Natura e spiagge meragliose , per mari traspararenti e snorkeling non consiglio la Giamaica,

Il Merrils II è ha il suo pezzo di spiaggia con addetto alla sicurezza , lettini da posizionare al sole o all'ombra degli alberi, disponibilità di canoe doppie. Il ristorante dove si fanno colazione, pranzo e cena è a ridosso della spiaggia. La struttura è immersa nel verde. Le camere sono grandi e comode. Il bagno decente ovviamente senza bidet. Buon compromesso tra i resort super costosi e guesthouse inaccettabili per i nostri canoni

Il fatto più grave è che nonostante la prenotazione fatta e prepagata quasi un anno prima e messaggio una settimana prima dell'arrivo si sono permessi di dire CHE NON AVEVANO CAMERE LIBERE (!!!) e che ci avrebbero trovato camera al Merrils I che chissà dov'è. A seguito forte arrabbiatura la camera l'hanno trovata anche se inferiore di caratterestiche a quella pagata. Il generatore di corrente è entrato in funzione una notte intera con rumore assordante (insonorizzazione assente sia del generatore che della camera sfortunatamente vicino alla Reception e generatore). Il mangiare è accettabile ma poco vario , giusto la comodità di non cercare un posto fuori l'hotel .

In all I enjoyed my staycation.

The breakfast was good. But if u don't get there early the food may finish before the scheduled time.

The furniture in the room was a bit outdated and pillows are worn out. The room I stayed in there was a problem with the ac switched so whiles I was in the room they came and change it. Did really like that. toilet bowl constantly runs and there was water on the corridor which seem to have been coming from my bathroom. At night the air quality have a sewage/ foul smell.

The rules i had a friend come see me they left after 60 mins the all inclusive band could not be transferred to another friend everything you asked wad no or more money

Our stay was amazing in every way.

The breakfast was wonderful and we loved the location.

I didn't like the fact that the king beds were all upstairs. But it was handled very well by the staff. We were accommodated well with a room on lower level the very next day. No problems.

Bad...checked out two hours after checking in.

Nothing really

The room was leaking from the ceiling. The replacement room had a dirty bathtub and a patio/balcony door that did not close properly. The doors were not secure. There were no washcloths in any of the rooms.

Fab location and great staffs!

Location was perfect! It’s not many locations sitting on the beach in comfort eating breakfast!

The food was good quality for the price. Very accommodating and pleasant staff members/ security guards. I would recommend getting any or even a few "specials" from the bar staff 😉😉.

Staff nice but facilities, amenities, and the all-inclusive is a joke.

I honestly cannot think of anything I would list that I liked other than the beach and the wait staff.

The rooms are dirty and worn out; the amenities are minimal...really there are none other than a bed to sleep in and a tiny screen TV in the room. The food is not good and is the same at almost every meal every day. They serve the buffet food in rations. Really since when does this still happen but I guess it doesn't matter as the food is not very good. I could go on but will say this. The night we checked in I was on line trying to find a new place to stay.

Lovely little hotel we will be going again.

Good Value for money, clean, the staff were friendly, accommodating and approachable. The food was tasty and we were never hungry.

you can’t get Wi-Fi in the rooms.

Great all-inclusive on Seven Mile beach

The all-inclusive and amenities for the price was a great deal. All of the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Beachfront, not much more you could ask for.

A couple of nights the music from adjacent properties was a little loud, but it wasn't a deal breaker.

It was wonderful

Staying at Merrils was wonderful. The staff was kind , friendly and efficient. They went beyond service to plan a wonderful evening for my husband and l who were celebrating our anniversary. Thanks Merrils I do appreciate it.
