Feel at home abroad. Perfect!

This flat is amazing! Great location, the bed is so comfy, the kitchen is fully equipped, I mean they even have a crockpot!! Diana was an angel, never met anyone who is so cheerful. The design is really to my taste. Be aware though, no smoking on the balcony!

The perfect accomodation

Fantastic location, really clean and well equipped, but the best was the lovely welcome from the host. I travel a lot, this was one of the best experiences I've ever had.

Tv There are no English channels, have balcony but smoking is not allowed. But other rooms smoke, there is a smell floating anyway, The bathroom drain is not good.

People often say this but we mean it - we'll be back!

So much to love about this apartment! Location is brilliant. Right in the heart of everything, with superb restaurants, the beach, shops and sightseeing all within short walks. If you want to venture a little further but don't want to take the car, the tram station is close by, with clean, air-conditioned trams running every few minutes. A great way to get around!

An English-speaking television channel would have been welcomed but really, there's so much to see and do here that it's not really important.

Exactly what it is advertised as. Really lovely spacious apartment and in a great location. Host was super friendly and helpful and we really enjoyed our stay! Nice and clean and terrace was a lovely addition to enjoy your morning coffee on. Parking isn't at the building but literally surrounded by car parks that you can use.

Nothing not to like really. Had all of the key amenities. Balcony didn't have a great view but didn't spoil it at all. Really lovely!

Fabulous

Greeted by a lovely friendly hostess called Diana, she showed us around the apartment and gave us all the information we needed. The apartment is very comfortable and clean and has all the comforts of home and in an excellent location, close to bars, restaurants and shops. The beach is about a 15 minute stroll through the town. Would highly recommend staying here.

Good location in Alicante

The location was very good. Facilities were good. WiFi was good.

A number of small flies constantly present in bathroom . No English speaking channels on the TV. Neighbours disturbed son's sleep and kept him awake most nights. (Thin walls?)

Awful experience and worse response from management

Good sized apartmet, in a good location - just off the centre but near enough, and next to the TRam that takes you the beaches around the city. Diana, the woman who greeted us, was very kind.

Regretable, I was unlucky and had a terrible experience. I was unable to sleep the first (and second) night I was there as there was an awful smell of urine. When I told the people mamaging the apartment, they said they'd had a proble with the air conditioning and the wall was soaked, hence the smell. They came with some spray paint that only served to stain what I had on the night stand. When I told her that the apartment was not fit for rental - certainly not the room as the wall was, after all, mouldy and rotten, they offer no solution, other than offering a refund, but not on the very day we had complained, but the following one, forcing us to sleep there again. When I checked the sofa bed, the matress was about two inches and was stained. We also found a cockroach. The apartment is a renovated old flat, be aware that one has a terrace, the other one does not (small balcony that looks onto backpatios. The photos do not show that a lot of the old features have been merely painted over (kitchen, wardrobes.

Air conditioning system works very loud, about twice in an hour it really noisy about 10 sec which makes you awake.

Great stay

Good value for money, large apartment, spotless, very comfy bed and super well located 2 min walking from the old downtown, mall, restaurants etc. The apartment was facing the back of the building so it was very quiet. The host was great

Internet was not very stable. Hope they'll fix this

very clean lots of light coming in had all the basic equipment including even coffee capsule

we were not crazy about their security lock code to get in… often it took 2-3 tries to open the apartment door… more stress than necessary!

Family Stay

Great location. Quiet even though in the city center. Helpful and responsive staff. Spacious apartment. Nice Cafe for breakfast, we loved it.

In general everything was great. What could have been even better are the breakfasts - there is no choice, it is either toast or croissant/ oatcake.

Superb

Lovely apartment, spotlessly clean. Great location, loads of restaurants nearby. Close to the shopping area too. Diana was there to greet us on arrival and kept in touch if we needed anything throughout our stay.

The perfect apartment! Loved it so much!

Such a beautiful apartment! Clean and bright, the location is perfect, close to everything, and great facilities nearby. Supermarket and public transport right nearby. And plenty of restaurants and cafe’s within a 10 minute slow walk! The balcony was perfect, with the sun shining straight onto it from the afternoon. Diana was so friendly, even with our (very) limited Spanish, we managed to laugh and get all the information we needed. Super easy to get in contact with owners through WhatsApp, and very quick to reply. Could not have picked a better accommodation, and would recommend this apartment to anyone!

Nothing, the only problem was that we could not stay longer!

with some small renovation this flat could be a pleasant place to stay. the owner is very nice perso

it should be described as the breakfast was very simple and all days the same choice.

The noise was unbearable. We couldn't open the windows. Air-Conditioning was smelling a bad smell.

Great stay

We originally booked 2 days and extended with one extra day! The location is perfect, close to the bus stop to go to the airport and walking distance from really good restaurants and bars. The balcony is lovely to end your day in Alicante. Kitchen and bathroom have everything you need to make you feel comfortable. Contact by with owner by WhatsApp and Nico. Both super friendly and welcoming! I would recommend!
