Modern luxury top floor apartment situated directly on the award winning Marina de Lagos boasting outstanding views across the harbour to the historic old town of Lagos beyond. Spacious open plan lounge/diner with patio doors down two sides leading to front Marina view and side balconies. Fully equipped open plan modern kitchen with patio doors leading out to side balcony overlooking open grassed area with palm trees. Sky Tv and access to our private Internet / WIFI connection. Loved the view ,drinks on the balcony in the evening were fav moments . Beds need a mattress on top of box springs , needs a deep clean ,shower worked great , very airy apartment . stairs were a challenge but we did it lol

We had a wonderful stay at Nicola’s apartment in Lagos.
The top floor apartment is in an excellent location overlooking the marina with lots of restaurants nearby.
Train station is 10 min walk and bus station and Old Town
15-20 min walk. Communication with Nicola and Emma (her representative in Lagos) was excellent.
Would definitely stay here again.

We were met with the lovely Emma who as so helpful and had already left some basics along with a great bottle of wine which was just a brilliant welcome
The view from the property is amazing with a wrap around balcony so can chill either in our out of the sun
The bedrooms were lovely plenty of storage space and again a small balcony one each one should you want some space
The property is right on the marina with plenty of bars and restaurants and we even had access to the Club Marina pool which was large and not too busy,also lunch there was brilliant I recommend the shrimp tacos
Although you are near the bars there is no noise beautifully quiet area
Short walk over the bridge and you are in the town with lots of different options for lunch ,brunch and dinner and plenty of local bars even in October the town was lively with some lovely shops to browse
Recommend for brunch a place behind the cinema called Goji amazing food and friendly staff also the garden and Mullens who have amazing peri peri ,just before the brisge there are some street food places Pearl is amazing fresh oysters ,small plates and nice wine !
Only thing as a warning in the property is no lift it wasn’t a problem at all for us especially when you have the view but just in case you are travelling with elderly relatives (our average ages are 60 lol )

The location and the amenities were great. Close to restaurants, bars, shops and activities. We were greeted by Emma who made sure we had all the relevant information, which was very helpful. Wifi was spotty and carrying bags up to the 4th floor was a chore, but if you at ok with those 2 minor items, this place is for you.

Wow.
This apartment was just amazing, the views from the balcony were spectacular and honestly it exceeded my expectations.
The apartment is located a stone’s throw away from the marina with bars and restaurants on your doorstep and a supermarket 5 minutes away. Even though you are so close to the Marina it was very quiet and peaceful.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and was perfect for what we needed with 2 teenagers. There was also use of the pool in the hotel complex next door which was just a few hundred meters away.
I honestly couldn’t recommend this apartment enough and would definitely book again.

Wonderful apartment. Loved the large balcony with a table for six. The Marina is quiet at night. Beaches aren't super close but are still within walking distance. Would recommend!

Fantastic location with outstanding views. Well equipped clean modern top floor apartment with many thoughtful little extras. Great access to local bars and restaurants with Lagos centre and great beaches only a short and pleasant walk away.
With an additional bonus of access to the nearby hotel facilities.

Had the most amazing stay with my husband and two young children in August. Apartment had everything you could possibly want. Apartment pool is fab and restaurant has great food, no need to leave the sunbed during the day.
Only fault was there was no lift, this may not suit older people or people with a disability. Overall had a lovely family holiday. Thanks Nicola

Overall a great location, close to town walking distance to nice
restaurants, access to pool area at marina club great view with
large balcony verandah , only thing we have a complaint about
are the beds very thin mattresses most uncomfortable and too
low almost on the floor, which makes it hard to get up when you
are a senior without assistance, also no T.V. Which was unusual,
Also lots of stairs to climb no elevator. Other than that we would
recommend this apartment, great view of marina.

A lovely apartment in a great location. Very helpful contact with owner and manager. We were left some goodies as our daughter was celebrating a birthday. Wrap around balcony. About 10 min walk into the old town. Lovely use of pool. Recommend visiting local beaches, really good water sports. We used Uber to get to the beaches, easy and reliable. Also recommend kayaking trips from the marina.

The beautiful Algarve
Our time in Nicola's Agarve Apartment was lovely. It couldn't be located in a better place - directly on the marina with a beautiful water view, within easy walking distance to many amazing restaurants, steps away from the train station, 10 minutes to the bus station and old town. Nicola was very approachable and easy to contact; her contact in the Algarve (Emma) was lovely to work with and very responsive. We had an issue with the AC/heat that was addressed immediately. Highly recommend this apartment.

Amazing Location, balcony & views - Great Apartment !
We stayed here for a 9 day break and thought the apartment was perfect. The location was amazing - you could not pick a better spot - probably the best on the marina. I say that because you have the views of the whole marina, plus the front of Lagos, without the noise. You have a short walk to the cafe's and bars of the marina, but they aren't in your face. The balcony is prefect - it has the sun ALL day - you can sit out at 7am and have breakfast, and then sit out at 7pm and have a drink and see the boats come in and the sun go down. The side balcony is big enough to eat on, and also sunbath on, and is totally private too! The apartment is well equipped with all you need, and is nice and modern. It is a top floor apartment (3rd floor) so you do have to climb the stairs, but it is worth it as you get brilliant views of the marina as I say. The wifi is great and fast. Has aircon, but we never used it as it has shutters, so we just had the windows open, and a nice breeze through the whole time, even in 30'c.
All in all, this is a great apartment, at a decent price, and a fantastic location.
Nicola was great to deal with and sent us tonnes of information and useful facts, and everything went smoothly.
Thanks again for all your help and we will be back (hopefully very soon!!!)..

This apartment is spacious and airy. Fabulous decks, easy walk to Old Town. Great ‘Welcome’ supplies and easy contact with host. Would recommend this apartment for your stay in Lagos.

Son’s wedding
Had a fantastic 4 days staying at this stunning apartment directly overlooking the marina and within easy walking distance of the beach and the old town, my only issue was the 3rd floor apartment had no lift and having had recent knee surgery found it a little difficult at times especially with bags. But this did’t take away from the fantastic time we had celebrating our Sons wedding in Espiche

Excellent location to explore the Algarve
The apartment is very bright being a corner unit with lovely views across the harbour to the old city. Easy walking access to the old town and to beaches. Its location also offers convenient access to the motorway to explore other locations in the Algarve. When coming by car, place the Marina de Lagos into the GPS search as the address in the listing is a description of the building within the complex. Park in the Marina parking lot and building is nearby. Both the owner, Nicola, and Emma, the local host, are very accessible and responsive.

A great apartment with the most amazing view overlooking the marina. Huge balcony - so nice to sit out & enjoy a glass of wine.
Very conveniently located - easy, safe walk to restaurants/bars. Free parking around the corner. Both Nicola & Emma were very responsive. I would recommend this apartment as a base while staying in Lagos/Algarve.

Best views of the Marina
Fabulous position on the Marina, beautiful views, everything close by, all within a five minute walk, my second time in this apartment, so good I have booked a third, air con in all rooms, full British TV, everything you could want in a holiday, and Nicola is just a phone call away if there are any problems, there may be more modern apartments on the Marina but this one is in a top position with two balconies facing South and East, therefore getting the sun all day, only downside no lift, but the exercise is good for you!

Lagos Marina with friends
We had a lovely stay in this apartment, the weather could have been better but it was April. when the sun did shine we always managed to find an area on the balcony to sit out.
Its the perfect balcony to catch the sun all day and watch the boats over the Marina.
The apartment was very comfortable, the wifi was good which is a bonus and the TV had lots of English channels although we did not use it much. We did notice the lack of a dinning table and oven but the nights that were warm so we improvised and sat outside and used the patio table.
The patio chairs are tired and could do with being replaced.
The beds are very comfy but low to get out of.
We were welcomed by Emma which went fine and she presented us with food pack to keep us going until we got the supermarket which is just round the corner, perfect!
There is shower gels, soap and toilet rolls provided with is a bonus too.
This is our 2nd time to the area and we would book this apartment again even though the rent is more than similar apartments in the area.

Perfect Location, wonderful views, sunny balcony
Been to Lagos before so knew that the area was fabulous, this is the third property that we have stopped in and it didn't disappoint. So much so that we have booked again for next year. Only two of us so plenty of room in this two bed apartment, light, airy and all of the amenities that make a holiday just that bit more enjoyable. There was a heat wave whilst we were there, however the air con worked perfectly. The TV had all of the British programmes plus catch up, quite nice when you get back after a nice meal out to relax and watch your favourite programmes, lots of places to eat and some extremely reasonable. The view from the balcony over the Marina is the best feature of all though, and if the only downside are the steps up to the apartment (no lift available), it is worth the climb to see. Supermarket is literally around the corner, the town is five minutes walk away and restaurants are right on your doorstep, yes it has the lot!

Lovely apartment with fabulous views !
My husband and I have stayed in several apartments on the marina, and this is certainly the best one by far. It's very spacious and bright with fantastic views.
We were met by Emma, who showed us round and gave us a welcome pack containing the essentials of bread, butter, milk etc., and even a bottle of wine ;).
We were apprehensive about wifi as the marina hotspot is terrible, but the owner has recently installed fibre optic, resulting in a better signal than we get at home !
There is also UK tv giving BBC and ITV, which was an unexpected bonus.
The veranda runs along both sides of the apartment, ensuring that you can find a spot in the sun from breakfast time until evening.
All in all, this place is a gem, and we very much look forward to staying again !

Fantastic location in the marina with a fantastic view.
The condo was equipped with everything you could possibly need for a vacation. It was close to the supermarket and an easy walk to the old town for shopping and dining. We really appreciated the binder with all the suggestions and local knowledge for exploring the area. The best part was the huge balcony overlooking the yachts! We would definitely stay again!
