About this house rental
Set in a private courtyard setting with distant views of Dingle Bay and yet just a short walk from the heart of Dingle town. Dingle Courtyard Cottages are the perfect hideaway, a short stroll from the bustling harbour along Dingle's waterfront. Because of their intimate yet ideally located setting, these holiday cottages are the perfect choice for a family holiday or relaxing peaceful holiday with friends.
Children will love playing games in the large green area surrounding this private and quiet holiday accommodation overlooking Dingle Bay. These secluded holiday cottages offer heaps of fresh air and an ideal setting for a wealth of outdoor recreation such as cycling, hiking, fishing, swimming and sightseeing.
There is a strict quiet time from 11 P.M. until 7 A.M., therefore this site does not accept parties and it is expected that noise, music or socialising will not disturb other guests within this cluster of holiday cottages. Enjoy a peaceful mosey into Dingle Town or sit back and enjoy the break-taking views over Dingle Bay and beyond. This is an extra charge which is mostly payable to the Property Manager/Owner. In some cases, energy is charged at a fixed daily rate or a rate per unit on the units consumed or you are required to top up a Pre-Paid Meter while in others, energy charges are included in the rate you have paid. We advise you to check with the local Owner/ Property Manager prior to arrival how this is calculated or prior to making the booking.
2. Security Deposit:
A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival. In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property.
3. Towels:
Towel sets are available upon request at a small charge. Please contact our Call Centre or the Property Manager to arrange (you will find the Property Manager's contact details at the Arrival Info document sent to you in the final payment confirmation).

The view of the bay was so peaceful to look out on every day. And The home was spacious with three full baths. It’s so close to town yet just enough that we never heard the folks leaving the pubs walking up the streets at night. Onsite parking in July in Dingle is a must especially since we were traveling in a seven passenger van. And the property manager, Mary was a delight and very responsive to our calls.
Because it was a house with full kitchen, my family of 5 ate in a bit and could have used a few extra fry pans due to quantity we were cooking. Also directions on how to use the washer would be helpful.

Great week away and loved the situation. The house was big and great for our group. I expected to have some information regarding the surrounding area and where to recycle/how to work the TV and DVD but there was nothing to hand.

These houses were absolutely gorgeous, spotlessly clean and fully equipped, there was even hand soap, toilet roll, washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets which I've never seen in other holiday homes. We had a great week there. The views were beautiful from the house across the bay. Thanks to Mary and her team for such clean accommodation.

Although the location and views were wonderful, the home itself was disappointing. Upon entering, we did not get the cozy feeling of an Irish home. Decor was at a bare minimum, with empty shelves and bookcase. The kitchen was lacking in many necessary items that you would expect and require to prepare a meal (ie frying pan, large bowls, coffee mugs) Every morning the water ran out (completely stopped working) before all 4 of us could shower. The mini hair dryer was bolted inside a dresser drawer and was almost impossible to use. And in addition to paying to rent the unit, you also pay for the electricity you use. We love Dingle and will be back, but will find a more welcoming place to stay.
