Groupe de 3 à moto. Nous avons bénéficié d'un très bon accueil avec une certaine flexibilité qui était appréciable. Le petit déjeuner était très bon et nous remercions vivement notre hôte.

We were running very late but the staff stayed up late so we could check in comfortably and then they made breakfast at the exact time we needed.
Cute bed and breakfast with lovely staff.
Shower was fab too!

The property was clean
Too expensive for a B&B with no spa facilities on offer

The cooked breakfast was great. We ordered the night before and it was freshly cooked on arrival. There was an option to eat in our room or in the breakfast room.
Finding the hotel was difficult as it was dark and the sign outside was not visible. Apparently it had blown down recently and would be replaced.

Excellent communication & hosts we’re very helpful.

Location was great , ample parking and pleasant greeting on arrival . Walking distance from town centre and amenities
Room was small and there was a lack of storage for clothing and luggage . Bathroom was a decent size but lacked any hooks to hang towels etc . Shower cubicle had mould around base !!
Towels supplied had been poorly dried and smelt awful . Bedding and pillows looked like they had been screwed up in a cupboard for a year before use , but did smell clean !!
Breakfast was paid for and ordered but we failed to get any. As place was deserted in the morning with no staff to tell us what was happening !!
We did receive a refund for this !!
In general the whole place looked tired and worn out !!

The bed was comfortable and the shower was good
I liked rhe iphone chatging points in rhe room
The darkness on arrival.
We were told there was a notice on the door - we couldnt see the door or the notice in the dark . We worked out where we were to sleep as twio bedroom dors were left open.
I didnt like the cracked sink in the bathroom and the damaged lino on rhe bathroom floor wasnt good.
I didnt like the limited tv channels on the tv. No s4c - thus should be basic in a b and b in wale!s!!
There was no teaspoon to stir the tea in the room.
The breakfast was ok but the toast was cold and the coffee was cold. We were tokd to help ourselves to drinks but weren’t told to help ourselves to cereals . Just as well as the hot breakfast was served immediately and i would n’t have had time to eat the cereal. We were not asked if everything was ok with our stay or with the breakfadt but we were told as plates were being cleared to leave the key in the door.
Didn’t feel our custom was appreciated,

The welcome, how you are looked after. It is in a perfect place for us visiting the Mach Loop.
Only a 15 minute walk into the town which means you can easily access food and drinking hostelries.
Parking is ample
The breakfasts are really good and fill you up for the day.
Shower is really powerful so are able to unwind the day out of you.
Nothing, it is all great.

Very peaceful location and friendly helpful staff. Room was super comfy and lots of nice touches - e.g, bath bubbles provided. I didn't have breakfast as I was leaving very early for a race so can't comment on that.
Some signage when you arrive to point you to which door to go to.

Location, parking, lovely dogs. Easy walk to town.
Not really a spa b&b, more of a motel? Basic accommodation. Being overhauled, but still quite tired. Bathroom a bit grubby. Cold unfinished room for breakfast.

Lovely surroundings. Traditional, older decor which we loved. Breakfast was amazing and we asked for half the amount offered. Huge breakfast.

The room was clean, towels fluffy, bed comfortable.
Problem with heating so it was very cold but staff rectified quickly. It was very dated and not cosy. breakfast wasnt the best, felt like it was from a roadside cafe

A great location, just a 10 minute walk into the centre.
Really lovely hosts and a superb breakfast. Basic room with good beds.
Bathroom not brilliant. Could do with modernising including the shower.

Take no notice of the photo of the large house. you stay in a cramped & down at heel small annexe building which’s updating.
I did not like anything about the property at all
It was very tired, small room, uncomfortable beds, pillow was so uncomfortable, shower fell off the wall, breakfast was served on a tray to your room & you have a cramped table to sit at.

Firstly I should point out that this was the cheapest place I could find to stay in the area and bearing that in mind if contemporary decor and top drawer fit and finish matter to you then maybe this isn't the place for you. For me and both of the friends I went with we appreciated the friendly host, the comfortable beds, the excellent breakfast and the fact that each of our three rooms had a bath. The weather had turned a bit colder - it was late September - and we asked if the heating could be turned on and it was which was much appreciated given the sky high cost of doing so at the time of writing. There is a helpful booklet in each room detailing local walks, shops and restaurants, an outdoor seating area and the location was excellent as a base for touring Snowdonia. We wouldn't hesitate to go back.
We had no complaints.

Very friendly, helpful hosts. Good spacious triple room (there were two of us) with good sized ensuite with bath and shower. Plenty of useful storage. Good wifi.
Just over half a mile from town centre. Handy location for the bike parks. Would definitely stay here again.
PS If you like pizza, try the Stag Inn in town, it had very tasy wood fired pizzas, and a log burner on the go.
Nothing to do with the b&b, but the Beast and Mbr trails at Coed y Brenin are lethal in the wet with xc tyres! Defo change to some decent Maxis or similar before you go.
PS The b&bs bike storage is not lockable - so bring a good lock or leave the bikes in your car / van.
