter curled at each table. The room was spacious enough, well planned out with adequate hanging space and clean. I loved that there was lots of milk for tea and coffees including a flask of cold milk each day. The breakfast was huge and well cooked with much variety. The home made cakes as a complimentary treat on arrival were delicious. I would recommend this lovely little gem of a B&B to anyone.

My only criticism if there has to be any is that the shower cubicle was small. I got around it by lowering the shower head in order to move about. The bed was very comfortable but not a full size I think as both our feet were on the edge of the bed. These are minor issues and did not detract from a lovely stay.

I don’t have enough space. To say how fabulous our stay was. Food 10/10 salmon and scrambled eggs 😋room spotless. Homemade cake for the afternoon fabulous.bedroom no 6 stunningly decorated. 5 star all round x

A much needed, restful, peaceful, perfect place to stay.

My stay at Audley was perfect! From the front gate to my room and everywhere in between was just perfect. Carol was a lovely host, welcoming and helpful. The breakfasts and the choices were amazing! Audley's location is perfect too. Tucked down a lovely, quiet, picturesque side street but literally just 2 mins walk from the beach. I travelled by train and Audley is a very easy, flat 10 mins walk from the train station. I loved my stay and will definitely return!

It felt a home away from home. a very warm welcome & stay.

I really liked the location of property in addition to the extremely friendly/ comfortable stay. I was fortunate to get the parking on street. This property is in the heart of town.

Had a perfect short break in the heart of beautiful Llandudno. I highly recommend Audley Guest House

I loved every single thing!! Carol especially is super friendly, she truly makes her guests feel genuinely welcome! The breakfast was exceptional, I had the vegan and gluten free options. All super delicious and big portions as well. Carol made sure there was plenty of soya milk in my room for my coffees and teas, plus she left vegan and gluten free treats for me on the coffee table, honestly I felt spoiled ^_^ The room was nicely warm and spotless, double bedded with private bathroom. Bathroom was spotless too!

Really I can't find any negative aspect to be honest, I'm certainly planning to come back asap, hopefully for a longer visit next time, as I've only stayed for New Year's Eve and New Year's Day.

if we are able to visit llandudno again audley house would be our destination

everything went well the room was clean & comfortable the breakfast had a variety of very fine food the hosts carol & danny were very welcoming carol left us delicious cake & scones in our room talk about being spoilt i dont think we ever saw her without a smile on her face

very good, would stay again for sure.

Given the choice of room on arrival which was nice. Lady was very pleasant and remembered our names throughout our stay. Bed was comfy and room was very clean and well organised, everything had matched within the room and looked well presented.

Nothing really. Didn’t have a very good view, wire faced onto an alley way - although the guest house wasn’t on the front so it is expected that the view isn’t going to be as good as you would like it.

Carol could not do enough for you - the breakfast was excellent and cooked to my particular liking each day - homemade cake in the room on arrival was a lovely touch

having to rack my brain but maybe that we didn’t have a great view from the window is the only picky thing I can find

Quaint B&B with friendly service

Hotel owners were so friendly and welcoming to me. They offered exploration recommendations and the homemade breakfast and cake snack was delicious. Easy 5 minute walk to the center of town for dining and beachfront walks.
