This property is in excellent condition, very clean and secure. The pictures in this listing say everything you need to know. Alain is an attentive host and very accessible when questions come up. Le Gosier, where the villa is located, is a nice central point on the island - beautiful beaches, good restaurants, bakery and grocery are within 10-15 minutes. We were able to reach the national park and west side of Basse Terre within an hour. One bit of warning: The driveway in/out of the property has steep inclines. If you rent a manual transmission vehicle, make sure you're ready for it!

We had a wonderful time here. The house was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Alain, our host, was very helpful and promptly answered any queries we had. I would definitely recommend! A car is an absolute necessity as the house isn’t within walking distance of a town but we knew this and it wasn’t an issue for us.

Deux magnifiques semaines en guadeloupe
Alain est un hôte charmant et disponible. Sa villa présente tout le confort qu’on pourrait souhaiter (chambre avec salles de bain privatives, climatisation, cuisine TOUT équipée, espaces de loisirs et de détente). Mention spéciale pour la réactivité en cas de pépin pour que le séjour se passe dans les meilleures conditions. Nous étions avec des amis et enfants et l’on peut aussi bien profiter des grands espaces ensemble que des différentes zones. Vue magnifique sur les Saintes, plein sud!

La villa est au calme, l'espace de vie est bien articulé autour de la piscine. Les pièces ont de beaux volumes, la cuisine est bien équipée... Et Alain, le propriétaire, est très sympa!

Open Air Paradise
Alain's property is a dream - and one of the very best aspects is the ease of communication with Alain. He is immediately responsive, before and during your stay. The property itself is wonderful, with thoughtful and artful touches throughout. The house, in particular the kitchen, lacked for nothing. The salt-water pool and hot tub were enjoyed by our girls for hours everyday and we never closed the doors to the patio in the nine days we stayed. The movie room looks amazing, but we were so enamored with the outdoor spaces that we never used it.

Truly wonderful
Through the years we have stayed at many rental properties all over the world and we would have to say that this was our favorite. The house is elegant and very comfortable--every aspect so well designed down to the small details like lighting, appliances in the kitchen and many nice amenities to make the stay easy and extra enjoyable. Mr. Theophile was extremely responsive and easy to communicate with before our arrival and during our stay. He kindly helped us to connect with locals to set up dinners and activities when we asked for suggestions (which was truly a wonderful experience after we had the stressful misfortune of losing our reservation at another rental 2 weeks before our trip to Grand Terre--be sure to avoid Homeaway listing #1817687a). Thank you so much for a lovely stay.

Une expérience exceptionnelle
Nous étions un groupe de 8 personnes et nous avons passé un séjour très agréable. La villa est juste magnifique, décorée avec soin, très bien équipée et très propre. Quant au cadre de vie, avec cette vue sur la mer et les Saintes, juste relaxant ! Les photos visibles sur le site sont plus que contractuelles !
Alain, le propriétaire, s'est montré très disponible, et ce à compter de la réservation jusqu'à la fin de notre séjour.
Je vous recommande fortement la villa Zénitude pour vos futures vacances .

Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine dans cette superbe villa avec nos 3 enfants. Nous avions de l’espace à revendre. Elle peut accueillir le double de personnes sans pour autant se marcher dessus. Tout le monde est revenu enchanté. Superbe piscine à débordement avec vue imprenable, immense jacuzzi, table de ping-pong, jeu de pétanque, pièce dédiée au home cinéma, iguanes qui viennent nous rendre visite, vue sur les saintes et j’en passe…, il faudrait être difficile ! Emerveillés à l’arrivée, et tellement déçus de devoir la quitter après 7 jours, beaucoup trop court. Agencement au top. Equipement au top. Et que dire de notre hôte ? Il aura été au petit soin pour nous durant tout le séjour, répondant à toutes nos questions, tous nos désirs. Même le jardinier a été adorable. Eau de coco au petit déjeuner provenant d’une noix franchement cueillie dans le jardin et préparée avec soin. What else !?
Ah si ! Un petit bémol tout de même ! Il fallait bien en trouver un pour le principe ! Il est clair que la Guadeloupe est le pays du planteur, c’est indéniable ! Maintenant, un petit pilon dans le tiroir de la cuisine pourtant plus que fourni en accessoires divers et variés, serait bien utile pour le petit mojito du soir, soleil couchant. ;-)
Si vous hésitez entre plusieurs villas, arrêtez votre choix ici, vous serez enchantés !

Absolut empfehlenswert!
In allen Bereichen hat uns das Ferienhaus überzeugt. Die Villa bietet viel Komfort sowie viele Extras (z.B. Soundboks Bluetooth Lautsprecher), die durch den freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Vermieter, Herrn Theophile, sehr angenehm ergänzt wurde. Insofern können wir acht Männer diese Unterkunft absolut empfehlen. Lieber Alain, herzlichen Dank!

Grandeur parfaite pour nous
Notre famille avons demeuré à cette villa en mars 2019. Celle-ci était d’une grandeur parfaite pour nous. L’espace commun est très ouvert. Nous avions l’impression de vivre à l’extérieur avec la commodité d’être à l’abri des rayons du soleil et des quelques gouttes de pluie que nous avons reçu durant notre séjour. La table de la salle à dîner, qui est à l’extérieur d’ailleurs, est très grande et très belle. La piscine qui est située à proximité de l’espace commun, nous permettait de surveiller les enfants qui jouaient dans celle-ci en tout temps. Nous retrouvons la tranquillité dans les chambres à coucher car elles sont à l’écart de l’espace commun. Elles sont toutes munies d’une salle de bain qui est très pratique pour tous. La cour arrière donne une belle espace pour que les enfants puissent jouer en toute sécurité. Nous avons eu quelques difficultés avec certains appareils électroménagers.
De façon générale, nous avons profité d’un très beau séjour en Guadeloupe.

Un séjour de rêve !
Nous rentrons d'un voyage de 11 jours en Guadeloupe où nous avons logé dans cette magnifique villa.
Nous étions 10 (4 adultes/2 ados/4 enfants).Tout le monde est revenu enchanté.
La propriété est très bien entretenue. La maison est très fonctionnelle et bien équipée. La literie est extrêmement confortable. La piscine est très agréable et le jacuzzi un vrai plus pour finir de se délasser. Les enfants ont également apprécié pouvoir faire des parties de pétanque, de foot, de ping pong et même jouer à la PS4 dans une salle vidéo avec un son remarquable.
De plus, la localisation permet de sillonner très facilement l'ensemble de la Guadeloupe.
Tout se situe au maximum à 1 heure de voiture, c'est donc avec beaucoup de facilité que nous avons visité Basse Terre et Grande Terre.
Merci à Alain pour cette parenthèse magique.

Nous avons séjourné 3 jours à 4 couples dans cette merveilleuse Villa.
Situation parfaite pour se rendre sur les plages, Pointe à Pitre et l'aéroport.
Maison très fonctionnelle et très bien équipée. Prestation haut de gamme avec piscine à débordement (vue sur les Saintes) et Jacuzzi; Cuisine ouverte sur la terrasse avec plancha; pièce Home cinéma; 4 chambres spacieuses, etc ....
Alain le propriétaire s'est montré très sympathique et disponible.
Nous recommandons fortement la location de cette villa d'exception.

Habitant en Guadeloupe, nous avons passé un séjour génial avec quelques amis de Martinique. La villa est idéalement située et magnifique, très agréable à vivre et le propriétaire est dispo si nécessaire.
Il ne manque rien à l'intérieur, tant au niveau de la cuisine que des loisirs, et que dire de la salle vidéo !

Un beau souvenir
Nous avons passé un séjour des plus agréables sur ce coin de paradis. La villa a contribué au sentiment de zénitude par ses aménagements et son emplacement, tout est en parfait accord avec les descriptions qui en sont faites sur le site. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir si l'occasion se présente. Encore un grand merci à notre hôte Alain pour son accueil chaleureux et sa disponibilité.

Waouh !
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette magnifique villa. La vue sur les Saintes et l'éloignement de route principale en font un havre de paix.
La villa est très bien équipée, le jardin est agréable (surtout avec l'accueil de Bertha), la piscine débordante également . Le jacuzzi relaxant.
Alain, le propriétaire est très à l'écoute de ses clients et très disponible.
Depuis que nous venons aux Antilles (environ un dizaine de fois), nous n'avons jamais eu une si belle villa.
Nous aurions aimé avoir peut-être un petit quelque chose dans le frigo pour démarrer notre séjour, ce qui aurait été la cerise sur le gâteau.

Spectacular place to saty
We were were two families of four that stayed at Alain's house in February, and we can't recommend it enough. The pictures don't do justice to the house, it really is pretty luxurious and spectacular, with a very modern aesthetic. The location is also pretty central, without being located in any noisy tourist hubs, which is nice. The kids loved the jacuzzi, and the underwater porthole window in the pool. There was tons of space for everyone to spread out and enjoy themselves, and the kitchen was very well equipped.
Alain was a fantastic host, which made the trip all the easier. He lives on the island and takes care of the place himself, which I feel is much better than dealing with a property manager. He was easy to contact and very responsive when we arrived, and even generously offered to drop me off at the car rental agency nearby to grab our car for the week.
Highly, highly recommended.

Un havre de Paix luxuriant
Nous avons séjourné en famille dans la villa d’Alain.
Alain est très accueillant, fort sympathique et disponible.
Concernant le logement, l’ensemble de la propriété est soignée.
L’entrée est somptueuse bordée de palmiers de la reine, de Dypsis lutescens le long des clôtures, des cocotiers des bananiers, une pelouse impeccable et le tout éclairé automatiquement la nuit.
Quel plaisir d’évoluer dans ce décor tropical.
La villa est spacieuse, agréable, elle est encore plus belle en vraie que sur les photos proposées sur le site.
La cuisine est vaste, ajourée, le salon confortable.
Le son de la salle de cinéma est top.
Il y a un grand nombre de chambres et de salles de bains.
La vue ! oui la vue sur la mer chaque matin au petit déjeuner avec les oiseaux qui viennent picorer à proximité de vous, offrent un dépaysement total.
La piscine est superbe avec débordement et comble du luxe on peut voir l’interieur de la piscine grâce à une vitre de la terrasse du rez-de-chaussée.
Le jacouzi est très relaxant.
Que dire si ce n’est qu’alain peut être fier de proposer une villa si confortable, soignée et nous permettre de vivre des moments de bonheur dans sa propriété.

Very cozy and charming villa, perfect location in Guadeloupe
Villa Zenitude is wonderful home. The house is well laid-out, and the surrounding yard and neighborhood are cozy and quiet.
Alain was a great host and very attentive. On the third evening of our stay, the motor on the kitchen volet got tired and stopped working. He had it fixed by noon the next day.
The deck, pool, and hot tub are the highlights of the villa!
