Zentral, sauber, gerne wieder

Attraktionen wie der Uhrturm oder die Murinsel sind fußläufig erreichbar. Ca 5 Minuten entfernt befindet sich eine Straßenbahn-Haltestelle. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und sauber. Im 3 Stock, aber mit dem Lift problemlos erreichbar. Auch ein kleiner Balkon ist vorhanden. WLAN hat auch super funktioniert.

In der Toilette würde ich einen Duft oder Lufterfrischer empfehlen, nachdem es auch kein Fenster zum Lüften gibt. Die Betten waren für meinen Geschmack und Rücken etwas zu weich, für 2-3 Tage aber ok 🙂

Lovely Central Appartment

Matthias was brilliant quick to answer any questions and sent great instructions for accessing the apartment. We could leave our car there on check-out day until we were ready to leave Graz which was super helpful Gorgeous apartment, very central and an easy walk to town. We only stayed 1 night, wish it was longer We will be back!

A personal choice but for us, the mattresses were very soft.

Great, well-outfitted apartment in Graz

Clean apartment (we were in apt. 5, 1st floor), many facilities: iron & ironing board, deep-freeze compartment in the fridge, etc. Decent, non-synthetic bedlinen and towels (quite rare in these apartments)! Everything is laid out easily. Location a bit further away from the city center, but still within easy walking distance. And the location is very quiet at night, which will suit light sleepers. Great communication about arrival and entry. This will be my first choice if I ever visit Graz again.

Explanation about the location of the building was slightly confusing, it should just have said to go through the gate with the barrier and enter the second building in the courtyard, and we'd have been fine.

Nice location with parking lot but no more than 4 persons

Location, Parking, Self check-in and check-out

Linen and towels for 4 persons instead of 5. So, I paid for 2 days for 5 persons but 1 day was as for 4 persons.

Modern and very comfortable

The whole apartment is comfortable, newly renovated, has a modern design and is generally what I want from a rented apartment. Particularly the shower is very good, and this is usually one of the most important things for me. The bathroom is quite spacy and modern. The beds and especially the pillows are very comfortable, all of us liked them a lot. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils, and there is a small balcony with enough space for a couple of people to sit. The internet was fast and worked as it should. The location is also good, less than 15 min to walk from the central train station and a short walking distance to the city centre. There is a supermarket and a couple of other shops nearby.

Surprisingly, there is no hot water in the kitchen tap. This was only a minor problem for us. Anyway there is a dishwasher.

Good small flat in easy reach of Graz centre

Decent small flat in residential area of Graz - supermarkets (Spar) within couple of minute walk and old town about 15th a away. Graz was lovely for a day with old castle and town.

we really enjoyed this centre location in Graz. we able to visit Murinsel, famous clock and double spiral staircase.

Comfortable, spacious, relaxing and quiet.

It was very spacious and had all the facilities we needed. The location was convenient and just a short walk from the train station.

It wasn’t the nicest of areas but the apartment itself was lovely.

Wonderful apartment close to city center.

Very clean, spacious and well furnished apartment. Everything you will ever need for your stay you will find in this accommodation. The host is incredibly friendly and takes good care of his guest. :)

Nice stay in Graz

The apartment was clean and nicely furnished with an excellent location. The neighborhood was ok. All in all a quite nice stay.

The check out was until 11am but at 10am sharp someone unlocked the door and i suppose wanted to clean before our check out time while we were still in the apartment. Also it was said that we can open the parking gate with a key of the apartment, but that was not the case.

Great apartment with all necessary amenities. Matthias was always available via Booking.com messenger to answer all our questions! Very convenient parking in the courtyard!

Super clean and renovated apartment

This apartment is super clean with all necessary stuff what we needed , you get iron and iron stand , all important cutlery, warm water , balcony , and super comfy beds. Location is great and close to Centre.

The apartment is very big and well organized! The beds were comfortable. Bathroom was clean. We liked the fact that we could walk from the apartment to the Schlossberg. The host was very helpful and available for questions and advice. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the apartment!

Very nice place to discover Graz, especially for people who prefer blend in with locals

Modern, spacious, and well equipped apartment. We appreciated, that apartment is close to centre enough (10minut walk), but in a quiet place. So you can go downtown, or stay and enjoy the breathtaking view from the roof. Billa market is nearby.
