The cottage is very comfortable and spacious, the kitchen is well equipped. The owner is so friendly and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The location is great, it's so peaceful but also really well situated for trips to Warwick, Stratford-upon-Avon and the surrounding countryside. We only stayed 3 nights and it wasn't long enough! Would definitely stay again.

Cozy, well stocked, comfortable bed and quiet in a beautiful area of Kenilworth. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Sarah is lovely and very knowledgeable and helpful. We look forward to returning. Thank you Sarah for renting your lovely cottage to us.

perfect place to stay after a long day at the NEC, 20 mins up the road, supermarkets and resturants near by, cheaper than a hotel.

I cannot recommend this house highly enough, the location is set in acres of idyllic Warwickshire countryside with loads of walks within a short distance of the property. The owner, Sarah was lovely and always ready to answer questions about the house and the area. We will be going back!

Fantastic location tucked away in the Countryside. Lovely property to enjoy some family time together in peace and quiet.Ideally located if you plan on visiting Warwick Castle.
Supplied with a lot of what you'll use during your stay although you may need to visit a supermarket (Waitrose @ 2.5 miles away) for somethings that are not supplied. Be warned that the narrow country lane is not suited to low cars as the road is rutted and has three speed bumps.
Would happily return and recommend.

Had a fantastic stay, the cottage is beautiful and surrounded by English countryside. The host was great with communications and instructions. You are just minutes away from both the old and new high street, both having some great bars and restaurants. I would highly recommend this to anyone!!

This is a wonderful retreat, well away from the hurly-burly. Very spacious and comfortable with a unique design that makes you feel you have escaped! Lovely views from the upstairs bedroom.
This is our second stay here and we hope to return.
Sarah, the manager, provided a warm welcome and was very responsive to any queries.

Lovely, cosy cottage in a quiet, rural location. Cottage had plenty of space and had everything we needed for our stay. Short drive to town centre, Warwick and Stratford. Host very accommodating and was quick to respond to any queries.

Quiet Country Setting
The Stables is perfect for those wanting peace and quiet, but with easy access to all that Warwickshire has to offer. For the walking enthusiast, there are many footpaths very close to the cottage. The host Sarah was easy to communicate with, and on hand if I needed her.

We had an extremely enjoyable stay at the Stables and the location was perfect for our requirements
Any issues we had were resolved very quickly by Sarah who remained in touch until completed. She was also very welcoming informative and provided a valuable source of information to the location and its surroundings.

From the very moment we booked, Sarah the host was on hand to provide any information that we needed.
Sarah had left welcome brownies on the table for our arrival and popped round shortly after we arrived to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed.
Great location to explore Warwickshire and some lovely local walks including across to the castle.
You’ll most likely bump into the neighbours whilst they are out feeding/tending to their chickens etc. Really friendly people also.
If you are a town dweller be prepared for a few more spiders and bugs than you would normally be used to, you are in the middle of the countryside!
Overall a great stay in a great location hosted by great people!

Spacious rural house
We had a lovely stay in this airy, roomy property. Peaceful setting with views across the fields. The owners and their neighbours (and their neighbours' animals) were very friendly. Great frisbee field and daily 'spot the tortoise'. Lots of places to explore in the local area.

Wonderful cottage and host
We had a wonderful stay. The cottage was beautiful, very spacious and had everything we needed. Sarah was a great host, very welcoming, with good communication. The location is in a very scenic spot in the countryside and was also a good base for us to travel to Birmingham and Stratford-upon-Avon. We would definitely stay again.

Gorgeous Quiet Countryside Retreat
Gorgeous quiet countryside retreat in a fantastic location for visiting many places. We went to Cadbury's World, Warwick Castle, The Wave Waterslides, British Transport Museum and Sealife Centre. The cottage is in a beautiful area within 20-30min walking distance of some lovely coffee and cake shops. It is very quiet (we had the windows open at night) with the only noise being chickens and the odd tractor coming down the private road. It's well stocked with cooking utensils and kitchen items and the beds are all very comfortable. Sarah our host is fabulous and very responsive to any questions we had as well as advising on where to go in the local area. Awesome, relaxing holiday had by all!

Property was accurately portrayed on the website with pictures taken. Sarah was a good host who communicated via email and answered all our questions. The cottage was in a wonderful location, close enough to local towns, but once back to the cottage surrounded by fields. Very relaxing break for all the family.

Chill out in the countryside.
Exactly what we were looking for: A delightful, cozy cottage with all the amenities in a lovely, rural, peaceful setting, yet very handy for Kenilworth, Leamington Spa and Warwick. Totally enjoyed our 10 day stay there.

A lovely, comfortable cottage, well equipped and in a great location.
We had a great week at the Stables cottage. It had everything we needed and it was lovely to have such a lot of outside space for our five year old to run around and play. Our 8 month old loved watching the chickens right outside the front door! The patio area was great too as we could eat outside. The location was ideal and we had some wonderful days out at Warwick and Kenilworth Castles, Coventry Transport Museum and the Roman Villa at Chedworth. We also had a lovely meal at the Queen and Castle just along the road. We would definitely stay here again!

The house had everything we needed and the owners were very responsive to requests.
Thoroughly recommend.
