Dommage que ce logement ne répondait pas aux critères

Proximité de la gare

Logement sale (sol , frigo, plaque de cuisson sales). Le joint de la pomme de douche enlevée. Quand nous sommes arrivés là fenêtre et le volet étaient ouverts. C'est sensé être un logement non fumeur quand nous sommes arrivés ça sentais la cigarette.

Cafards - baignoire sale- Lave vaisselle sale- hôte aspirante HS- piles des 2 télécommandes HS (traces de morsures sur les piles et résidus de soda- TV pas réglée et sans télécommandes : pas de TV. Réponse du loueur hors props hors sujet ( style de réponse du loueur idem vendeur chinois de marketplace). Séjour très moyen.Lavabo salle de fendu sur 40cm sans trace de réparation ni de joint : pas d étanchéité.

Décevant

J'ai aimé le lit, mon Indépendance par rapport à un hôtel, la situation du duplex proche gare et mon boulot. Je suis toujours contente de ce que je réserve en ligne mais là pas du tout ! Très gros point positif: la communication avec le propriétaire.

Les voisins qui qui crient jusqu'à 1h du matin en regardant la tv très fort. Donc murs en papier.. la saleté de partout, les traces de dentifrice sur la robinetterie , la poussièresur les plinthes, tuyauxet objets de décoration, l intérieur du micro-ondes dégueulasse , aucune table basse dans le salon, tapis rempli de tâches, joints orange dans la salle de bain, les couverts sales, les placards tachés, intérieur frigo tâché . J ai du désinfecter les interrupteurs et tout ce que j ai touché des mon arrivé. Porte d entrée ne ferme pas à clé. Juste cadenas ! Prise électrique dangereuse, aplique mural sur le point de tomber. L odeur de tabac froid qui est resté 1semaine alors que duplex non fumeurs. La seule Fenêtre donnant sur une allée ! Matelas tâché et sans alèse. Canapé impossible de le mettre en lit. Plus canapé rempli de poils , poussière et miettes.. J ai toutes les photos si besoin de preuves ! Photo du salon qui ne correspond pas du tout aux photos sur l annonce.

Location au mans proche gare

Son emplacement proche de la gare et le centre pas très loin en marchant. Places gratuites dans les rues parallèles pour se garer. Appartement au calme, bonne literie pour le lit dans la mezzanine.. idéal pour maximum 3 personnes.

Prévoir quelques travaux comme le velux qui ne ferme pas, l'escalier qui est dangereux si on voyage avec un enfant, car il est très raide et les marches sont très étroite.

Situation très proche de la gare, très facile à trouver à qq centaines de mètres à pied, et quartier calme. Accès facile en autonomie. Les explications nécessaires sont données en amont.

Isolation phonique insuffisante (voisins de l'appartement mitoyen bruyants !). Besoin d'explications complémentaires et mises à jour pour l'usage de la TV et WIFI.

• Parking: We travelled by car and the property was easy to find via GPS coordinates. Parking was free on all streets except the street in front of the property. • Keys: The instructions to obtain the 2 keys from the lockbox was clear and easy to follow and was emailed to us well in advance with contact details if we had an issue. • First impression: We first had to open a metal gate and walk down the corridor to get to the property. We felt safe and found the property to be clean, quiet and tidy. • Kitchen & Bathroom: The bathroom was clean with a bathtub and washing machine. The kitchen was clean and well equipped with a microwave, fridge, coffee machine, etc. • Bedroom: My two adult kids used the sofa bed in the living room which had clean bedding with lots of cushions and pillows. We used the double bed on the mezzanine (1st) floor above which had a steep wooden staircase, we found it easy to access although it might be a problem for someone with mobility issues. There was a skylight window in the roof which let the light in. • Amenities: There was TV and WiFi at the property. There was an instructions manual in French which provided lots of useful information on how to use the kitchen appliances. • Particulars: There was a faint pleasant sound of a church bell ringing in the far distance which I liked. Whilst cooking the electrics tripped, but the circuit box was in clear view in the living room and was easy to reset. • Conclusion: We just needed a comfortable accommodation for the night for a family of four, and this property met all our expectations, and we would be happy to stay there on our next visit.

bed was comfy shower had good pressure shower gel available

loud people outside until 3am flat advertised with free parking but impossible to find any. We had to pay to park in the station car park at our own expense. Owner did respond when we asked where we could park for free but when we responded saying it was all full she went silent.

Nice clean apartment with a comfortable bed and tea/coffee making facilities. Convenient for an overnight stay as we were passing through the city and close enough to pop into town to get food. Owners were very pleasant and happy to help.

Good location and has all you need for one or a few nights

The duplex is located very close to the train station and there is parking in the street. The flat was correct and had all was needed. I appreciated the coffee and tea stock.

There was a misunderstanding about the number of people using the duplex so we were missing bed linens for the extra bed. Thankfully after contacting the number that was given to us, someone brought us the linens, even tough it was quite late on a Sunday night, which I'm very grateful for. The duplex was located along what looked like similar kind of places. We could easily hear people moving about outside and inside the places next door. Also we were not bothered during the night as it was fairly quiet.

This was perfect for our one night stay over in Le Mans. We needed a place close to the station that would fit us all and this was a great match! Very easy to access, super with the keys that we could just pick up when we arrived! Thanks a lot!

It was easy to access and good parking area. It was clean and quiet. The instructions to access the property were clear and easy to follow.

The toilet is between the wall and the sink so a bit tight but not a big problem.
