Everything was mediocre.

Good location.nearby from train station. Easy to access anywhere.

Room was a bit small. Hotel maid was unfriendly and unprofessional.

Bad hotel no service

I dont have any likes about it and it was xtreamly bad and dirty.

The room were xtreamly dirty especially the floor. Dust every where, esp the curtains, the room was not spacious like shown in the picture, it was xtreamly small for 2 person and 2 kids, have to upgrade to family room, still it was very dirty floor,

Dirty พื้น/เค้าเตอร์อ่างล้างหน้า/โซฟาสกปรก ถอดรองเท้าเดินในห้องไม่ได้ แต่ยังดีที่มีรองเท้าสลิปเปอร์ให้ ประตูห้องน้ำและห้องอาบน้ำเป็นแบบฝ้า เห็นเงาคนข้างใน จะเข้าห้องน้ำทีแอบลำบากต้องปิดไฟ

We stay very comfortable.

Nice and clean. The staff is very approachable and the receptionist know how to speak english.

Budget friendly

The property is situated in Tsuen Wan, near by metro named Kwai Hing through which can be accessed every where. Hotel has a very quick room service.

Well, we didn't like the size of the room for 2 person it's ok. But for 3 person it's smaller and bathroom could have been made little bit bigger size

ดีมาก ราคาถูก โรงแรมสะอาด เข้าเมืองด้วยรถไฟสายเดียวไม่ต้องต่อรถเยอะ

ห้องพักเล็ก แต่สะอาด ห้องน้ำแยกห้องส้วมกับห้องน้ำ อยู่ใกล้สถานีรถไฟ kwai hing มีร้านสะดวกซื้อเล็กๆในปั๊มน้ำมันข้างๆ แม่บ้านยิ้มแย้ม ทักทายดี ราคาถูกกว่าที่อื่นในฮ่องกง

รอบๆโรงแรมเป็นเหมือนบริษัท โกดังโรงงาน จะมีรถบรรทุกจอดเต็มข้างถนน

Good value property.

Location was Ok, short walk to 2 MTR stations. about a 30 min ride to the city.

The rooms are small but for the price is quite acceptable.

Service staff was helpful, polite and efficient. Room was small but clean.

Lack of amenities. They didn't even have coffee sachets or a spoon. The refrigerator was unstable, inside not cold but overheated till things on the counter top above the fridge was warm.

We like the location, we like the comfy bed. We don’t like the small rooms and you can hear people next to your room.

What I like about the property is there is shortcut for MRT and Malls it is very accessible if you want to go to the Mall or MRT. Also the bed are comfy and the housekeeping staff are so nice and they clean the room everyday.

What I don’t like about the room is super small also the bathroom space doesn’t make sense at all. You can also hear the room next to you. We heard the other room they are making love the couple was so loud and it is traumatizing. They should make the room at least sound proof.

Worth money with good location to explore local lifestyle and yummy local ffood

The room is quite good than averages and worth the money. I like Kwai Fong location, there are many affordable, clean, tasty restaurants in Kwai Fong area. If you want to experience very local lifestyle, food, I recommend you to stay in this area.// I suggest the superior room as the room is bigger and there is a mini fridge in the room.

Actually, nothing. But, for others they may care about the street outside the hotel. By the way, I don't mind. I think I am alright and definitely I will choose to stay here again when I will be back in HK.
