Was allemaal super heel goed.

Sehr freundliches Personal!

Nice room with window. Excellent location and friendly and helpful staff. Also excellent breakfast. Great stay. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend and I would definitely stay again.

-location
-it was very clean
-good coffee downstairs
-the room was really small

Location was good. Place is clean and pretty. Breakfast area seems pretty.
WiFi connection was poor, intermittent and sloooooow. Pillows were uncomfortable
10.0
It was a nice room with comfortable beds and a very clean shower. The location was perfect as it was close to both the city and the beach.
There was no hairdryer so if you don’t bring one you can’t dry your hair.
5.0
Convenient for centre
No staff in attendance. Picked up keys from other hotel 3/4 mile away and dealt with a rather rude lady. No facilities for bike storage
10.0
The hotel was clean, very welcoming staff, nice area nearby with a lot of small cafes and places to eat.
Close to the city center.
All was good.

I was there for work so the location for me was perfect. The hotel is clean and staff are friendly but I wasn't there long enough to make a full description of facilities.
Typical Dutch staircase up to the rooms which is very steep and difficult to negotiate with large suitcases. In fairness, the hotel does point out this fact in their literature
7.0
Breakfast
Poor sound isolation, stairs
4.0
Clean hotel and the staff was friendly but they were not powered to help us with nortal requests due to the overly strict and guest unfriendly company (owner) policies
Hotel lacks atmosphere and comfort; there are only 3 only important things a good hotel should be doing well; Key, bed, shower. All below average; mattress was cheap and way too soft. The shower was a dripping ray of water (pffffff) and we could not get a second key to enter the hotel or the room at night as this was not allowed (policy by owner). No lift, room was an attic where you hit your head when walking around. Never again

For one night the room was adequate. A safety issue that concerned me was the slippery shower floor and no available anti-slip mat. The breakfast was good but overpriced, there are many options outside of the hotel to eat and have coffee.
When checking in the staff did not inform us of the coffee machine in the hallway, sadly. The slippery floor in the shower was a concern. For some people the steep stairway and lack of a lift is a negative.

- Location
- Room and Bed were comfortable.
- Misleading picture showing actual room in Booking.com. The room that had been offered when I visited the hotel was way worse. I had to pay extra 13 euros/day to get the actual room I thought I had booked in first hand.
- Very Poor Breakfast, served in a box. Only three pieces of bread with ham, cheese, chocolate, fruit and a cheap juice. Not good value for money.
- It was not allowed to make WhatsApp calls through their WIFI..!!
- There was no fridge at the room.

Mediocre cold boiled egg
Central heating in room made noise throughout the night, poor/loose shower fittings, tiny handbasin , warmwater to this basin takes 10 minutes

location was great, comfy beds, clean, breakfast was complete.
Stairs were a bit steep, you had to use them carefully. Floor in the room was uneven in one side of the room.

Breakfast was good.
The room was sweltering hot. We couldn’t open the window much because there was a bar in the frame. The tiny fan was absolutely useless. We couldn’t sleep because of the heat.

Nice staff, super helpful!
Overpriced for a super warm room in the summer.
6.0
Close to the beach and to the city. Still not to crowed so sleeping is possible.
We asked for a quiet room and got it. Thanks a lot.
Since the hotel and the coffee shop belong together we did not understand why the coffee was the worst we ever got.
The breakfast was good for a morning snack but not more.
8.0
Simple but great breakfast.
All was good and I have no comments or dislikes.

The breakfast was OK scrambled eggs were over cooked but otherwise ok good location
Not over cook the food and no free parking
3.0
The location was fine, the staff was fine, the decoration of the room was also fine. The breakfast was acceptable.
The size of the room was a bit too small. The room was cold when I arrived, when I turned up the heater I could hear water drip, so the system wasn't functioning optimally.
The bathroom was worse, it felt freezing, the tap took forever to warm up, as did the shower.
The shower head itself didn't stay in position, the shower head was also leaking AND it had low pressure.
The bed was sagged through so lying in it wasn't comfortable.
The wifi code wasn't handed when I checked in, and there is no staff at night to ask.

very quiet room at night. breakfast was good
nothing
7.0
Good breakfast; good beds; nice staff.
Heating has insufficient capacity (hence cold at night); shower has low water pressure. Booking.com mentioned cancellation would cost first night only but e-mail from hotel stated whole stay not refundable (...) — but we didn't have to cancel.

Otherwise everything was great! Especially loved the way they accommodated us for breakfast. Loved the baskets. Great location as well!
The covid regulations, but I know there isn't much c2b can do about that so I'm not holding it against them.
9.0
Very clean, perfect location, nice breakfast.
10.0
Very cute hotel
7.0
Very good location.
Breakfast was good, buffet style, everything was there you need.
Cleanliness could be better, stil hair in the bathroom.
Rooms are small but good enough for 1 night.
Not cheap, but price equal to other places in Vlissingen
