Very calm place, friendly stuff , nice rooms

The pool chairs were very uncomfortable as there were no cushions. Also the chairs on the terrace were very hard .

A lovely, interesting and comfortable house.

This is a lovely house in a glorious rural location - beautiful furniture and interesting art. Our host provided a most satisfying breakfast.

Because the house has no street address, we copied and pasted the coordinates, but unfortunately with an error. Errors on Google maps didn’t help - a few shown roads don’t exist! Cyclists (like us) should be very careful about this and should also be aware that because it is a couple of km out of town, sightseeing should be done before heading out or, as we did, the next morning after breakfast.

Nice location, nice staff. Very spacious room, part of a big old but rennovated house. Very good breakfast.

Some humidity signs at the walls, a bit of humidity smell when entering the room but nothing serious to change the overall very positive rating.

Great place to stay, easy walk into town

We received a friendly welcome, a great breakfast, and the room was a good size and very comfortable. But what we liked most was how you felt like you were out in the countryside but it was just a short walk into town.

Lovely property to stay and relax

Lovely property , beautiful spacious living / dining area. Fridge available for guests. great outdoor pool, delicious breakfast / comfortable bed/ lovely toiletries and welcoming fruit platter. Wonderful host. Very much enjoyed our stay. Muito obrigada

We had a great time with the family here. The pool is really big and quiet. The host is really friendly and will help you with what you need (e.g. contacting a taxi since they don't speak English).

Great experience, would love to come again.

We loved that it was out of town. The grounds are so inviting. The hostess Rosa was very helpful and made us feel at home. The property is extremely well kept. Lovely character.

It has a little musty smell , but i guess this is expected in such an old house.

The breakfast was very good and D. Rosa an excellent host. The bed was very comfortable.

A bit noisy. The door to the bathroom when not closed made a very disturbing noise. And when people arrive late and go up the stairs the door to our room( #1) shaked a lot.

Good value for money but really needs a close look at furnishings. Has unfulfilled potential!

Location is good, close to Estremoz, however don't go down the dirt track behind the Continente car park as it is very narrow and not a great welcome to the property. Enter by the turning opposite the sign pointing to Orada. Also a dirt track but wider. Breakfast was pretty good and served in the garden. Nice size bathroom with large shower and good water pressure. The hostess Rosa was very helpful and friendly.

A lot of the furniture and art work is really nice, but the beds are old and some items are quite smelly. There was a general smell of old stuff as we entered the main house. Pool could have been cleaner. Just leaves and stuff though. All of the light fittings are just bare bulbs and the electricity in our room was constantly flickering.
