The location to the wedding we where only 15 min from. There was everything we needed. The only negative would be the deck was not cleaned and the only bathroom was down stairs away from bedrooms.

Nice property, convenient to downtown. Unfortunately, my group of 65+ yo friends found the narrow stairs going up a little difficult to handle.

We enjoyed our stay!! 5 adults and 2 kids.
The location was awesome! Cute and comfy place.
5 adults was a bit of a tight fit. One had to sleep on couch .It was tight for us with 3 guys over 6 ft and one child too young to sleep on top bunk . But, we would stay there again! We wish we could have stayed longer!

We had a great stay for a long girls weekend. The place was super cute and perfect for 3 ladies. Location was great as we walked to downtown Hudson for shopping and ate at some great restaurants. We visited in May and ended up being a weekend where the temps hit 80 degress. The house did get toasty as there is no AC. We found some portable AC units in a few of the rooms but only one hose to vent them outside. We did get the temp in the house down and were able to sleep comfortably. Overall it was a cozy little place to stay with some girlfriends.

The unit is roomier and cozier than the photos indicate. Four of us stayed in the unit for 7 nights. The kitchen layout is easy to figure out. We had about half our meals there. Host Tyrell is easy to work with and responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

We love Hudson and got to enjoy a fun weekend there. The apartment is like a townhome with bedrooms upstairs and living room, kitchen and bathroom on main level. The historic home is clean and warm with all amenities needed. We were able to walk easily to our favorite spots and loved being across the street from our favorite Casanova liquor store. We plan to make this a regular get away from across the river in MN.

Great little spot. Has everything you need. Enjoyed walking to Second Street for dinner, coffee and shopping! Parking in front of the house can be tricky to back out of during busy traffic times. Recommend backing in if you can.

Tyrell was wonderful at answering questions and providing us lots local places within walking distance of the property.

We had rented the house for a short girls trip. We had originally planned on having 8 girls and booked the house for that reason. Life happened and only 6 of us were able to make it. I sent a Vrbo message a couple weeks before the trip to let them know and they were able to give me some money back, which I was not expecting! The house does have enough space to sleep 8 if the three bigger beds are shared by 2 people. However, like the pictures showed, the dinning room and living room can NOT comfortably hold 8. As a group of 6 we had to either stager when people were eating, split between the two rooms or stand/sit on the floor. And the same goes for living room. When we watched movies or played games at LEAST one person was sitting on the floor the entire time. I will take most of the blame as the pictures are an accurate representation of the house and the rooms, but for anything other then sleeping I cant say it would comfortable fit more then 5 people IF you are going to be inside a lot. We still had a great time and Tyrell was always prompt about responding to questions about the property!
Side note: check the beaches for signs before going in the water! When we went (06.09.23) most of our party got swimmers itch because the signs were not very visible (bathroom doors and behind the lifeguards stand)!

We only stayed one night, so I cannot comment on kitchen supplies or anything like that. But check in was easy, rental was clean, beds were comfy, bedrooms had what they needed. I had seen some magazines, the air was in when we got there and that was appreciated, and it was remodeled nicely :)

We had everything we needed to do strategic planning as a team. The space worked out great.

The property functioned well. As half of us are older adults, we adjusted to climbing the stairs to the bedrooms and back downstairs to the one bathroom.
The tv connection did not seem to work as well as we expected.
We appreciated the off-street parking and closeness to other places.

I have a mixed review for this place. The location is great; easy to get to shops, restaurants, the river and interstate. There was enough space for 3 adults and an infant. The negative was the lack of air conditioning. No one expects 80+ degrees in April. So no AC units were available until the second day of our stay. With no air movement upstairs, we had to go to a hotel to be able to sleep. The other negative was the wifi. It was slow/ spotty throughout the stay, and actually stopped on our final night there.

We had a fun visit with our adult children. Hudson was super fun! The place was cute and the beds were comfy!

Great location and walkable to downtown. I wish I would have planned ahead better regarding most shops being closed on New Year's day and closed early on New Year's Eve. The Igloos at Pier 500 were a highlight.

Darling duplex directly across the street from The Casanova caves/bar and two blocks from downtown Hudson shopping and dining. Three bedrooms, one full bath, a cute little eat-in kitchen, and cozy gathering space - perfect for a couple of couples or friends weekend! We walked everywhere and enjoyed the outdoor patios for coffee and cocktails. Would not hesitate to stay here again ... Tyrell the landlord is easily reachable and very accommodating!

Upon arrival a glitch but hosts very quickly responded and took care of the issue. Entire house was very clean, close to walkable neighborhood and had all the amenities we were looking for. Beds are very comfortable. Curtains are on windows, noted from earlier review no curtains. Certainly will return. Thanks for a comfortable stay.

My family and I stayed here as we visited several state parks and the twin cities. The place had a great location where everything we visited was within 30 minutes. We were very happy that we could walk to downtown Hudson for meals and visiting the parks and beaches.

The property is well located a short walk from downtown Hudson, the river and marina. Great private deck which makes one feel like they are in a secluded forest and away from road traffic.

Great getaway
Property was clean and comfortable. Communication with host was prompt, easy check in. Easy walk to downtown Hudson to enjoy shopping, dining, distillery, brewery, coffee, ice cream and walks along the River. We are cyclists and rode to Stillwater which was a nice ride (25 mile round trip) . My adult group would definitely stay here again, would also work nice with younger children.

Not a comfortable or cozy place, used plus furniture, the place stunk like dirty dishrag and property faces a busy street and there are no window coverings for privacy

Great Location
We had a fantastic weekend at this property, a few changes would make it better. We found it frustrating that the bathroom was directly across from a window with no curtains or blinds at all. I would still recommend it and the location can't be beat for all the fun downtown Hudson activities!

Cute and clean
Super cute and clean! Easy short walk to town. Really enjoyed our girls weekend at this rental!

Nice but small
Property was clean, great location close to downtown, and has a unique history. Although beds for 6, the living/dining area was very small for six adults. Stairs from main floor upper bedrooms are steep and poorly lit (especially for midnight trips to main floor bath!). If this was highlighted in the listing, I missed it. Could use additional towels - only 2 hand towels provided.
Overall - we enjoyed our stay in wonderful Hudson.

Perfect little rental
The property was very cute and clean. The hosts had all the little things for an initial arrival even for my three year old like toys, coffee and a helpful Clipboard that had list of things to do in the area or places to eat. Great place to stay!

Very accommodating hosts
The hosts have thought of all of the little details to make your stay very comfortable! We were supposed to stay in the winter during a winter carnival. It warmed up and and the events we were going to attend were no longer available. The hosts were proactive and offered us to change the date of our stay without charging us any fees. I was very appreciative of the gesture as we wouldn't have been able to enjoy any activities if we had to stay during our original reservation date.

Cute House and Close proximity
House was perfect for our needs and cutely setup. Loved the close proximity to downtown and the ability to quickly walk to downtown. If you have young kids be wary of the water as the hot water heater was set extremely high and we narrowly avoided some burns.
