About this house rental

1 mile to Siesta Key and total of 3 miles to the famous white quart sand of Siesta key public beach!!

An open floor plan 4 bedroom 2 bath home with a wood burning fire place that is completely remodeled from top to bottom with stainless steel appliances and beautifully finished flooring.
Two of the four bedrooms are completely split apart resulting in sheer privacy. Our home is filled with completely new furnishing from 13" pillow top beds, wood head and foot boards, dresser, mirrors, quilted bedding, pillows, towels, dishes, glass ware, down to the silverware. All of our bedrooms have ceiling fans
(and central cool/heating) as well as our lanai area that has two to keep you cool during warm evenings.

The master bedroom has a kingsize with a large wood head board and foot board. Overlooking beautiful crown molding with a stream of led lighting peaking through. The master bath has a beautiful large glass shower with beam of sunshine from the skylight, glass his and her sinks with plenty of cabinetry. There also is a walk-in closet with custom cabinets and shelves including a shoe rack!

The three guest rooms consist of two with queen bed, dresser, mirror and closest space one has a walk-in closet. The third bedroom has two twin sledge beds with a dresser and mirror.
Next to the queen bedroom and the twin bedroom lies the guest bathroom. The shower has a large shower head and sitting tub surround by large tiles with matching flooring with built-in cabinetry.

Living room has two Genuine ITALIAN TOP Grain leather couches that recline, They face a flat screen T.V (included wifi and cable) that is mounted on the wall while overlooking the beautiful wood burning fireplace. The kitchen is open plan with automatic soft close drawers, also included are three bar stool for extra seating.

In dining area there is an elegant glass 8 person seating table place directly in front of a large window overlooking the backyard. In the backyard there is large iron table to have dinner!

Melissa was very quick with her communication when our group requested earlier check-in. Place was clean and was roomy enough for our group of 8. Good location that wasn’t too far from shopping, food and Siesta Key!

Our group of 5 retirees were in the area to watch Spring Training Baseball. The house met all of our needs, clean, well stocked, reliable WiFi, big screen Smart TV, etc. We didn’t realize the location was so close to numerous restaurants within walking distance (~1/2 mile). Will definitely look to rent again in the future.

Stayed there for a guys golf trip. Gulf Gate Area has a plethora of bars/Restaurants to keep you busy. Would not hesitate to rent this property again

This house was extremely clean. It had 4 roomy bedrooms. The driveway was wide enough for 3 cars side by side. The house was conveniently located to many amenities and only 15-20 minutes to Siesta Keys beach. It was in a very quiet neighborhood! We were thankful for the fenced in back yard for the dog and the lanai was very comfortable.

I stayed here for a girls weekend and we all had a great time. The house was very clean and spacious. We loved the screened in back porch. The house was just as advertised and the check in process was simple. The owner was even able to accommodate our request for an earlier check in time due to a flight change. The owner was an extremely fast and efficient communicator. I highly recommend staying here!

We booked this property on short notice, due to an unexpected death in the family. This clean, comfortable home met our needs -- and beyond. It was a lovely place for us to gather at the end of several emotional and high-stress days to decompress and support one another during a very difficult time. Melissa couldn't have been more responsive and kind -- an extra-ordinary host. We would definitely come back.

This was our first home rental and I couldn't be any happier. The location and price were better than we could have hoped. Our host was very helpful and available if needed. The house was extremely clean and exactly as advertised. My only complaint is a grill was listed as an amenity and wasn't available due to a previous guest misusing it.

Lady was very nice, accommodating. Neighborhood seemed fine. Took several walks. I let her know of things needing attention and added. She said she was glad to know to have her guests be more comfortable. The layout of house is nice but 1 bedroom a little far from bathroom(good room to put kids in). Large Lenai with table & chairs. Nice couch’s in living room.

My parents home was on South Lockwood Ridge for over 30 years. My Uncle Sam built his home on Murdock when cattle grazed on my parents lot. Bringing my mother back to the area was like coming home for all of us.
