Our stay was nice and full of sun.

The location was quite good with parking right on the beach. it was the last sunbathing spot on the beach before the water so quiet and peaceful. The view from the balcony is really wonderful. Nearby there are restaurants and beach bars for everyone`s choice but you can prepare your morning coffee also in the apartment. The room is cleaned every day. The sunbeds are free for guests and in the necessary quantity, but the apartments does not provide the beach towels.

The apartments are a little run down, and it can be seen that the whole furnishing is quite cheap including the cups. We had ordered a room for 2 people, but there was another spare full bed in the room, which was uncomfortable because it took up space. There could have been also another chair. Everything is too much subordinate to business but it should not be made so visible.

I had a great experience with these apartments. Highly recommend!

I loved everything about my stay! The location is fantastic with an amazing sea view from the window. Everything you need is nearby. Dion is the best host — very welcoming, friendly... (and very handsome). He's always ready to help and offer great advice!

The room is a bit outdated, but it's cleaned daily. So the living conditions are quite comfortable.

Отличный вид на море и остров Cameo. Близость развлечений. Уютный номер. Очень отзывчивый хозяин Дион. Мы забыли мяч на пляже, он нашёл и принёс в номер! Пологий вход в море. Чистейшая вода. Красивые виды! Частный пляж, Бесплатные шезлонги. В двух шагах бары, таверны, рестораны! Хочется вернуться!

Beach with clear waters and sun-bed + sun-umbrella at your doorstep

Definitely a good choice to stay if you want to relax at the beach. You can almost jump from your balcony into the crystal clear water. It is great that the place includes the.sun-beds and umbrella. The location is the best quality of this place close to the harbor where you can see the turtle. Supermarket, beach bars and restaurant close.

The quality of the furniture was just acceptable. The bed was very small The bedsheets were poor quality, and too small for the bed. The shower was small. Putting a sign with a drawing or a picture explaining guests how to clean up the sand from their feet with a water cube when coming from the beach (pouring the water over the feet with a small bowl instead of immersing the feet - some of them even with the shoes still on - inside the cube) .

Daca vrei pe plaja ...

In primul rand locatia.daca stai la parter iesi pe terasa, mai faci 10 metri si esti pe plaja.Plaja e cu nisip fara pietre ,foarte limpede ,calda si nu e adanca decat dupa 70-100 metri ceea ce o face ideala pt copii.Defapt e un capat de plaja care nu e aglomerata deloc...desi locatia e in localitatea tineretului si a petrecerilor acestea sunt un pic mai incolo.puteti sa stati pe sezlongurile hotelului pana dimineata cu picioarele in mare dupa care faceti 15 m si sunteti deja in pat.Recomand pt cine nu vrea lux dar locatie super si pt copii extraordinar.parcare pe plaja 60m de la locatie.Restaurante si baruri invepand de la 20 metri.e liniste tot timpul.Discotecile si petrecerile incep 200m mai incolo. Pat confortabil lenjerie schimbata zilnic.

Baia din ani '80,instalatiile electrice pe la vedere,finisaje si zugraveli facute de vreun dujman. Nu sunt atatea sezlonguri cate camere desi ar incapea.trebuie sa te orientezi sa iti orupi 2 sezlonguri din timp.

Just great

The location is perfect if you want to stay on the beach, in a quiet area, but still quite close to the area of clubs and taverns. The studio's endowment is basic but functional, cleaning was done daily, and every 3 days were changed the bedding and the towels. Dion is a careful and extremely helpful host, he gave us recommendations for visiting the island, renting a car or a boat. Thank you, we had a very pleasant stay!

A health hazard and way too expensive for what it offers. We had to move to a different place.

There is mold in the closet and cabinets, they are unusable-there is a heavy smell when opening the doors. There is no stove (although it misleadingly appeared in the pictures). When we complained (our kid has allergies and we need to cook) we received an old and very rusty appliance. The cot is NOT safe to use, it doesn't have an actual matress rather some pillows put on a wooden (improvised) surface. The shower support for soap/bottles is broken/missing, in the bathroom there is basically no support/cabinet to put the toiletries. The property is listed to not allow pets but in reality there are plenty at the site, one woke us up at 23:00 in the evening and 5:30 in the morning. Unfortunately we had to move to a different location due to the reasons listed below. We expect a refund for the nights we did not spend at your place and will address the relevant authorities. The property refused to reimburse us even though we only stayed for one night (of the 7 we paid for) and initiated a dialogue about the problems.

Superb

The host is super friendly, welcoming and helpful. He even gave us a map of the island and had really good suggestions for places to visit. He also suggested us to rent a boat from a nearby beach bar and the experience was amazing! The location is great! It's beachfront, you have a few bars and restaurants nearby. The view from the balcony is splendid, especially if you stay on a higher floor.

The furniture in the rooms is quite dated. The beds are not as comfortable as we would have hoped. The bathroom design is quite odd since it has a useless shower curtain, that doesn't do much and water is getting spilled everywhere.

An amazing vacation - we had a hardctime leaving the place

The location is super nice, few steps away from the water. There are restaurants just near the studios and every morning and evening you can spot turtles from the room once you know what you should look for. We had a truly amazing stay!!! Thanks!!!

Best choice in Zakynthos

The host Dion was very friendly and gave us great tips what we must see and do in Zakynthos. He helped to get the best price for the boat rent and boat tour to Shipwreck beach. Apartment was good and clean (cleaned everyday). There was a balcony where you can drink wine and look at the sea where turtles swim around.

Exceptional

The property is located right in front of the beach where the turtle spotting boat trips take place. The beach has very fine sand and remains shallow tens of meters into the sea. It is perfect for families with small kids. The studios are clean, each of them with a pleasant view of the bay. Although there is a restaurant and two beach bars in the immediate vicinity, the place is very quiet and peaceful at night. The host is a really cool guy and is always ready to help with information about anything you might be interested in - restaurants, sightseeings, attractions. I was very happy with my stay in Nel Mare Studios and would recommend them to everyone.

There is no car parking at the property. However, this is not a big problem. By car you can reach the studios on the beach and leave your luggage, then park nearby about 300 m.

Again... impeccable

Was my second stay at Nel Mare and I liked everything again! Perfect location (Very clean and calm sea is just there 50 m away from the room; if you want to go party to the city - 10 min walk and you're there), rooms are cleaned every day, the host is super helpful, and the turtles come to see you every morning by themselves :D

Great holiday

Sea View was excellent and beach was just in front of the property

Easy and short Access to Laganas was through shallow water (250 m), but it wasn’t too bad. Original easy land access was blocked by “Patio” bar-restaurant, so we decided not to eat or drink there

Super sunrise!

The apartments are located right on the beach with sea and sunrise views. Furniture and plumbing are a little tired, bed linen is changed every 3 days. There are many shops and restaurants nearby. Dion was always in touch, very friendly.

Spectacular view. The studio is on the beach. Dion was perfect host.

During our stay the bed has broken two times. The towels was changed only every three days.

Just amazing

One of the best accommodation in zakynthos , great location right on the one of the most beautiful beaches on the island, all main services are just around, the facilities are well equipped and the most important is that the host Doni is very kind,cooperative and always there to help. Thanks again for the great time and definitely won't be the last time.

Great accomodation directly at the beach

Extremly friendly and helpful host who gave us good restaurant and trip recommondations, perfect sea view from the balkony, good home base for doing island trips by car, the beach in front of the studios is also pretty good with free sun beds, room service was every day

Great location, basic apartment

The apartment is in a fantastic location, ideally situated. It isn't too far from the main busy strip of Laganas (you have to cross the water, maybe 100 yards) to get there and there are a couple of nice restaurants next to the actual hotel. The private beach before the hotel is quiet and the water is very clean and warm! The host Deon is very friendly and accommodating and will give you tips on where to go and is helpful in arranging taxis. I would go back just for the location.

The bedding was just a sheet, so if you prefer to have anything thicker this isn't possible, although there was an old blanket in the cupboard. The room is quite basic and there were crisps under our bed from (I imagine) the previous stay which hasn't been cleaned for the duration of our stay. This was slightly worrying as I wasn't sure how 'Covid clean' the apartment was.

Exceptional

The location is absolutely amazing! Right on the beach, which is not too crowded, as this is one of the last houses in the bay. Laganas is 5min walk away (you cross the shallow sea). Dion is an amazing host! He really went out of his way to make our stay the best possible - gave amazing tips on the best spots on the island, helped us rent a car, recommended good places to eat etc. Would definitely reccomend this accomodation to anyone wanting to relax and enjoy a carefree vacation.

Beautiful view!

The place was very clean and was equipped with everything we needed. Our room was on the ground floor and included a small seating area with the view right onto the beach ! Dion and Maria were very helpful and super friendly. The communication with them was very quick and easy. Dion had recommend us so many things to do and see that we‘ll definitively need to come back:) We truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to our next one!
